This cozy cafe has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts and delicious dishes and beautiful ambience. Would recommend it to everyone!

Food is really pathetic! Ambience is good so we thought to enter this cafe but we were not satisfied with the food burger is worst & pizza too only momo tastes a bit good rather than that nothing special with the food they serve! I would suggest you to kindly change your chef otherwise you will run short of customers soon!

I am in love with the food and beverages that this cafe offers. Whether it be warm summer afternoons or chilly winter evenings, The Wood Apple cafe provides a perfect ambience, lip smacking food items and beverages. Indoor and outdoor seating areas are elegant at this cafe.
When you are at Pradhannagar, Siliguri a visit to this cafe is a must to enjoy delicious items on their menu.
This cafe too has a team of friendly staff who smile at you and offer assistance in case you are in confusion or want to know more about the ingredients in your meal.

As soon as I rode my motorcycle into Siliguri - i was suggested to visit this cafe. Very cool chill vibe.

Had a chicken Ceasar salad, and some hot tea. They were perfect.
However the service and hospitality was really nice. Thank you.

We ordered two items- cafe latte & nachos.
Nachos was pretty good but coffee was so so.

The price is high compared to the food, but u ll love the ambience. I had tried their cheesy French fries and personally didn't like it. I m a tea person, but they only offer varieties of coffee, so I had ordered coffee and it was also average.

Everything is good but the service is really poor i have received my chicken cutlet after 45 minutes

It is one of best coffee shop in Siliguri with beautiful environment. The food served here was well cooked and beautifully presented. Staffs are friendly. Do visit

I and my siblings are regular customer of woodapple and yesterday (01/01/23) evening also we visited the cafe. I was wearing a gold bracelet which fell near my seat and i was unaware. Next morning i went to search it in the cafe and found out that Lalanath ji, one of the worker had found it previous night and kept it with him and handed over it to me. I am very grateful of him and believe that honesty still prevails. Kamal ji the owner of the cafe was also present and fully co-operated with me and his nature is so polite. Thank you so much to both of them. I also recommend everyone to visit woodapple and enjoy their delicious food.

-The beverages were below average, the 3 layered kiwi drink was nothing but sweet syrup and the cappuccino was really bad with no hint of coffee.

Visited for continuous 3 days, the food;
some were actually good like the pizza and the pastas. But the time in which the food arrives takes much time tho. The staffs were polite and attentive. Raju for how he delivered the foods how I wanted.
Will be visiting again soon.

In short: If you are an Ather user and if you are looking to charge the vehicle while spending your own money at the restaurant, then you need extreme luck to find an opportunity to charge your EV because I sat there for an hour and didn't get a single opportunity.

The restaurant is smart enough to place an Ather charging station. People like me who own an EV, we prefer to choose a place that houses an EV charging station. But the station is mostly occupied by OUTSIDERS not present in the restaurant. The restaurant staff and guards are extremely inefficient in managing the station properly. Even after notifying them that I was low on charge, no one seemed to have cared.

The food was good, I'll give that honest review. But my whole purpose of choosing this restaurant in the first place was to charge and grab some food at the same time. Which didn't happen. So extremely disappointed and upset.

I really loved this place. The food was good, the drinks were good, the price was moderate and the ambience was really good.

No option for 3.5 rating. I am a regular customer. I can say staff are well behaved and well mannered, Only reason i visit everytime. Momo, corn pepper, mushroom corn chilly, potato chilly and doritos taste good and priced reasonable.
However tea coffe are overpriced. No meaning of costing a black coffee so much Max it should be half the original price. Please reduce coffe and tea cost for more customers.

Me and my family like to frequent this restaurant due to it's proximity from our home and the obvious reason being, the food.
Tried almost the whole menu, the fish and chips are really worth it if you enjoy seafood (provided the chef has marinated it well. Out of 5 times, 1 time the chef did not marinate it well, not enough kasundi - maybe a different chef) Their burnt garlic fried rice goes well with their side dishes/starters.
Chicken cordon bleu did not meet my expectations.
I removed one star from my rating because their prawns are very inconsistent. Some taste stale while some are good and fresh.
Overall, really good food and prompt service by their staff there.

The cafe has a good ambience, the pasta was average, it didn't taste that good. And, the quantity they served according to the price is not that great. The cold coffee with ice cream was good. In short, it was not that great experience.

The thing I love most about this place is the food. Compared to all the other places within Siliguri, it is very pocket friendly and the food is way better than some other expensive restaurants. I think it has room for improvement on the beverage side but nevertheless try tasting their food once in Siliguri.

Good service but food isnt upto the mark. The quantity isn't justified for the price they charge and space they provide.
