Rooms smell like cigerette, staff is rude, food is really bad, service is bad, rooms are not maintained, not up to the prices charged, rude owner.

Good Locality, Comfortable Rooms, a little Unhygienic for OCD or Hygiene Freaks. Overall it's good for Value.

The people managing this hotel are very unprofessional. I had an early morning check in on 26th Nov 2022 so I booked the hotel room from 25th. I had also called them to inform that I will come on 26th morning so do not allocate my room to someone else which they confirmed that the room will be available.

However, on reaching the hotel our room was not ready even though we had informed well ahead in time. They parked us in an alternative room which was very shabby

After following up multiple times, we were allocated another room which was equally bad. We had to ultimately leave the hotel and find another one for ourselves

Really pathetic hotel - do not book your stay here

Such a bad hotel, so untidy, un healthy, un hygienic hotel. Not for a. Family stay, your holiday will be ruined. The behaviour of the staff and amenities is worse. The breakfast is so limited. No market or shop near this property. The manager is very rude. Guests need to clean the room. No regular cleaning and reception and lobby are very dirty.

Very pathetic room. Room was very untidy and unhygienic. There is the burnt ciggerate dropped into the drawer. And very unprofessional staffs. They don't even sanitized the room after checking out of the guests and the used towel was there at he bed. And the lights are not working properly. Water has been stopped at some point of time. If you tell them to change the room they don't even listen to it. And the customer care is trying to trick people by telling that the room he very good.
