Staffs are thief. High cost with no good service. Worthless place to visit. They won't help if you are in any trouble.

There was a horrible experience. I'll never visit this club again and personally not gonna suggest anyone to visit this club.

I visited as a foreigner they charge me 3000 rupee's and didn't give the offer they are giving they said it is only for their country's people

The staff are cheap and doesn't have manners on how to talk with guests.

The place is nice. DJ was good but the entry fee that we had paid due to Christmas eve was not redeemable inside. The prices in the menu card were also not applicable due to the occasion. They have charged 100 rs.extra on every order.

Very poor management, i would rather say miss management. The drinks are overpriced, their service is pathetic, behavior of the manager is unacceptable.

A night at this place will convince you to go sober.absolutely absurd drink prices for both liquor and beer.

The alleged couples discount did not apply for us as all guys had to pay the price for entry. Unconvinced by the bouncer's unfriendly demeanor, we asked if we could take a sneak peak before committing and received a resolute refusal.

Overall this place is not worth the cost.

The booze is over expensive, stag entry fee is resonable. People with poor dressing also coming and creating nonsence. Not prefferd for stags i say, couples can have good dancing. DJ is exceptionally well, Overcrowded/suffocating

If someone is in Kolkata and is a party animal, he/she shall definitely keep UG-HHI on the top list.

Weekends are fully packed, Girls entry is Free, Couples Free till 8 pm, Male Stags on Weekends - “Try your luck on the counter” brothers

THIRD CLASS CLUB. HIGHLY SUFFOCATING ENVIRONMENT. BAD MUSIC. CHEAP CROWD. RUDE STAFF. DIRTY UN HYGIENIC WASHROOM. SECOND SONAGACHI

They didn't allow 6 girls wearing ethnic to enter the club, saying it's against the rules. I was shocked to hear that, since it's west bengal, and we came after attending a marriage party. This type of places should be closed down, since it was very demeaning.

Overall experience is good, the dj is great waiters are polite and the songs they play are amazing for dancing.

Worst service ever, we just entered then there was a lady bouncer who snached my cigarette and didn't gave me back, then there was soo much crowd that I couldn't take a step there after that I ordered a hookah then I went to a table, it was not even 2 minutes of me being sorted there with my hookah a staff came there and started shouting get out from here sitting is not allowed.that was just too much for me so I got up and headed out and at the exist I asked the female bouncer to return back my cigarette packet which was right there in her table and she bluntly lied that it's not there with her I said I can see it's right there then she shouted at me.it was too much for me to bear then i was heading.there was a rule if i go out before 12 am I need to pay 500 do I was even ready to pay that still the male bouncer misbehaved with me.at last I made the paym nt and came out of that horrific place.definately not going there ever in my life.thanku for this horrific experience " Underground"

Very congested place and the bar captain with west coast ask me ₹2500 for 60 ml of black label, I don't know why.please make sure & be careful before visiting this place all best
