This place is okayish and has less of free space. Definitely not a place for a bring group to hangout. But if you want to spend time alone then you can cone here as a timepass. But don't expect much crowd.
Vault is a lounge cum pub located at the Basement of Burnt Garlic, Deshapriya Park. This place is perfect for hanging out with friends. Get the second drink at ₹9/- as @vaultcalcutta turns 9! Enjoy it
Good place, great ambience for parties. Special mention to the Manager Mr Anirudra, for being such a good host and arranging everything so beautifully.
Food was amazing We ordered coriander chicken and crispy chili babycorn which was amazing and in enough quantity. The drinks were at 50%off on Sunday. But it is very dark inside.
The environment over there was good. The behaviour of staff was really nice but bit costly. If someone wants to have fun but not in too much crowd then it's best for you.
I dont who are all the people giving 5 star to this bar or restaurant whatever it is.whenever you go to the basement of the pub for alcoholic beverages.you will be fooled by those bar tenders as they will show you one brand and they will pour you some cheap alcohol. They will never use big bottles of alcohol, they only serve from pite 375ml bottle as its lid can be open and they can mix or change the drink with some cheap drink just to save money.even the food they serve.its all dipped and deep fried in some oil thats poured ages ago.you can smell a bad odour of oil from the food you eat. 2 times same thing happened with me. 1 time is ok but really 2 times.people should raise their voice against this. You r not eating food of your choice. You are eating poison of your choice at VAULT.
Not great, avg bar, dj is dj played over music system. Came after long time. Hospitality has improved. But could not get the movement of young boys and girls access, is there a dance bar across? Yes, there is a new dance floor. That is good. Instead of making Go Go bars, let the customers burn calories. Often dance bars leads to unsocial consequences, but when customers themselves are dancing, this problems will not arise. They still have ties with Nearbuy, so boose is available at low price.
Cool place to hangout and listen to retro and rock music while enjoying some live sports on the TV. Food & drinks are as usual, had taken a nearby coupon nd ordered some single malt of Talisker, aside the coupon. Had opted for French fries and pan flavoured hokkah. Ananth da was very helpful in selecting the right menu and quick in delivering the items.
Prices are not up to the mark. Beer served here are only 330 ml which is not displayed in the menu. Someone can be fooled by ordering the beer but draught beer is affordable. Hookah is affordable and there is no time limit. Overall good experience.
This bar will go down because of the manger "Anirban maiti". I heard from of my friends that he literally pushed a couple out of the bar, without even completing food. His comments were "Are u married". Such a narrow minded manager should never be allowed to run a bar.
Shame on you Anirban maiti. He also shouted at an unwell women when she was crying.
Durning festival Nabami night I was visited here, Drink and Food quality was good, ambiance good but when I was asked for payment via Dineout payment mode they said that It's not available in all festivals after festival it will available so this response will be unhappy and unsatisfied for me.
Worst place ever Ambience will make you feel nauseated Totally chappri crowd who'll have no manners Disgusting place Went during ashtami and totally ruined my mood Music being played is irritating and not suited for a club Interior: 0/100 I mean which stupid architect/ interior designer designed this godforsaken place? Absolutely worthless layout. The place would totally creep you out. Not at all suited for the ladies unless a chappri boyfriend accompanies them. As for the drinks and pricing, its way overpriced for the ewww ambience it provides.
Is it pricey? Yes! Is it worth? Double yes! Go for it if you are all about enjoying the night with friends or the one. This is your joint for the ultimate drinks and music. Caveat- Hookah is little low of mileage.wont last as long as you would like.
We are a live band that plays western music. Where can we send our performances? We would love to play in The Vault. Kindly revert back with a number or an email address i can send my band videos on.
