Quite good option near TCS gitabitan at reasonable price.

Ordered Shahi Paneer since I am familiar with the dish from many other places and always loved it. The one they served is an astonishingly little quantity of uncooked bowl of paneer in some unprocessed gravy - not really edible. Highly disappointed!

First of all, we ordered 4 butter nun and 1 paneer item and that took almost 50mins to come. Food quality is average. The price is too high according to its quantity. Service is worst. We have to pitch them 3times for food to come on table. Totally not recommended.

The food is good and hygienic. But one thing to keep in mind if you are going during office hours the service takes a lot of time to service food! So make sure you have enough time in hand.

It is so difficult to find thali in today's time which is elaborate enough and cooked in low oil ANDDD that tastes good.

I always order the chicken thali. There is daal, aloo bhaja, two sabzis, chicken (two pieces), raita, warm gulab jamun. All for 250 rupees.

Excellent cooking. The staff could be a little more polite but i guess it's okay.

It is the perfect meal to have when you have had to spend a longgggg day at the hospital having no time to spare to go have lunch.

A good restaurant for all types of foods, like - Indian, Chinese, mughlai. Good atmosphere, owner and all staffs are very cordial. Food quality is very good. At lunch Bengali rice thali is also available. A good destination, pocket friendly also

Scam fraud. In menu written 4pc chicken was given 2 and the chicken was not salted and it was burnt too. Low quality chicken and food was not edible. Lower quality than 50 rs chilo chicken. Save your money and don't go to the save your mone don't go this restaurant.

Do not recommend. Taste of food is not good. Quantity is also disappoint you after seeing the price. Totally worst experience.

The restaurant is very good. Staffs behaviour is very kind and sweet. The food was good.

Behaviour of waiter not good, poor service, At first give you a menu list, then be force to go his alternative menu. Card payment not available, only cash payment.

Really deserves more than 3.8 stars. Punches well above its weight as far as price goes. Excellent food. Even better service. Highly recommended

Ashesh Dada, who seats in counter, is very humble. I ordered a lassi only without sugar. Though they don't sell it, he didn't deny me and arranged for same requesting some time will take. Miran served it very much on time and with humbleness. Their homely atmosphere will make you happy.

Today 16th october 2021 i visited at this restaurant. The order taking guy is very bad mannered. I repeatedly requested him to take my order but he was ignoring me as if i was there to eat food at free of cost. Even in front of me he was taking other customer's order who had come lately than me. I was shocked and protested then he came to my table and said i would not take your order as i already had too many orders to serve. But he accepted other people's orders. So i realised there is some issues with me particularly and left the restaurant eventually. I was shocked to get this type of behaviour also i was very hungry as i came out of tcs gitobotan after taking my exam. Worst experience.i will never visit this restaurant again

All types of food available. All day breakfast, lunch items, and dinner also. Bengali, North Indian, South Indian, and Chinese food available. Food is tasty, and cost is reasonable. I liked the food.

Very bad service and some food they offered but it was not seen in their food catalog and asking price was not answered.

This place very good for bengali cuisine. Very spacious place. Service is normal but food's taste is very good. Price is also quite affordable with variety of options.
I specially like sorshe fish here, but other dishes are also very good. Chinese cuisine is also good

I went with one of colleague here food was served too late that to not hot and taste was ridiculous disgusting and pathetic upon complaining they did hear and said the staff is new so did knew how to attend coustmer and then deducted whole amount of money no apologie no compensation terrible experience

Food at reasonable price but the waiters are very rude. They don't know how to behave and would make it appear like they are doing you a great favour by serving you.

Delicious foods are the best choice here for me, and service as well on the top always.
I just love this place cause whenever i am hungry this place is my first choice to go.

This is quite a decent restaurant, serving a wide variety of foods, ranging from Chinese to Mughlai to South Indians dishes. This restaurant becomes immensely crowded during the lunch and dinner hours. It is strategically located within the most congested corporate hub of Kolkata, i.e, Salt Lake, Sector 5. This restaurant is totally air-conditioned and has ample sitting capacity for a large group of people. The service is very fast and the prices are moderate. Must try their Biryani, it tastes heavenly.

It's the canteen of rotary narayana hospital but you can get almost everything here. Price is very reasonable and food tastes good.

Good Place to have regular lunch and dinner for regular office goers.

মাছের থালি তে মাছের টুকরো খুব ছোট দাম অনুযায়ী। মাংসের ঝোলটা খুব বাজে খেতে। ডাল, সবজি খুব ভালো খেতে হয়।

Ambience not the best but budget friendly and tasty food, the serving time is a little long during rush hours.

Its the only place near my office which serves less oily food. I like the mixed gravy chowmein very much.

The food quality is quite good. But as compared to price the ambiance and service is not up to the mark. Most of the Air conditioning mechanism are not working. They should look into customer service with a positive way otherwise it could harm the business itself. As per my last visit there I was not happy with the service.

Awful experiance. Biriyani is too bland and oily. Mutton size is too small and smells disgusting. Rice is just normal sized rice not a premium one. And they charging 160rs.

Loved the food. Awesome quality at a very competitive rate with an absolute variety of cuisine to offer to your culinary sensors. The place is very clean and well maintained. All the staff are very customer friendly. Very well managed from every angle. The only thing that I found a little long was the food delivery time. But that can very well be for the previous orders which is acceptable. Apart from this, absolutely blissful experience for your taste buds. I am going back again for sure.
