Absolutely worst staff, inspite of a confirmed booking staff refused to acknowledge as it was through ECommerce vendor partner

Very bad experience for Banglesh nationality. The property doesn’t mention anywhere they can’t accommodate foreign guest. I have a confirm booking but they refuse to check in due to I’m Bangladeshi. Don’t book this place if you’re a foreigner specially Bangladeshi. **don’t book with OYO

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel for seven days, and I must say that it was one of the most disappointing stays I have ever encountered. From the moment I checked in, I encountered a series of frustrating situations that left me feeling dissatisfied and undervalued as a guest.

First and foremost, the hotel has a strict policy of not allowing outside food, which I found incredibly restrictive. As a traveler, I enjoy exploring local cuisine and occasionally bringing back some food to enjoy in the comfort of my own room. However, to my surprise, the hotel staff informed me that outside food was not permitted. This limitation greatly impacted my ability to have a variety of dining options during my stay, which is a basic expectation for any hotel.

Adding insult to injury, the hotel's breakfast policy was misleading. Upon check-in, I was told that breakfast was included in my stay, which led me to believe that I could order any breakfast item of my choice. However, when I attempted to order a chicken sandwich and paratha for breakfast, I was shocked to find that I was being charged for these items. The justification given by the staff was that only vegetarian options were complimentary, and specifically, only aloo poori was available as a free item. This contradictory information left me feeling deceived and frustrated.

The overall experience at this hotel left a bitter taste in my mouth. The restrictive policy on outside food and the false promise of a complimentary breakfast made my seven-day stay completely worthless. I felt like a mere source of revenue rather than a valued guest deserving of a pleasant and accommodating stay.

Worst experience. Non responsive staff. Demanding 100% extra money for a request to check-in 3 hours prior. The property is not as shown in the pictures and is totally misleading. It’s a very old building and has no parking space. The staff is non responsive and is only looking for your extra payment. Else they won’t even look at you despite your waiting in the lobby for over 2 hours. Definitely not recommended to anyone. Worst choice. Agoda & oyo are useless when it comes to customer support. Never trust these sites ever. When in problem, they are helpless, useless.

Hotel rooms are good as well as the staff, especially Sneha who is always ready to help.
But the management is worst they just want money, if yoh book from oyo it will show compliment breakfast but they will charge you for the same, i have paid the amount pf breakfast as well and when i talked to oyo team they convinced the management that breakfast is compliment, but i have already paid the amount the management said they will give my money back, and once i left the hotel thay stopped taking my calls and no money has been refunded, kindly clear breakfast issue as early as possible.

The room was alright, not too good, neither too bad. There was a discount going on at that time, so the discounted price seemed justified. However, the normal price is not at all justified.

Picture shown in the website or apps are atleast 6 yrs old. Dont fall for the beautiful pictures. Rooms and service are not worthy of 3000+ there are lot of other hotel available with better rooms and service at the price.

Pretty neat place! Located a bit deep, but the area itself is really posh. Quite streets with a spa down a couple blocks. Staff is friendly, and would get you the stuff within minutes of requesting. I think every room has windows, mine did. AC was so powerful we had to turn it off time to time.

My only complaint is the lights were not adequate in the bathroom. Made grooming hard.

Value for money. Situated in the middle of a neighborhood locality mixed with high, middle and below middle class environment.

I booked this hotel using OYO app with booking ID YYJ09845. When I entered this oyo they charged Rs. 1000 extra, I talked to oyo ustomer care also but they were helpless. This hotel mentions that it will give complimentary breakfast in oyo app but they charge for it, hotel manager gave the excuse that it is mentioned to attract customer. When the customer checks-in they make money in all possible ways. Worst experience many times witn oyo.

If you are booking through OYO then stay away. I had a pathetic experience. Even though I booked through OYO but the hotel did not allot any room as there was tarrif issues with OYO and the hotel.
So, please be aware and always get your booking confirmed by calling to the reception.

Pathetic hotel with very dirty rooms.extremely disappointed. At the checkin time they got the checkin done then said they will charge extra as the online price which was ofered is too less. Later oyo said why you checked in. Post that the room was very dirty bedsheets where not changed maybe and also it was smelling pathetic.

Only oyo hotel. Dont accept makemytrip Goibibo bookings. Denied checkin. Fraud hotel on makemytrip.

They are not professional and cooperative. They are very rude. The cost of one liter Biswa jal is 37 Rs. If you are checking out after 12 then they will charge 500 penalty for late checkout. Now I coming to the anemeties washroom was not clean, flush was not working. Another main point if you are booking it through make my trip then you have to pay in addition at the property atleast 500.

I was gone for interview experience was awesome if you want to go vai how take 212 bus other.there was problem of buses

1-Rooms with cockroaches
2- No wi fi facility
3- food was pathetic. Ordered chicken biryani, Rice was so hard and crispy
4- demanding money for everything. Booked with oyo but at my check in time hotel demands for more 1000rs. For room.
5- outside food was also not allowed

Pathetic hotel staff, took me an hour to check in. The room floor and ceiling had holes, constant water leakage. The hotel staff tried to ask for extra money even when the booking was done and paid for through an online website. Horrible experience.

It is very unfortunate that I never ever recommend this hotel to any of my friend and family members.what about the services has provided are not up to the mark to get a three star rating as a 3 star hotel.behaviour of the receptionist is just like a mannerless person.if they are not able to provide some services they don't say sorry they will just make you convinced about the bad services.for example I asked them to provide me the AC remote they don't, rather they try to convince me and try to believe me that the AC is in auto mode so no need to increase the temperature above 16c.however the rooms are clean but that is not satisfactory with the price they demand.they are not providing a glass of water as complimentary.

I booked this oyo and I have done advance payment but when I came to hotel they said they cannot provide a room because this is an extra booking and they need some more money because in this amount they will not give a room instead they will give this room to another person who has booked and had paid more money

Everything was so smooth. Value for money. Staff is very prompt and service is good and other reception staff has been extremely helpful. Highly recommended!

Really nice stay, the air conditioning has been perfectly maintained at the proper, comfortable humidity levels. Clean rooms, and more importantly, clean washrooms.

The manager at reception is professional, and helpful. The staff too.

I have been here twice, and besides the cleanliness etc, it is quite safe.

Only con is that it might be a tad bit difficult to locate. Otherwise, I will definitely recommend this place.

Location is very good. Infrastructure and services are very good. Everything was neat and clean. One problem was that Tv and AC was not working except that everything was fine.
