Unprofessional employees, they don't even know how to behave with their customers. Charged high for every service. Don't have value customer's time, they always busy in making gossips with their colleagues. The only motive is how to grab money from the customers.

I went there with my Scooty for 1st service. In the name of free service they did nothing, not even checked any parts of my scooty. Only took money and changed engine oil for no reason, also asked money for washing. They just want money. Not tested or checked any parts of my scooty. Very much disappointed with their service. Worst experience.

He is an expert and very knowledgeable person and keep his promises and delivery the bike on the same day.

But nowadays the supervisors are not friendly. They are much rude and obay the Yamaha policy without maintaining their duty.
They will spend your money huge. And part are all time out of stock.
Please visit another service centers.

The worst Yamaha service centre in India. They are only try to charge much by cheating customer. They told approx 5000 for my first visit for servicing of my bike SZRR. Blindly cheating people. Never go to this service centre.

Their service is not at all good to the utmost level. They will charge the whole money from you including gst but still the customer service and satisfactory level approach by them is very low and poor. Staffs are very not so serious feel like as if it is a government organisation. They also have introduced a third party teflon polish service recently. It will cost you Rs 300. In case if you opt for it then well and good or else they will not properly wash your vehicle which is included in service charge, owing that you are making a loss of Rs 300 to them. Overall it's not a service centre instead it's a bank (only amount payable) and nothing else.

The service was not great the issues were still there even changing some parts and forgot to punch their service card which created additional trouble.

They need to increase thier manpower. Only 2 people attending for job work. Reception guys are very much lazy. Aquad yamaha way better then velocity motors.

I reached there today at 11.30 A. M.and they handed over my vehicle (serial no. - 12) at 4.15 P. M.after several times of follow-up. Really it's horrible. They also not checked all the points which have clearly mentioned in users manual.

They never take booking on time#if you ask for booking after 4 days still they never accept. Monday they never accept booking as per 3 months of observation may be after sunday they don't want work on Monday# I feel like why I bought Yamaha bike.service centre is worst.they don't have any other service center near by. Fully monopoly

Very bad service. Very unprofessional. Behavior of head of the staff called himself Parambir Chakra is very bad. I never experienced these types of behaviors any where. Specifically that big man called himself Parambir who advice me to ride the Bike with chappal cause I was facing problems of gear shifting in my FZx Bike.

Very Bad service, In paid service only wash Bike and give, I suggest that never do paid service over hear, from my view again say that very BAD Service

It was my first service experience bought a new scooty for myself but very Bad service.did not wash my bike as the pump was not working. After giving in service my both mirrors are swinging freely don't know what other internal issues they have developed. No one responses on calling. Very disappointing.regretting now giving for service

Never got a single shot solution whenever I visited here for service. Most of the mechanics are inefficient and novice.

Nothing extraordinary. Workers are slow. It was a shocker when i realised when they use mobile instead of proper chain lubes. Takes almost the whole day to ready your bike. Most of the time they wont wash your bike and they would give you lame excuses. Some of the workers are inexperienced and will scratch your bike while fixing it. Overall i would rather fix my bike from a professional workshop than this.

Worst place to get your bike serviced. I had spent Rs 7201 here on my engine and the final product I received is awful. They are friendly but their servicing is worst.