This place is situated in the premises of Priya cinema in deshpriya park. You just have to go downstairs entering the burnt garlic bar. Anyways we went there for a pre birthday celebration of one of my friend. We took a beer pitcher, a great grand pitcher, two veg Pizza and two non veg Pizza in one is to one offer. One of our friend don't drink hence he took a chocolate drink. Now coming to the taste. The pizzas were just awesome guys. You must try their pizzas be it veg or non veg. Coming to the beer the pitcher was not that much chilled henc had to take ice with it. The great grand pitcher was more of a real fruit juice drink rather than being alcoholic. But still I would say that the tase was good not bad. Coming to the ambience the music was good in this place. However they didn't had long seats. The lighting was also poor. Everything was too dark. However we as a group enjoyed ourselves.
This place has been on my list for a long time and I finally decided to visit Vault a few days back. I thought this place would be a bit expensive compared to others but, to my surprise, the prices of drinks and cocktails were very cheap. The starting price of drinks were just INR 49 and the rate of pitchers (1.3 L) started at INR 695! Pretty cheap for a pub right? So, I tried the following cocktails:
1) Kafirlime 2) Margarita 3) Great Grand pitcher 4) Elderflower Shandy
I loved the Elderflower Shandy and Kafirlime cocktails!
Coming to the food, they really have a good variety of lip-smacking dishes to try with the drinks. I tried a few dishes and my favourites were:
1) Baked Cheese Nachos
2) Yellow cheddar stuffed mushroom
3) Cheese Garlic Bread
4) Basket of fried Chicken
5) Roasted Chilli pork
6) Non Veg Platter
7) Spaghetti Lamb Bolognese
I would definitely like to visit this place again!
Few days back we visited The Vault which is located in the basement of Priya cinema hall. They have introduced a wide variety of food items in their new menu and they have also curated a happier menu where liquors will be served in extremely pocket friendly prices. And the best part is that they serve liquors in extremely pocket friendly prices everyday starting from 12 PM to 8 PM.
I'm not a big fan of pubs and dance bars. But this place was cool. I don't drink but judging from the variety of options on the menu and the number of bottles on the bar, I'd say it's well stocked. Hookah starts @₹295 with great music. I really loved their playlist. There's a mini dance floor, but again I don't dance. A multi cuisine menu with an extensive alcohol and beverage selection of exotic concotions starting just at 49 INR. Non alcoholic fruit flavoured Shisha is also on offer.
Coming to the Food, we had Baked cheese nachos: Tortilla chips with melted cheese
Yellow cheddar stuffed mushroom: button mushroom stuffed with yellow cheddar
Cheese garlic bread:
Basket of fried chicken: boneless chicken wrapped with Julian wanton sheets along with coriander dip.
Charmoula marinated fish: grilled fish in chormoula spices
Roasted chilli pork: sliced roasted pork tossed into pan with fresh green chillis
Non veg platter: 3 pcs of chicken satay, 2 pcs of fried chicken, 3 pcs of fish finger and 3 pcs of sweet thai fish along with dip
Sea food platter: 3 pcs of grilled butter prawn, 2 pcs of fried prawn, fried calamari and 3 pcs of charmoula fish
Veg platter: Mac & cheese fry, fried cottage cheese, crispy chilli baby corn and garlic bread.
Butter garlic spaghetti with spinach and onion
Spaghetti lamb Bolognese: spaghetti cooked in mince lamb Bolognese and topped with parmesan cheese.
Lamb burger: juicy lamb patty in a burger bun along with French fries and coleslaw.
Veg phat mama bowl: pan tossed paneer in dark soya and bokchoy along with garlic rice or Hakka noodle.
Pork phat mama: sliced chilli pork combination with coriander fried rice or chilli garlic noodle
Khow suey: famous Burmese dish combination of noodle and thick gram flower soup with accompaniments (chicken/ veg).
Nasi goreng: thai rice served with chicken, prawn or veg, fried prawn or potato chips and kimchi salad aside.
Mocktails were damn good, it us worth your while. Even snacks were good. Nice ambience and good food with shisha also don't forget to try mocktails. Nice place to Hangout, Nice food, Staffs are wellbehaved, light is dim, nice music overall i had a good experience.
