A perfect weekend Getaway. The distance (if traveling by four wheeler/ two wheeler) 3 hour 30 mins.
The Resort is Beautiful set up with Kids play area, A Big Swimming Pool and Luxurious Room with very affordable rates, cleaned washroom and rooms with great Room service. Every room has a specific name and My room name was Chitra.

Lunch: They served bengali thali (Bhaat, Dal, Alu Posto, Pomfret curry, Mutton curry, Doi Katla)

Snacks: Fish Fry, Dry chilli Chicken, Chicken pakora
Crispy Babycon

Dinner: Chilli Chicken and Mixed Fried Rice

Morning Breakfast: Maagi, Luchi Alur dom, rosogallo
Alur paratha, Fruits and Juice

Must visit place in the weekend to relax and chill

It was a one of kind experience. The staff was very friendly prompt service. The receptionist Riki Das was not only a great guide but told us more this place and gave us the best room. This place with its ambience, food, service and discounts is worth coming. A must visit for all nature enthusiasts

It was a family visit and the hotel is absolutely charming and the services and rooms are all luxurious. Highly recommended.

Starting from entry, their hospitality was awesome.
All the rooms, toilet was very clean.
All the staffs are very humble.
Enjoyed the night pool very much.they arranged music system also.

The ambience and vibe of the place is nice.also with the cleanliness and maintenance. But what I feel disappointing is that neither the banquet nor the dining area has AC facility. Also the dormitory that was provided lacks AC & also windows, making it suffocating during summer.

But the pool and park experience was too good beyond everything.

Rooms are good, but the services are not as expected, there is delay on food sometimes. Also the location is isolated

I stayed there with 3 friends on 31st December. The ambience was nice. They had surprised us by organising tribal dance. Also they had organised other performances. The room was good and well maintained. Highly recommended to stay.

There are times when you go for a holiday, u hava to look for a place which has good service, food and allows couples. Well unique Shantiniketan shocked me to the utmost level. The level of service they provided, the ambience and the food. The manager and the staff cared for us to the deepest level. Thank you for your service, will be back again one day with my so to be wife

A very peaceful, homely and friendly place amidst the nature. Enjoyed thoroughly and kids refused to leave the place. Would like to visit again.

The location is very bad. It's not a proper location. There is no shops or services near the hotel. But the hotel service is good. The hotal owner was very gentle. All other is good. But location problem is a huge problem.

This was my second visit here, really awesome, extremely satisfied with thir service, nice staffs, polite and humble. Food is great here. We were really pleased with the the support of Mr Riju the manager of the hotel, overall this is one of the best hotels in Santiniketan.

শান্তিনিকেতন যদি গাড়ি বা বাইক নিয়ে আসেন তাহলে আপনার থাকার পছন্দের তালিকায় রাখতে পারেন। শান্তিনিকেতন থেকে একটু দূরে। খুব সুন্দর রুম ও স্টাফদের ব্যবহার ও রুম সার্ভিস অত্যন্ত ভালো। সুইমিং পুল ও বাচ্ছাদের খেলার জায়গা আছে।

We stayed at this fairly new hotel last weekend. Overall, we liked the place and had a very positive experience.
The hotel is located approx 20 mins by car (good roads) from main Shantiniketan tourist areas (Viswa Bharati, Sonajhuri Haat and Deer Park). We travelled with our own car, so I cannot comment on the availability of local transports. The place is serene and absolutely quiet after sunset. You can see the misty stretches of fertile lands from the hotel balconies. The place is very well maintained, clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the swimming pool. However, I guess since the hotel is new, there aren't a lot of staffs and they are not quite professional yet. We stayed for two nights and we have to ask them for change of sheets and extra towels and blankets. But again, they were well-behaved, cooperative and considered our requests.
There is no elevator in this hotel and the ground floor is not wheelchair accessible.
The food was good, but lacked varieties. The portions were small and I felt they were overpriced. I think they can do better. The complimentary breakfast was nice as well.
The hotel held "Baul Gaan" event on Saturday evening which was awesome. They also made a bonfire, so that we can keep ourselves warm while enjoying the songs.
The accommodation price was quite reasonable. I got the deluxe room at Rs 2499 per night including all fees, taxes and the complimentary breakfast.
Overall, I would highly recommend this if you want to have a peaceful and relaxed vacation.

It's always hard to find a resort in a place not so diverse in hotel services. Unique shantiniketan solved that purpose for us by providing good hospitality, neat and clean rooms, good food and serene surroundings. Definitely a must visit again.

It's just awesome! I would say that it is One of the best hotels at Daranda, even infact in Bolpur. From manager to staffs, all are really very friendly, helpful and good human being. Thumbs up for them

We visited this place in mid of November, 2022, after visiting this place, our mind got so relaxed and peaceful.

Worst part:
Frankly speaking, I wanted to note down something bad but there are nothing to note for negatives. They were so good that I didn't find any negatives about the property and it's staffs. It's my true opinion.

Verdict:
Once in a life, one should visit this hotel, whenever you visit to Shantiniketan. If you don't come, you will definitely miss something good. If you already visited the side of Shantiniketan, next time come to Daranda. You will love it.

Overall good atmosphere & very nice to spend time with silence nature & very attractive swimming pool is there for refreshing enjoyment with family & friends. বাউল গান is the another attraction of that place. Food quality is major good thing.

This is a lovely place to spend a weekend in a serenity. Swimming pool is available. Moreover the staff's are superb in their service. It's seems they wear smile on their faces as their part of the uniform.

Unique Shantiniketan is really unique. We had such a wonderful experience at there. Luxurious room as well as luxurious hospitality. The owner personally interacts with each and every roomies. Also they serve tasty foods. The all over atmosphere is so peaceful. And must say about the swimming pool, such a planning. It obviously deserves super star review.
