Rooms, services, staff behaviour, amenities everything was good.
If the rooms have a balcony and the price was a little bit cheaper then i must say the hotel was perfect.

You enter at your own risk, it’s like an iron dome, the unfriendly staff do not want anyone to visit you not to mention they hate changing sheets and covers for ya, the shower heads have not been cleaned since the British left over I wish I could give them a minus 5 unfortunately Google doesn’t provide that button

Well maintained and clean rooms, polite and sincere staff along with a convenient location from the airport/howrah station. Good location to stay. It also has a restaurant and they serve quite delicious and wholesome food.

Average rooms, very poor room service, limited food variety, cook of the hotel add sugar in each and every meal even in prantha, curd, yellow dal. Old and outdated electrical equipment.

Good ambience. Dinner buffet is not good, very less variety. Otherwise room, housekeeping is good

Had a brilliant stay. It was clean, in a good location, served a great breakfast and the staffs were extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again. Happy stay there.

From outside it's good looking. But room is not perfect as per 3 star also.
U can try vetki fry. It is delicious.

Unprofessional to conduct office seminar. Limited tea, coffee and snaks. Limited water, very avarage food quality.

Very bad experience at this hotel, staff management is not polite about concerns raised by customers. Bad marks on bed sheets, cigarette smell in the room

Nice location. Easy access to prime places like US Embassy, British Council, Isckon Temple, Victoria Memorial etc. Breakfast not included in package. News paper not supplied.

A great place to stay and for official meetings. Halls are available for corporate meetings with foods. A budget 4 star hotel.

The banquet halls were nice and spacious. The buffet served was delicious. The decor is also of eclectic taste

The rooms are neat & clean and the service is good. If you get complementary breakfast it’s fine else don’t buy Buffet breakfast (350/- plus taxes) here as they don’t have many options.

It's pleasant and location wise this is the good and presentable hotel. It's food is good and tasty. It's Preferable for short stay

Helping staff and nice staff but the rooms are small.also don't have option to open window bcoz of central ac I guess.that is one problem.otherwise a nice hotel in nice neigbourgood

This is a very good hotel at a fair price point. This hotel is very near to the US embassy (7-8 mins walk) and the OFC center and is centrally located for all major locations.

Pros:
1. Very well behaved staff
2. Excellent food. The best tasting food I have ever had in a hotel.
3. Restaurant and bar in the hotel and open pretty late.

Cons:
1. Shampoo and conditioner are not included in the toiletries.
2. Currently Airport pick up and drop are not on offer. They may start offering it in future.

Overall it was a very pleasant experience. The pros easily beat the cons and make the overall stay a very pleasant experience.

Excellent hotel which provides excellent foods. Staffs are friendly and helpful & even prepare & serve dishes which are not in their printed menu. I visiting the hotel since its inception over the years because of their quality service value for money pricing of their foods

A 3star hotel with a super ambience and staff assistance. Although the staff were a bit rude but overall experience was good enough. Its available for ceremonies like weddings, engagements, birthdays etc. Just beside British Council @Camac Street and opposite to west bengal trinamool congress building.

Uniquely located in the centre of the city.however the air conditioning in rooms is average, break fast so so.

I had been here recently, The Room was not up to the mark for the price they had charged. The Room was spacious and view was good but it was giving the feeling of old unmaintained kind of place. The old wall to wall carpet flooring was looking dirty, The renovation work was going on in my nerdy rooms with was disturbing and the whole feeling was not satisfactory.

I had paid advance and booked the room for 3Nights and every morning I received a call from reception that when are you checking out on my Mobile while I was on work and every time I had to explain it to them that I had booked for 3 Nights and so on. When you portray yourself as business Hotel aren’t you suppose to check your own data before calling customer?

On the whole I think you can get better place for this price.

Hotel facilities are good but rooms are small in size and food is not up to the expectations being an north Indian

Nice hotel at the heart of the city. Banquet hall is spacious. Sufficient menu in the buffet lunch. Food taste good but there is scope for improve.

The hotel can easily be found, it is beside the British Council, opposite to emeRGe: Apple Store. Public transport is easily available, busy streets on working days.

Laundry services are provided. There is a bar, restaurant, a Lounge Cafe below. Wifi is decent and available on all floors.

This hotel is at a superb location for foodies and shopping enthusiasts. Camac Street houses various shopping centers, restaurants and whatever you expect as a tourist in Kolkata. The management at hotel is extremely co-operative and helpful.

Its very nice place.all staff are very polite behaviour. Every food item is very testy & chep rate.

The service is very pathetic. Security guards are very manner less. Worst place for hangout. Tea coffee was not available. Guys please don’t go.

Cons.
1. Though breakfast? Is complementary options of food is very limited

2. Buffet dinner is there but same limited option, if you love Chinese like me. You are gonna find very hard to eat.

3. I don't know what it is but the staff hardly smiles. Sometimes it feels weird (I mean to me)

4. Room cleaning and size will not be as you expected. Hard to explain here but surely you will understand once you be here.

5. No wheelchair facility for old men. (haven't seen any)

A decent hotel in the centre of Kolkata. The room size is not that impressive but good. Its good as compared to other 3 star hotels in the city. If the price is within 3k, this seems to be a great buy.

Comfortable clean rooms with convenient bathroom space. Food is good. Drinking water supplied in the room was bottled. Complimentary breakfast contains a mix of continental South and North cuisines. Wifi connectivity is good on all floors with high speed.
For a business trip this place is good.

I booked this place looking at the reviews especially for the staff and found out that they weren't wrong at all. Extremely hospitable staff. It's a decent place to book your stay

4 star hotel with a banquet which they offer for meetings, weddings etc. It's on camac street near Exide more which is a best location for everyone whoever come to the hotel. No communication problem because of everything (Bus Stop, Metro, Railway Station) is near the hotel.

Had gone there for a buffet dinner
Pretty expensive and lacks a taste.
Desserts were not good.
Only Chinese delicacies served on dinner.
No doubt soup was so nice but to have only 8 dishes on a buffet is absurd.
Restaurant space is also less.

This property is nicely located in camac street near Nizam palace near the junction of A j c Bose road and camac street. The food quality is good. The property has got lift. The property also has banquet hall. The attending staff are good. To get parking may be a problem at times.

Fantastic location. Very affordable prices. The staff was especially very polite and accomadating. They usually have complementary breakfast which is very good.

I will definitely stay again when I am visiting kolkata. Highly recommended.

Didn't Like: The wifi is not very reliable. Rooms tend to run a littlw colder.