I visited this place for the first, after it reopened. The place is more like a pub now and it really feels nice. My friends and I tried a number of items along with an assortment of Non Veg Platter, Sea Food Platter and Spaghetti Lamb Bolognese. The Non Veg Platter was really delicious and has an assortment of many items. I loved the drinks as well. Thank you Vault for having me over.
I don’t remember the last time I visited a pub that had both great food and equally amazing drinks! The Vault is just that. The lounge reopened recently and now it is a pub with a pocket friendly menu. Here’s what we got to try: -
* Baked cheese nachos: It was a crispy crunchy and cheesy delight. * Yellow cheddar stuffed mushroom: The button mushrooms were stuffed with goodness of vegetables. * Cheese garlic bread: It is the crispiest item on the menu. The chicken is wrapped with a wanton sheet cut to thin slices and fried to a crisp. I was expecting the chicken to be chewy, instead I was surprised by a well marinated and perfectly cooked chicken! And when they say the coriander sauce makes it better, they definitely mean it. * Charmoula marinated fish: The lemony fresh flavour adds a distinctive taste to the fish * Roasted chilli pork: This one is a classic. You just can’t go wrong with this one. Although I would prefer a little less fat, but then again the taste made it worth it. * Non-Vegetarian platter: This a favourite among my friends in any place we visit. The platter contains an assortment if Chicken Satay, Fried Chicken, Fish Finger, Sweet Thai Fish and a dip to compliment. * Sea food platter: This platter was one of my top pic of the day. It contained Grilled Butter Prawn, Fried Prawn (same magic as the fried chicken), Fried Calamari and Charmoula Fish. The calamari tasted great and it wasn’t as much chewy as one might expect. * Vegetarian platter: There’s nothing some Mac & Cheese Fry and Fried Cottage Cheese cannot fix. The Crispy Chilli Baby-corn and Garlic Bread just adds to the goodness. * Butter garlic spaghetti with Spinach and Onion: it is much like the usual white sauce pasta but the pasta was softer than al dente, but not soggy. I loved the texture. * Spaghetti lamb Bolognese: Same thing goes here about the pasta. But the Lamb Bolognese was unforgettable. * Lamb burger: A thick patty with ample cheese makes the best burgers. And here you can find it out fir yourself. Though the patty was juicy and well seasoned. * Veg Phat Mama bowl: Paneer tossed with soya sauce served with Hakka noodle and bakchoy is a satisfying meal. * Pork Phat mama: This is one of my recommendation here. They serve it with Coriander Fried Rice or Chilli Garlic Noodle with a portion of Chilli Pork. * Khowsuey: The gravy was delicious but a coconut flavour felt a bit strong. But combined with the various additions they serve it with makes a really great dish. There is fried noodles, fried nuts, and lime on the side. * Nasi goreng: This is a classic Thai dish. We tried this with Chicken Satay smeared in a delicious gravy. They add a fried egg on top of the rice and kimchi on the side. An excellent meal combination. * Bacon Pizza: This has to be my other recommendation. This bread is thin, very cheesy and to top off this sinister pizza are ample bacon all over the pizza. A must try!
I haven’t yet told you about the pitchers they have! The Green Apple Shandy is just good things. The combination of green apple juice, beer, vodka, and triple sec is a wonderful creation. It was refreshing and delicious. The beer is subtle, creates a body, he vodka packs in a punch and you are left with an aftertaste of sweet and sour from the green apple. A must try!
The Kafir Lime and Pineapple Gimlet is also a summer drink. It’s light and a bit sweeter. Other drinks we tried were Strawberry Kiwi Mojito and Rosemary Cumbertini.
This place is pocket friendly whenever you visit. Be it amazing individual drinks starting at ₹48 during the Happy Hours or affordable Pitchers at other times, you are guaranteed to have a great time with your friends!
Was here 3weeks earlier. It is located just below Priya Cinema hall and the food there is absolutely amazing Starting from food to drinks, we enjoyed a lot and the tastes were redefining.
