Very happy with my new pc.the people are also great, kind and humble, very helpful, only thing i didnt like is the small place for the pc build it was kinda suffocating but ok.overall experience wasabsolutely great!

A person whose name is Rakesh, is a fraudstar. Has 0 knowledge about computers. He defrauded me of around 6000 rupees in the name of repairing my laptop. He has no technical skills. He takes in the laptops and sends those to another shop in EMALL. The engineers present in the shop has no knowledge and no qualification, I have seen numerous customers returning to them because of faulty assembling of computer parts.

I would recommend never to go to this shop. I have already registered a complaint against them in the consumer court.

Very bad behavior, Their behaviour is arrogant and they won't attend to you properly. They will even misguide you to sell their products. Price is higher than other shops. Won't recommend.

I was really skeptical about buying from their online store turs out they are actually pretty great.got my GPU delivered to me within 5 days with an excellent packaging i might add and they also responded to my emails within a day.overall a really great experience.

Bought my high tier gaming & workstation PC from them with a rtx 3080 and till date the computer is smooth like butter.

Ordered a pair of G. Skill Ripjaws 16GB 4800MHz DDR5 SO-DIMM modules for my home server via Vedant's website. Despite some initial hiccups regarding shipping, they were continuously in touch to resolve the issue. The RAM kit itself works as it should. All in all, the overall experience was great.

Excellent place to buy PC parts at competitive prices. I bought parts including a new amd mobo, cpu and was able to build a good looking and performing PC as a result. Vedant computers delivers the products in mint condition and fast. Props to them.

I ma from kerala. I have ordered Ryzen 5 3500 from vedanth computers. I ordered the product on 1st Sept 2020 and got the product on 5th Sept 2020 which is pretty fast considering the covid situation. The pakaging was very good. The only con was that this processor was rare and this was a bit costly than other online sites.

I would recommend this shop to anyone. Dont worry the shop is very genuine and trustworthy

I have not assembled my PC yet but will do the same and update the comment.

The PC is still running after 3 years

They are truly helpful. One of the best in this field. Prices are pretty amazing even in this pandemic situations. PC assemble was far better than other stores. You don't need to remanage your cables. They also install windows after assembling. Must visit!

Please check before buying parts from here, i bought a cabinet which should've been with TRANSPARENT side panel but they cheated me & gave me an acrylic side panel & even after calling they didn't realized the problem

Place sells all latest parts for computers. You will get all high end pc components. Pricing is also competitive. But STAY AWAY from ordering online. If you live in kolkata, better go to their shop and purchase in person. Delivery of online orders take too long. I purchased stuff on 17th may 2020 and its already 29th may, not delivered yet. And the shop os less than 4 kms from my home. What a joke.

Update: Giving 5 stars as Vedant has changed their courier partner and now deliveries are as fast as it could be. ️

Visited there from jamshedpur for a pc build, didn't regret.
Friendly staff with knowledge of what they do there, and recommend products accordingly.

On February 27,2021; I bought an MSI motherboard (H310F-PRO) ; which went dead after few days. I called Vedant Computers; and what they said is this.

"There is no warranty on the motherboard. "

It turns out by product serial number, board is 'Out of Warranty. '

Vedant sold me 'Out of Warranty' motherboard as NEW without informing me anything about warranty at the time of purchase. Now, that motherboard is dead and out of warranty; it is up to MSI to fix it or not. I lost money by buying 'Out of Warranty' s***!

I was not aware Vedant sells 'Out of Warranty' products without customers' consent. This is SCAM!

They SCAM uninitiated customers for quick profit and pretend to care for customers.

If you think, calling their team solves the issue, you are wrong; they will inform you, that buying 'Out of Warranty' products (without knowing warranty information) is all but customer's responsibility entirely. They won't tell s*** about product warranty on their own at the time of purchase.
