Old built hotel…non responsive staff…owner treats you well…the moment he disappears…. Entire hotel is a house of goons…we planned a wedding there and it was a nightmare…. Do not visit

Very nice. I just loved the experience over here. The rooms are big and beautiful, bathroom was neat and clean.the bed was so soft.there service is very good.also the complimentary breakfast was awesome. We all loved the pool view and sea view rooms.

Overall the experience here was nice and excellent.

Doesn't have a good view of beach even though at beach side.needs improvement.games present but no equipment there to play.

The rooms are big but dirt is all over. Be it side table or bed or floor. Bathrooms are dirty and smell of urine. In some rooms AC doesn't work and in some it takes too long to cool. Buffet is bad. A la carte is ok but took too long to prepare food. Except for beach (which is wonderful) all else is bad.

The receptionist didn't know how to talk from the moment of checking in. Most of the restaurant services were disabled saying not many people are there, so basically you have to adjust with it as you don't even get outside food there considering place is in an isolated location. They over-charge at every point of providing service and all they are concerned about is money over customer service.

They aren't even bothered about what the other person is speaking!

Only good thing was - person attending at the pool was a nice person serving us with the best he could and the staff who helped us decorate the room for a celebration.

Accept location nothing is good.
Price is uncessarily too high. Rooms are not good with missing basic amenities inside the room.
Rooms looks unclean. No toilet tissues, geser not working. Room service is very slow. Not a very recommendable deal.

It is a nice resort, but if you are thinking of ahaa factor than one will be disapointed. Good for solo or young travellers.

Hotel is clean, ambiance inside the hotel is peaceful, room services are fast, staff are fast to response. But still the road to the hotel is nasty and not bearing the confidence for night travel by personal vehicle.

Nice ambience, reasonable price for staying as well as food is concerned With a very nice clean swimming pool, table tennis board, pool table and also kids play zone. Moreover it's on the beach.

Worst Resort Ever, We booked 5 rooms and stayed for less than 22 hours but had more than 22 probs in a day,
1) AC's were not working,
2) Electric kettle in room were dirty in one of the rooms it was nt working only
3) Geysers were not working so they bought us a bucket of hot water from kitchen stove.
4) one of the room door was not having proper lock and our friend stuck outside for more than half an hour,
5) mosquitos and flies on dirty plates during buffet dinner.
6) No tags on the dishes of the buffet had taken Fish wrongly thought it was chicken.
7) Mineral water bottle was charged more than MRP. A complaint will be registered for it in consumer forum.
8) No compensation for our complaints. Rude managers.

Its very bad exprence very bad behaviour pool caretaker When im said to pool people change the song he cant response very bad and food are to much expensive

On a fine weekend we decided to visit Mandarmani and stay at this place. Though the cyclones have made a huge disaster and they are still recovering from it, but still this place is magnificent. It is a bit costly but the experience is worth it. The pool here has a bar and it's neat and clean. You have to take their swim suits and then jump in. At the entrance they have a lawn and basket ball court but due to Yaas they are in a vulnerable situation now. Coming to the rooms. They are very spacious and well maintained. The ac in the rooms work fine and you can do party with your friends as they have a lot of space. Now we have lunch and breakfast there. They have a buffet system and a lot of food. You will be so full that you will not be able to eat dinner. They have rice, jeera rice, tandoori roti, butter naan, mixed vegetables, paneer do pyaza, papad, chicken, egg, salads, fish butter fry, daal for lunch. They have milk, Kellogg's, chocos, poha, bread, butter, jam, egg, scrambled egg, dosa, idli, sambhar, tea for breakfast. In short you will have a great stay here. Do visit this place if you come to mandarmani.

The Hotel Service was not That Good.
TV was not Working.
Swimming Pool Time was not Fixed.
The Staff was not Cooperative.
Chlorine Quality was not Good as it was causing so much Itching after coming out of the pool.
Telephone was not Working.
Washroom Appliance was Obsolete.
Food Was No Doubt Good.

Very good place for family & friends. Staff behaviour is very good & they are very helpful. Foods are costly but OK.

