The best place ever. The food is so yum. I went with my family. Great place to visit and the delicacies Is heart warming. Loved it

Ambience is too good. The vibe is on. The dj is goood. The servers were nice. The girl at the front desk was extremely hospitable and accomodative, i think her name is Mafisa. Overall a pleasant experience.

Great range of food and beverage options. Awesome taste and quality. Polite staff and prompt service. Amazing ambience and seating arrangement. Great place to celebrate with friends and spend some good time.

I have very good experience working with them and I will continue to work with them and provide the best service for me

Recently came to Kolkata from Mumbai which is a hub of places like this.on 15 July night went to the Spirits to enjoy, however the receptionist at the counter did not allow us to enter. Reasons she specified were as follows.
1) No stag entry allowed, we said our other friends are coming in few minutes and they arrived also (with females too) still the entry was denied.
2) the receptionist said there's a private party going on, hence can not allow you. (however I saw people were entering there)
3) I asked whether do I need to book online she said yes (which is not needed), and then after booking online she was ready to take us in. Her behaviour was totally rude and impolite, like uske bap ka jagah hai.
4) We had a kid with us, so she said as per our policy we can not allow you. I bet There's no policy like that.

If there was private party going on how come later she allowed to enter.
There's way of talking to customers in a polite way, which was major missing.
I work in government, definitely gonna take serious action on this issue.highly disappointed.

Good place for hangout but staff should know the promotions offers more clearly and bit more attentive.

First Impression: Nice place, ambience, music, drinks, food, service everything is great. Deducting 2 stars just because they don’t serve anything complimentary to munch on with your drinks - I mean you’re doing everything right then why not this? Why can’t we enjoy the drinks while we are waiting for the food? Think about it, otherwise I liked the place.

A very disappointing experience. Would have given a 4 star for the food and ambience it was all good but while leaving a guy named Shantanu stopped us saying we dint pay the whole amount and we calculated infront of him thinking it might be our mistake. But we had paid the necessary amount as well as tips along with service tax which has been exempted as per new law.
Truely an embarrassment infront of people. This is the only reason for my rating. Please take care of this.

At the entrance, A big wooden door is welcoming you and when you enter in the pub you will fall in love with that eye catching ambience. The whole wooden decor and the functions of all Matrix lights just give a amazing look over the whole ambience.

One more thing I should mention that-
If you don't like that much loud music or this kind of ambience then also it can be your right destination because they have a beautiful outside sitting area where you could have a great conversation over good food and you can easily spend a quality time with your loved ones.

Now come to the one more remembering part of it: that's food. They have a huge speed in their menu card. Not only club style food they have very elaborated food menu.

From Starter

Non Veg Dipper Box- Four types of fries you can get in one box. Chicken popcorn, chicken Nuggets, chicken Croquettes along with two types of mayo dip is served in one box. Taste was quite good. Fries were enough crispy.

I never found that much good kebab or tikka item in any pub. So this place is really amazed me with their all qualities. Murgh tikka was really delicious and it easily melted in mouth. So I must say chicken was soft and tender also.

Mutton Bowl- small pieces of soft mutton were cooked with huge flavors of spices and served along with steamed Rice. Taste was absolutely mouth watering. And quantity and quality is really worth mentioning.

American Magic- Really it was a magic of chef! A fluffy spongy cake was served with vanilla falvoured ice cream. Taste was really good and left a magical effect in my heart too.

So overall it was a great ambience. Service was really top notch! So just come to this place and experience their hospitality and enjoy the ambience fullest.

It had an awesome filling of potato with spices and all were well Fried. The Jalapeno and Ciggars were also well prepared and tasted good with different dipping sauces.

Fried Chicken Wings: It is dip fried to make it crispy and crunky and the chicken flesh inside is too soft and with crispy coating outside made a overwhelming taste.

Gondhoraj Fish Tikka: Generally made with Bhetki fillets. The flavours of gondhoraj is incredibly soothing and naturally aromatic. Infusion of this flavour into the fish takes it to top notch.
