Absolutely! I had an incredible experience at this hotel with its array of outstanding amenities and facilities. The pool was simply delightful, providing a refreshing oasis for relaxation.

We recently stayed at the Vedic Village spa Resort and it was one of the best vacation experiences we ever had! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome from the friendly staff, who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

It it a good place to visit on the weekends and enjoy some good time. My friends an me booked a villa for a day and had a great fun. The society is very quiet and clam and in the evening we can walk around the resort and its a huge property. We can play badminton, archery, paintball, shooting by paying some amount of money.

Food was worst and even after complaining, chef and support staff were unhelpful. Stiff meat seemed stale meat.
Concrete jungle and even rickshaw takes 20 mins when the walk is only 5 mins.
Non smoking room has smoke and they can’t even clean the fans for months (see photo). My home fans are cleaner than this

Driving with own vehicle will be good,

Cabs also drive here no problem.
Some drivers drop at the entrance only don't get down because need to walk around 600-700meters for the reception.

Carry a swim suit if you want to swim.
We enjoyed swimming.

A very nice place for a family outing if you want to get away from the hustle bustle of the city. It is on the outskirts of Kolkata so you better plan the entire day or a weekend if you want to get the worth of your trip.
The Vedic Village has a lot of properties and different kinds of properties managed both by the Vedic Village resort management and individuals. They have small villas for one family and Lakeview villas for more luxurious living. They also have bungalows with three bedrooms and a swimming pool on the terrace. This is good for two three families to enjoy and have fun.
They have multi cuisine restaurants near the reception area and a Bengali cuisine restaurant called bhoomi. The food there is authentic Bengali and is worth it only if you like non veg and mustard oil based food.
A little far from the reception they have a play area where you can do various activities such as archery, trampoline, cycling.
They also have an ayurvedic spa where you can go for a full body relaxing massage.
Overall good place to spend for one night and two days and it had everything for everyone

The stay was great and cosy.breakfast buffet was great even. Would advise people to take up complimentary breakfast option if possible

Service was good too, although the dine at room prices are a bit on the higher side; apart from that had a great experience and would recommend to try once. Stayed at the Lakeview villas.

Great place for a 1 or 2 days stay friends and family. Will decorated and really loved their breakfast options. Wonderful service. However, their food is very expensive as per the portion size provided.

The charm is gone.the space is tight.the buildings are worn out.the restaurants are expensive, the roads are bad!

Went for the Sunday brunch by the pool. The brunch spread was good. It had a good variety but could have been more. Taste wise all the items were great specially those from the live counter.

26FU Duplex Jacuzzi Villa is a good place to stay with your family and friends great experience as the roof top terrace is a good place to chill out.

A very good place for picnic, party, events- professional and non- professional.lots of activities for kids and adults available.completely green, on the outskirts of the city. Only problem is the bumpy road ride to the place.

Room conditions is very bad worst experience. Bedsheets is spotted and they don't have king size bed only twins bed is available. Pathetic service. In half hour I am checked out this property.

Heard a lot of this place, visited during my ride and wow experience it was, one can spent quality times with their dear ones. Thank you.

Pros: The food, be it restaurant or in-room dining or bengali specialty, is awesome!
Cons: The food delivery takes minimum 1hr to reach from the kitchen of the resort.
The resort is in a very bad shape. It scores zero in terms of drainage systems.
Visit during monsoons should be totally avoided.
The access pathways to bungalows were water logged and it was stinking of damp and rot.
The plasters of maximun bungalows including newly built greentech city are worn out and peeling off.
There was a dead rotting 7-8ft long snake in the waterbody infront of LD-22 bungalow.
The resort is dying.

One of my cousin checked in vedic village on Thursday, when I called today vedic village to enquire that I need to know if he is still there as he is not reachable they straight away said they will not let me know the status.they don't even understand the gravity of situation that a person is missimg since last 2 days.you guys are going to Face the music now

Usually it gets a five star rating. But due to the heavy rainfall in Kolkata, the place is muddy and a little water logged. It's a nice place to visit in winters

A very good place for relaxing without going much far from the city. Nice environment. Nice, comfortable room. Food is also good. Staff is well behaved and courteous.

Worst experience with the security guard. Really does not know how to talk to people and specially guests who are coming to the villa. Pathetic.