6 months ago we came to this hotel and this was the best hotel. But unfortunately after the flood the beach is dirty and the entrance is a bit destroyed. Still a very nice hotel

The amount of money they charge for rooms are not worth it. Their services are very bad and the behavior too. I have experienced recently and they also theft our things and also denied it. And not apologized. I request you not to go in this third class hotel.

It's very good.they are very helpful and buffet is awesome. You can get many variety of food. It's very relaxing and peaceful place. But if you want to go there then you have to get local transportation like motor van or if you have your own car then it's superb. There have a big ground to do office party? In open space like an event. They also provide the sound system and they also do bonfire. It's perfect for honey moon or couple or Office. They do have there own swimming pool. Main thing is quality of food is awesome. Highly recommend.

There were no ac working at the restaurant and we had to shout and ask them to switch on the fan but the room was beautiful and neat and the swimming pool was good too. Frist day at night we asked them when the swimming pool will open and they said it will be open at morning 9: 00 we wear very happy that time because we have to check out at 10: 00 but the next day when we got reday for the swimming pool they said it will open after 10: 00. Dinner was suppose to start at 0830 PM wherein the same was served at 0930PM. WHEN WE WENT TO EAT BREAKFAST AT MORNING the tables wear dirty and there was to one to clean them we had to eat at the dirty tables

The service provided was pathetic! They are conducting a virtual loot at the buffet. It starts at a time much later than the designated time. The food quality was pathetic. Even so, most of the times guests were waiting in line to get food. Felt more like a langar, than a paid buffet. On second thought, a Langar is probably better. Their system is flawed at the very root. The management allows guests to take food up to their rooms. Meaning some shameless guests stand in front of the food to hoard it back to their rooms. Essentially paying for one adult's buffet and feeding 13 people. All this while, the guests in the dining lounge are waiting for food. Seeing these guys, it feels like we are not in the midst of a pandemic but a zombie apocalypse. It seems, they won't get any edible thing for a week after this buffet. Speaking of zombies, I am reminded of the service staff. They remain unresponsive even when you ask something directly and pay no heed to your words.

The location and the pool are probably the only two positives about this place. The rooms are also quite spacious. Overalll, there are lots of better alternatives in this price range. Won't be able to recommend this place.

One of the best resort in Mandarmani ️ Polite and well-mannered staff, good services and foods were tasty. Location is perfect. Just near the sea beach?

Extremely partial and unprofessional staff. Mainly Tapas Roy. He doesnt know how to talk to guests has a very reluctant attitude and can be easily paved by bribing. We went as a family and had faced extreme uncomforted as some one hired some local girls (escorts) and they were creating a nuisance in the swimming pool and when we expressed our discomfort Mr. Tapas encouranged the nuisance instead of restricting it. Never expected such things in a 4 star. Disgusting!

It's to utter disappointment, after paying a good tarrif amount, the service provided was not up to the mark. More so over basic proper hygiene for bathroom was not there. The tea served to us was stale, the plates were stinking at bfast buffet.
Strictly not recommended for stay.

Very Poor Service. Cockroach were roaming in the Washroom. Room Full with Mosquitoes. Room cleaning service is very Poor. And you need to wait for an hour for food to be served.

Pros.
1. Fantastic location. Just Infront of the beach. Entry by the beach. No worries about water. Water does not reach up to there.
2. Food is too good. The chef is awesome. Will cook according to your choice. Can say one of the best hotel foods. Tried Crab Curry, Prawn Malaicurry, Pomfret curry, Chicken malai kabab, reshmi kabab. Yes in breakfast all the dishes were good. And more over clean.
3. Stay: very neat and clean rooms. Good size of rooms and balcony is awesome. Sea view rooms are good for clean view. Swimming pool is clean. Hygiene is maintained.
4. Beach water is very clean. Even beach was very clean.
5. Service is awesome. Specially the kitchen.

Cons.
1. The main road was very much destroyed so had trouble to reach the hotel.
2. Side rooms are good but the beside properties were bit dirty so view will be distributed from balcony. Also from sea view rooms sea is that much visible due to trees guard.
3. Weekends they have buffet dinner and lunch. Which they push as manditory but they take alacarte on request.