It was closed for a long time due to the repair work going on in the Priya Cinema hall. As now the cinema hall is open, so is the restaurant. O urge you to go and see it for yourself and I am pretty sure you won't be disappointed
Vault situated inside Priya Cinema Hall (Deshapriya Park) has reopened with a new menu! Previously a night club, Vault is now a pub with good food. This pub used to be an actual vault. And guess what it has a dance floor too. Their special attractions are the pitchers which comes at very affordable prices. They have also introduced Happier menu (Consists of Pitchers) which is a happy hours menu but it will run all day long! Since it's now a pub they have emphasised more on the food. The food is really good here. I tried their seafood platter and non veg platter, and I think they make good combination with their pitchers. Their Hour of the Hiest menu offers alcohol starting at Rs. 48 only! A few must try items from their food menu would be Roasted Chilli Pork, Pizza, Sea Food Platter, Phat Mama Bowls.
Unlocking The Vault What's it about? Why Vault! Because it used to be the vault of a bank. The name of the place owes to its history where the vault and locker section of the bank which occupied this space for almost 50 years used to be. The original iron door and grill gate have been retained for an authentic feel of nostalgia. TheVault is an all-day tearoom, bar and lounge open from 12noon to midnight all days of the week. A multi cuisine menu with an extensive alcohol and beverage selection of exotic concotions starting just at 49 INR. A seperate smoking enclosure is located within the premises which is chic and glittey yet maintains the rustic touch. Non alcoholic fruit flavoured Shisha is also on offer. If you are a tea person, this an exclusive tearoom with a variety of teas and coffees, interesting mini meals and quick bites.
What you can't miss? Pork phat mama: Traditional stir-fried Thai phat mama mie chilli garlic noodles or coriander fried rice (choice is yours) with sliced chilli pork on top in a bowl.
Khow suey: Khow Suey is a Burmese noodle dish with a delicately spiced coconut milk sauce and thick gram flower soup with, served up with an array of different contrasting condiments that takes this dish to the next level and give it a burst of amazing flavors.
Nasi goreng: This fragrant rice dish with chicken, prawns and shredded omelette is the ultimate comfort food for spice lovers. The kimchi salad is divine.
Yellow cheddar stuffed mushroom: Mushrooms have been a favourite deal and these button mushroom stuffed with yellow cheddar is indeed a pleasure.
Sea food platter: The sea food platter is exotic and irresistible with 3 grilled butter prawn, fried prawn, fried calamari and charmoula spiced fish.
Veg platter: The wide array of appetisers in the veg platter comprising of Mac & cheese fry, fried cottage cheese, crispy chilli baby corn and garlic bread, will surely make you crave on.
So, get ready to get locked in The Vault with the amazing food to crave for and the lipsmacking drink to drown in. Don't forget to put on your party shoes. Cheers!
. Vault is located at the basement of Priya Cinema, Deshapriya Park.
The place has cozy Ambience, and the quality of food is also really good, they have also started some crazy offers on Drinks . I was really impressed with the food quality and the staff behavior.
The Vault transforms itself into a hip and happening Lounge and Bar, for the lively and fun-loving folks of town. The name has it's origin from being located at the basement of Priya Cinema, in Deshapriya Park.

Coming to the food, the dishes range from Oriental to knick-knacks alongside some good ol' drink. The Pork dishes are especially to look out for, alongside a whole range of lovely delicacies. Do hop on for relief a fun time, and let me know!

Lively place to be for a drink or just chill out wid friends over snacks n hookah. Must visit place. Music is absolutely superb.additon: currently as on Feb 2019 the place is still closed due to some licensing issues with the fire and safety dept. There was a fire incident at the building and since then its shut down
I'm not a big fan of pubs and dance bars. But this place was cool. I don't drink but judging from the variety of options on the menu and the number of bottles on the bar, I'd say it's well stocked. You must be wondering if I don't drink or dance or anything why was I there and how's this review valid. Well, I loved their pizza and went back twice with friends that do drink and dance to have that pizza. You'll have a great time here. Loved it, except it's a bit costly. That's why -1 star.
The Place is located just in the building of Priya Cinema. The ambience is okay. The staffs are not professional at all. They have so much ambiguity everywhere at every time.
