The staffs use guest washroom, gym, swimming pool chair etc openly. Openly infront of guests. Never seen so much unprofessional conduct in any top hotels.

This was my first time staying in this hotel, Polite staff. I've Enjoyed my stay. Food was awesomely delicious. Highly recommend. Go for higher floor accommodation for the best view of the city.

Rooms are like heaven service is good location is so best that we can travel anywhere anytime very comfortable prices are a little high but ok

Very poor customer service and an equally poor front desk response. Everytime you call them, the team will hand over phone to each other and hang you up after long hours of waiting. They are least concerned about the brand they represent and hence behave in a very unruly manner. Even the lady on the front desk is so unresponsive and impolite that you tend to wonder if they really need business from us poor people. I am discontinuing all my family functions and friendly visits to this place as it has become more of a call centre on terms of response with no solutions and just a simple revert " I will put you on hold ". I really wish I had their General manager's number to escalate issues with specific names.

The Westin is one of the best five star hotels in Rajarhat. It's got a nice pool, spa facilities and loads of great restaurants. The rooms are well-maintained. If you have the budget for it, go for it. For a staycation, it costs about 10-11 k. A great experience.

The staff at The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat made me feel like a VIP from the very beginning. Their warm welcome and genuine hospitality set the tone for the entire stay. Throughout my time there, the hotel's team went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The room I stayed in was nothing short of luxurious. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. I enjoyed my stay to the fullest.

The pathetic hygiene at the Seasonal Taste restaurant. A cockroach was invited at the dessert section of the buffet. I informed the staff and she replied “Ok”. No action taken. I doubt whats there inside the kitchen of the restaurant if the open buffet space has cockroaches.

A really nice hotel with an amazing set of staff. Meet Omprakash at their poolside bar and have some amazing cocktails

Elevators or Lifts are too complicated and you may get inside on of them. Sometimes card which they give doesn't work. Lifts are non- functional sometimes.

This is one of the worst property in kolkata. We stayed in this property from 19 th Nov to 20th November 2021. And at the same time Newzland cricket team was staying there. Westin blocked 3 lift for them out of 6 and 1 lift wasn’t working. For all guest only 2 lifts was there and they were not stopping in between floors for hrs. I saw a elderly couple waiting for more then 45 mins in the lift lobby and then they have to use service lift and stairs to get down from 21st floor. It was like a trap and people were rescuing from there. I write an mail to General manager of the hotel about this horrible situation and he is not even bothered to reply.

Stay was ok except for the sound of a party on Sunday. The noise was so loud that the window panes were shivering. Such noise is nothing but sound pollution, which is a disturbance to inmates. Otherwise ok.

Door lock was not working in the room. Hotel staffs didn't take action even after notifying multiple times. Room services were delayed every time. Will never stay in this property.

Surprised with the view from 32nd floor, absolutely beautiful and can't be better, now come to the hospitality part, two guys were there, Ankit and Tirtha, the way they have treated us, you will simply understand why Westin is different from other brands, simply superb and I am totally impressed, thank you Ankit and Tirtha and thank you Westin for making my Puja this beautiful! Excellent ambience and good hospitality. Buffet food variety is excellent but lacked quality in some dishes. Need more varieties in the starters.

Fine experience as a whole, but the service could be better. Good hospitality, but there is lot of room for improvement, the staffs have the potential too.

Have Stayed For 3 Days At Room No 2518, The View From The 25th Floor Is Amazing. The most amazing thing is you can enjoy your Shower looking at the beautiful view.

The property is extremely good but need to work on services. Had an bad experience 1hrs before chekout the service person denied to provide water in the room.

Faboulas hotel in kolkata. Rooms are very cozy & comfortable. Washrooms are very huge. Food was delicious & mouthwatering. Staffs are very helpfull. I would definetly recommend.

We chose the right place to celebrate our birthday occasion. Scrumptious food at Seasonal, loved the North-Indian, apart the grilled chicken is to die for, topshe fish fry and the paneer dish from live cook and serve, Dessert section was yum. Great ambience with live music. Evana and Pintoo was our attendants, we enjoyed the best service from them. It was raining and Kolkata was looking lovely from tenth floor. Excellent!

I always enjoyed The Westin, whichever part of the world they are. But the Westin here was exceptional. I will always come back to this Hotel when ever I will get an opportunity.

Safe place to have visited during pandemic.hotel took good care as we celebrated our friends bday.they also decorated our room and gave us a small cake for this celebration.lovely room and awesome view.didn't miss doing any activity as view of eco park was mesmerizing.breakfast was laid in a small room and was good.

A classic taste of Dining for those who like the cityscape views while having a sip. Mesmerizing views of Kolkata from the top floor dining area. Great decor and very tasty food at the Restaurant. Must try late afternoon dining experience. And last but not the least, transparent elevator takes the experience a step ahead.

I like this place because of this place is surrounded by green natural trees and plants. This place is awarded as green city.

I should talk about the pool at 3rd floor first! It's a nice place to hangout with friends and the maintenance is amazing:)

I came for dinner at Nori yesterday. The entire experience was amazing. Food here is exceptional, especially i loved ebi tempura and baked coconut custard in dessert. The staff was very nice and polite. Loved the ambience.

31 & 32 is a good place to hangout. But a very limited menu for f&b. Beautiful atmosphere, can go and enjoy the match for sure!

Went to Westin to have lunch buffet in the Seasonal Tastes restaurant and felt the grandeur of the place. The place is well setup and decorated. The height itself enhances its beauty. After the entrance in the lobby area, the huge painting of a goddess's face is breath taking. The swimming pool also looks awesome from that height.

We visited the restaurant 31 32 of the Westin hotel. The view was nice but obstructed due to the presence of toughened glass on the balcony, which is understandable it's there for safety reasons. The ambience and music were nice, food could have been better.

Beautiful rooftop restaurant on 31st floor.bit expensive though they have hookah and good whiskey. Music is a little loud but great service

Bad things first:

1. Hasn't got a wow feeling when you enter.
2. Rooftop bar @32nd floor is small and not so pleasing.
3. Mundane.
4. The architects could have used a larger inner circle for the depth feeling. There is something missing which would make you look up and admire the internal hollow cylindrical space.

Now the good things:

1. Upscale hotel. It's star rating.
2. Convenient location.

Love the food out here, specially the Chicken Risotto. The rooms are spacious. You can just relax in your bathtub and enjoy the view.

Visited Seasonal Tastes restaurant. Buffet spread was pretty impressive. Live oriental, Italian (pasta) and chat counter were there. Food was appetizing. For their salad bar and desserts would love to revisit.

Wonderful view from the room. Staff very courteous and well behaved. Lovely ambience. Don't know about price since I was there for a conference.

Westin Rajarhat lives up to the expectations of the brand it represent. A high story building located in the New Town area surrounded by wide open area, with all the modern amenities available inside. It is near to the airport also and hence perfect for the business travelers looking to spend the night.

Amazing! Congratulations for the warmth to the staff and the awesome rooms there. Great food and delicious breakfast. It has it all you can ask for.

Opposite to ecopark gate 2 and very adjacent to wax museum lies the twin tower "the Westin". Great ambience and great cuisine

A decent hotel. However the service provided barely justifies the 5 star tag that it commands.they disappointed on multiple occasions which includes not cleaning the rooms despite multiple requests and providing items requested. Food was decent but on more than one occasion during our group stay out was served cold.