Need to mention specially. We had the luck to see the sea tinkles known as blue algae effect in the night sea. May be it due to the clean water.

Cutlery stinks and so does the washrooms. Food service is poor too.proper Room cleaning only once a day.staff shortage.

Average resort. They delayed 1 hr in check-in in the name of cleaning. AC was was not working at first. After 30 minutes they repaired it. Quality of food was not up to mark. Most of the items in menu is not available. A bad odour in every room is felt. Probably the odour of alcohal and poor quality phenoyl. Dusting of the rooms were not done properlyOnly location is good of this resort. You will get 50% of what you will pay here. Try to find another place I would suggest.

The place is almost at the beach. The staff is helpful and prompt. We went there on 15 th Feb 2020 and the place was fully packed. The food is good. Rooms are sufficiently spacious. The bar near the swimming pool serves liquor and hookah but there aren't many options other than a few beers.

The rooms and common area were great. The service could have been better. It was pretty noisy though because of some party going on the premises. I would not recommend this for families.

Excellent location. Located just in the beach, the hotel staffs are professional and cordial. Rooms are clean, foods are tasty and service is also good. Price should be negotiable.

Beautiful place to stay with your family. Just on the sea shore. Spacious rooms though sea facing is available only if we book from the official website of the resort. Buffet has a lot of varieties but taste could be better. Pool is very clean and we'll kept. Bonfire and DJ was also arranged for a party when we stayed though mocktails and cocktails are not available at the bar.

One of the best family resort in mandarmani.good food. Behaviour and service of staffs are good.but should increase the variety in cuisine.

Good rooms, good food, lovely ambiance and a well maintained swimming pool. Right on the Mandarmoni sea beach. Well maintained garden but rooms should have more lights its looks depressing sometimes.

Victoria Beach Resort is very good property and is very good except sweet dish. Only ice-cream is served in the name of desert.
Approach Road to resort is very bad. For coming here you need SUV with good ground clearance. Small car may breakdown.

The resort was superb. But there fooding system is not good. Only buffet system brkfst to dinner.

Stay with Victoria is awesome, whenever o visit mandarmani I take a chance to find a stay at Victoria beach resort.

Overpriced for the facilities provided. Too crowded, not calue for money. The amenities are old and non functional. Not satisfied.

We went to Victoria for the first time in 2016. We really liked the property the and stayed there a number of times. However, with each stay the disliking grew. The rooms were often damp. The toilets stinking and the pool water dirty. During our last visit in March, we got sale food.

Loved the architecture and build style of the property, had been there for dinner, excellent spread & variety of food at reasonable price.

Room service not up to the mark. Starters are good.but do not order any other stuff. They served spoilt rice and chicken. However they try to mask the spoilt food by coating the chicken with lots of Masala or in case of rice with rose water. View and proximity to sea is a plus point. Rooms are large and neat. Bathrooms were big and clean. Maybe because of large crowd our bathrooms were not cleaned in our 2 day stay.

Excellent resort superb location friendly staff.bt uncomfortable mattress + bad damp n it's stinking smell specially in the restaurant n lot of flies.

Bad part is.they lack professionalism on foods. 30 mins in the buffet and they say some of the items are already finished.
Also, offered a janitor room in the first place which I had to argue to change.

Stunning location, great rooms, superbly clean, well maintained swimming pool, but they haven't any proper approach road to resort.

Very bad food and limited food items, they don't have any A-La Carte food menu for dinner or lunch. Dining Room people are rude, Service is very slow, I am not coming back again

One of the best Resorts of Mandarmani. I would suggest to go along with the all inclusive package, considering the food quality and quantity, its way cheaper than the other resorts of Mandarmani. It has a Pool bar, it also let you bring your own booze in the pool or in the pool side. Drinking or Smoking Hookah in a crystal clear infinity pool is absolutely god level. The rooms are quite big, and 1st floor is the best of the lot as it has a roof top opening!

High end resort.good rooms.good food.very prompt n courteous service.pool is very big.but might not be suitable for family to get into the pool, with an attached bar facility in the pool.but its a personal choice.one extremely negative point is the approach road, which is horrible.be safe with a sedan or a hatchback.
