Vaango

Definitely the worst dosa ever I have eaten. The dosa quality is just so bad. The masala dosa covering was full of oil, that samber was like water no veggie in it. The white chutney is okish. Compared to the quality it's much pricey. Not visiting and recommending anybody.

Ill and cold mannered staff. Cold Dosa in Royal meal combo. Poor quality of Sambhar. Less amount of chutney. Have to carry back the half eaten platter of Dosa to get more chutney.

The food and service is very good, but full service does not start till late in the morning - even on a weekday.

South Indian fare is virtually "standard breakfast" everywhere in this country, so there shouldn't be any excuse to not start serving all items as soon as the place is open for business!

The worst place for south foods. Customer service n behaviour is really so horrible even if you complain they won’t bother. The manager is just for showing but he was good for nothing. He is not at all customer friendly. So rude.

I went to vaango with my friends at South City Mall in Kolkata, we had a very bad experience over there, we ordered royal two meal combos, firstly the quality and taste of the food was below average, then we requested them to refill the chutneys, which was supposed to be unlimited in quantity, but they told we have to stand in a line with our plates in order to get the chutneys. We felt as though we are inmates of a prison, waiting in line for our refills. Even after repeated requests, they refuse to give the chutneys in papercups, which would have been very convenient for us. We felt very insulted and humiliated. We will never go there again.

This kind of service which is not expected from the restaurant in today’s competitive market. The other renowned south restaurants behaviour are so cordial and customer service is so good that we do not need second time for chutney like beggar. Their quality n quantity 5 star.
