The Silverline Hotel, Kolkata Airport

The rooms are filthy with cockroaches and smell like smoke. Bed sheets, pillow covers, and towels had holes in them. AC and hot water were controlled by the reception, and you have to call to activate it. We could not get it working. They charged us rs 2000 for a rs 500 room.

The hotel is of very good quality. Service is also very good. Especially the food is amazing. Thank you Silver Line Hotel authorities for providing such good service. And thank you mr. Toton for your service.