The staff and ambience was not good. Amenities were very limited and less. Rooms were not well maintained, and covid policies were not really followed, it was very crowded especially the cafes and restaurants

Hospitality is good food is good too. But staying is average. Not so well maintained rooms are smelly. Need to improve with modern fittings in washroom.

Never Visit Vedic Villa during Monsoon months I repeat NEVER! There was a lot of water logging in the roads. Also the villas are not maintained properly with damps in walls along with spider and lizards were a common occurrence.

Though the facilities are great, the food was overly expensive for what it offered. They charged Rs. 125/- for a bottle of Aquafina that costs Rs. 20/- outside.

Good place to relax. Huge area. Various activities available. Food is also good. We stayed in a 4 room unit and it was adequately equipped, special feature being a rooftop swimming pool. However, the age of the property has started showing, maybe due to lack of maintenance, like broken switch not fixed, front porch light not working, uneven roads, furnitures with colour or polish worn off.

Good place to visit for spending the weekend.
The only thing that I didn't like was the cost of food items from their resturant. Its highly overpriced.

Service standard of the hotel has gone down drastically. For veg people food is worst. Room quality is not as per the charge of hotel. Property has wide spread area which increase the service time and hotel people are very cooperative unless u follow them hard to get ur work done. Lot of mosquitoes and insect problem.you get lizards in your room. They don't have wifi in bunglow and where they have wifi doesn't work properly.

Only overcharging for food and water doesn't make you 5 star. Right from check-in experience is horrible. Check-in desk is under complete chaos. I confirmed twice over phone if early check-in is available for Lakeview Rooms. But still check-in was denied, and we had to wait for more than 2 hrs. (Souvik at reception desk laughed at me when I expressed my dissatisfaction and said people are waiting since morning) I am not sure why such commitment is passed, when it can't be fulfilled. Heard lot about this place, but in reality it's another doleful experience to start with.

Rooms looked clean until we identified a small spider on bed and a dead cockroach under our bed. Game room is too small to cater for moderate crowd even. Room service is not as quick as you expect but average 40 mins they took for almost all our orders. Staffs are warm, well behaved and very courteous. Lush greenery around is quiet and soothing. Food is 4/5.

A unique place for relaxed getaway. Therapies of different kind at Sanjeeva Spa are the most unique aspect of the place and memorable experience.

I would say this place is overhyped. We got a bungalow for a night to hang out with some friends and family. For the price, I felt the the rooms and service did not live up to the mark. Food was also pretty expensive and honestly just OK. Also the roads have chipped off. Maybe a brunch is a better option. But overall, someone would have to convince me to come back

The place is of medium length with amenities like swimming pool, dinning halls, play grounds.however the V Den which has sport for children is a chunk some distance away from reception.the crowd is respectable and has mud cottages to live.but there must be a piece extra from the control enhancing the minor details like warming the served food and so forth.

Wow, great place.
Nature is amasing. We were in water Villa with basin on rooftop. Basin was clean and nice. Food is also great, a little bit more spicy than we espcetd, but great.

Had a good experience. The resort has good facilities, helpful staff and lots of activities to do, both for adults and kids. It's cheap and close proximity to New Town, Rajarhat is a big plus. A Big thums up to the entire team for providing a good experience to me and my family for a day outing.

This place is beautiful serene. Far from the concrete jungle still writhin the reach from kolkata by uber. Food is nice. Rooms are neat and clean. Spacious too. Depending on the budget they have plenty of options to choose from. Have a restaurant called bhumi for bengali cuisine. Though bit over priced. But nice place for a small holiday or weekend trip in nature. Check in was bit of time consuming else everything else was excellent.

The ambience of the room and sorrounding was really appreciated along with the butler service provided by Mr. Tapas Mandal.

We rented the private villa to celebrate my friends' bachelor's party. The villa had three gigantic bedrooms, one at the ground floor and two upstairs. We spent most of the time in the pool, which is on the terrace, and it was an amazing experience. The hall is very large as well and the kitchen has all the necessary amenities. The only negetive thing was the plumbing issues. I mean, the tap used to run and the bathtubs were a bit dirty. A few of the showers didn't run as well. Nevertheless, we had the pool and soamy other good things that overshadowed it.

A bit pricey but worth the experience.

Staying is very good with facilitation but the food quality and taste is not upto the mark and considering the quality it is bit costly. Apart from food quality and variation everything is fine.
