Worst experience on last Sunday.after order food served 40 minutes later after so many complaints.we have ordered fried rice, chilly fish and chilly chicken.food quality is worst.service is worst.overall very very bad experience

It's like every other theque out there. Food quality is not up to the mark, service is very late.
We ordered Chilly chicken, Tandoori roti, Chicken tikka, and fried rice. The fried rice was good in taste (1 star for it), the tikka was well cooked (2nd star). I don't know whether they use food colour in the starters or not, they certainly taste like that. That's what ruins most of the taste. The Tandoori roti was good enough for it, but for the price they were too thin.

I'd not personally recommend this franchise.

Not a pleasant experience. The waitress was rude and judgemental, she almost gave her opinion on why we’re drinking beer. This is so absurd.

Tried Chilly fish, Veg. Manchurian. Tasteless food and overpriced, unhygienic. Even staff wear dirty clothes.

Staff behaviour is disgusting. Price is too high compared to the quality of food they serve. Worst place ever to have food!

Please maintain the quality of food. The food was not testy and they were not maintaining socail distance in the place of 4 pax they make it 6 pax and it's not safe with family they were salling alcoholic beverages in restaurants from my sence it's not good for family people

We had a real bad experience here. Staff behavior is simply unacceptable. Especially of one of their lady waiters. Food quality is also very average. I would like to give a negative rating.

Affordable and reasonable shop right next to Durgapur's favourite mall junction. Must try brownie and lollipol here

Best for egg noodles, every time I visit, eat only egg noodles.

Other items also very good compared to other competent restaurants near by city centre.

Nice place but the service is a little slow I Think. The Tables Being Too close and the glass on the side of the road was very displaying and I think It voilates privacy. Apart From This the Food Was Good. The Staffs were also co operating. But The Last But Not The Least, There is a private seperate Cabin but few people can only sit there.and the wash plqce for your sanitization before eating is outside the cafe. So Its a little different.

There's no option for 0 rating or else I would have given 0 rating. Taste of food was disgusting.
The service of waitress was very bad. The leftover of the starter was asked by the waitress to remove ourself to serve the maincourse. We felt very humiliated. Didn't argue there because family was with us. Never going to visit again

The worst food and restaurants in my life and we order biryani They didn’t serve raita with that
After speaking with manager he told its our standard according to manager they will serve chicken tikka and mint chutney we have to buy
Yesterday night they charged 140 bugs for small boul of plain raita (2 portion of green salad for 1 raita) and after all we wait 40 min for Biriyani also who is managing this property is same on you to take this much time to serve biryani on the table the service was poor then dhaba (at last all the food was bad in test we all was hungry we don’t have any options but you all theque Durgapur near city Center team you spoil our puja party we came from other state to see puja we love bangoli food but you make it wrong
Manager in white t shirt and specs he don’t have a quality of manager or supervisor because he don’t know the meaning of accomplishment of good he told it’s our standard it means You give a place of pi but don’t give a water for hand wash

Pathetic food. Specially during durga puja. Veg Manchurian and hakka noodles were not cooked properly. Even prawns shezwaan was not up to the mark as per cost. Totally not worth

Staff is friendly & polite.
As per quality there is a certain degree of degradation during peak hours or when there is some kind of occasion.
Also space is very limited & there is a seating arrangement near wash basin which is total nope for a restaurant other than that everything is okay.

Extremely costly food and the food doesn't even taste good. We were literally waiting for 1 hour and then got served. Believe me don't go here.

Very bad experience. Very unorganised and unprofessional place. We ordered mutton biriyani and after waiting for 35 mins, we were told that biriyani is out of stock and will not be served. Then we ordered fried rice nd chilli fish and again ordered fried rice nd chilli chicken for parcel but the replaced chicken with fish.
Very mediocre menu options and unsatisfactory staff behaviour.

Room is not adequate. Washroom is outside of the restaurant. Could have been better. Food is good though

Very bad hospitality! We were sitting there for almost 10 minutes and still not given the menu card. The staff was giving menu cards and taking orders for people who came after us. Wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone! Very Bad Experience

Staffs are too rude I understand there is a rush but still these are not excepted atall if anyone of the management people notices my review it is request to brief your staffs well Butter naan was lagging of butter actually couldn't found traces of butter

Theque (food, adda & more.) is a very nice restaurant for Indian and Chinese food. You can get everything both veg and nonveg dishes in a reasonable price. Here in Theque Durgapur the inner environment is very ambience, lights are in good position to create a natural look inside. The staffs are very friendly and all the furnitures including chairs and tables are very relaxing. You can visit Theque with your gf & bf and at the same time it is also very good for bringing your family and children too.

The staff doesn't take care of family which come for dinner or lunch very dissatisfied service which I never ever saw in city like Durgapur. I am from Mumbai but I have came to durgapur to travel. Other people who drink beer they were served like kings

Price is very reasonable here. Food quality is good. But service quality is not expected. They should focus on service and should provide normal water.

Service is great! Especially the short haired waitress (didn't catch her name) is awesome. Food was great. Chicken tikka was quite delicious. They serve beer which is another great thing about the place. Ambience was also pretty nice. Washroom was clean.

Ordered chicken biryani. Chicken was extremely good but the ride in Biryani was not at all up to the mark.seemed like I was having plain rice with oil.the coke served was not at all frothy. The chicken kosha was too good. Rest everything was fine

Food good service good

Good food, very reasonable. Some people having drinks (I did too). So if that is offensive, one may not consider this joint. But it doesn't come across as a unseemly place. It's quite acceptable as a family joint. Staff is very cooperative and responsive. Very positive experience.

Not good we ordered chilickn which has no taste we ordered chowmin which also not good taste for me and the fried rice.it's feel like boiled rice with some veggies.it's awful experience for me.i didn't expect it from theque.

As starter we order Chicken Lollipop. When I give a bite on it a noxious smell coming out from this. But thanks to them when we complaint on it they change the dish.
Afterall others dishes are average. Rice are too hard to chew.

I recommend this restaurant as overall 50-50

This place never disappoints with the food. Price is quite moderate and food is very good. The place is calm and staff are quite pleasant.
