Ambiance is too pretty

The delicacies served are very delicious & yummy
for non veg lovers this place is amazing
But for vegetarians very limited food options are available

The only point affects is their slow service.
Should improve in this specific area

They serve stale food. We visited on 23.10.2023 and ordered tandoori chicken. The tandoori chicken had a stale smell and the chicken had rotten smell. They agreed and changed the dish. Again the same rotten tandoori chicken was served. And THIS TIME IT IS WITH A INSECT AT TOP OF IT (see my attached pictured)

Never go there. Its a pathetic experience.

Food was really awesome to be true.

It was very bad experienced. All the gravy was same.wheather it is mixed veg or Paneer do pyaza.

We visited here on 7th May with family. We order chicken hari mirch kebab and a fish starter followed with some mocktail and noodles, kung pao chicken, fried rice and ice cream. Food were tasty. But serving time was too long. We had to wait for almost an hour to get the main course. Staff were mainly busy catering to the online orders.
The ambience was too good, as the name "Theque" is perfect. Its a perfect place to spend time with family or friends and enjoy the ambience. Food is also good. But the restaurant needs to improve on its service, mainly the serving time. Out of 10 i would rate it as 7.

If you don't want to be insulted by a rude and arrogant manager do not vosit Theque chinarpark. I wish there was an option for zero or negative rating.

The bald guy who was probably the manager named "Chandan Ghosh" had no courtesy, he was rude and and arrogant lier who has no idea about the foods served.we ordered for fish salt and pepper gravy as recommended by Pralay da (sweet guy). Chandan served us dry salt and pepper fosh along with dry tandoori roti.when we asked about how to eat roti with starter he claimed it was me who had is unaware that salt and pepper fish is not served with gravy anywhere in Kolkata, and that we are the rural dumb people who has no clue about the foods.

We choose theque to celebrate marriage anniversary of close ones, that arrogant manager ruined the evening and insulted me on my face, took the food from the table and never came back. Pralay da was sweet and tried to apologise when he was not at fault.

UPDATE: Thanks to Theque, NOW THE LIFT IS FUNCTIONAL. It is a very welcome step towards convenience.

Delicious food at a moderate price is served here. Staff are very polite and the ambience is good. It's a good place to enjoy your meal with family and friends.

Delicious food. Staffs are cooperative. The restaurant is not much visible from road. Lift does not work on 1st floor. Else everything is fine. Service is little on slower side.

Extremely bad experience, happened just now. Cannot imagine that, such a big name in the restaurant industry, can be so unprofessional that, even a soft minded person like me become angry enough to cancel all orders and get out of the place. Management is extremely unprofessional.

Great restaurant located at ChinarPark beside Spencers. Good food, nice ambience and the service is also unparalleled.

Worst service ever if you want to be ignored and want to be humiliated then most welcome they only service to bunch of people and if you come two or three then you have to wait for an hour

Nice restaurant at reasonable budget. Wel behaved staff and prompt delivery of orders: Indian, Chinese, Mughlai, Continental.

Went there for lunch. Servers are extremely polite and management is praiseworthy. I loved their food which is dainty and succulent. The prices are very reasonable. You can have a full 3course meal within 1500 per head. The ambience is beautiful.

Pro: Pets are allowed. You just need to inform them beforehand. ️

The restaurant was awesome with great ambience and quality food. We ordered murg biryani and nalli rogan josh and both the dishes were awesome. It's highly recommended.

Quality of food was excellent however lack of options. We were having dinner on 1st jan and was looking for continental foods, which was in the menu.however they said it was unavailable. Ambience could have been better.

Went there after facing too much rush at Aminia, Arsalan and Kareem's on 1st Jan Night. It did not turn us down. We shared a table with sofa arrangements. After settling down on a crispy chilli baby corn platter, we ordered tandoori roti, Janglee Murg, dhaba daal tadka, mixed noodles, all accompanying with fresh lime soda. It was a nice experience.last but not the least, I have seen many top notch classy restaurants with fine dinners, but most of them did not look after the hand washing or washroom experiences with that much thought.but here washroom is also clean, spacious, tidier and maintained.

We were out for a family dinner and decided to give Theque a try as its nearby. To begin with I read good reviews about Theque on Zomato and decided to give a try. For me if the ambience and cleanliness is there then it works for me and food comes next. As dining is not only about the food but about the whole experience. Now lets come back to the food. We loved all the items which we ordered and the beginning with soup did hit the right spot in terms of spices and taste. That assured me that i have not made a wrong choice. In terms of the mocktails I would have loved few more options. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a family dinner.

Loved it. Followed the reviews and took a shot and it was worth it. The ambiance of the restro to the behaviour of staff everything was upto mark. Preparation of my dish hardly took 10 minutes plus the taste was amazing. I would recommend you try pan fried chilli fish. A perfect place for family

Great place to eat wheather you are with your group or you go alone because they have the Special seating arrangement by which they divided the restaurant. One side is for the people who comes with the Family or group of friends and the other side is for the people who loves privacy and want to enjoy their foor peacefully.
Food served here is really good. They maintained the Taste, Quality and as well as the Quantity of the food. Price is a little too expensive but not that much considering the fact that the food is awesome.

It's a semi medium sized Family restaurant.i only had two dishes. But taste was good. Also hospitality was nice and staff were courteous. We would like to visit again and have a full meal.

Nice ambiance, good staff behaviour, good food. Biriyani was nice. And laccha paratha was also tasty. Chicken peshwari was a bit sweeter than what was expected.

Food Served was poor, tasteless. They had froze n items that's what they served. Staff is not professional n worthy of the amount you pay. So Big No for this one. Instead go Sinryu

The place is good for hang outs. The environment is more like a restaurant than a adda zone. Food is good and waiters are knowledgeable about the food items. I visited the Chinar park restaurant and Raniganj. This restaurant is more famous in Durgapur Raniganj Asansol area compared to Kolkata.
