Update 2023: I used to go to this place very frequently. But now the food quality is very bad. I used to like veg chowmin very much. Now it has become worse than the road side chowmin. Even roadside chowmin quality is better than this place. Every food tastes bad now. The billing process is also very confusing. You have to take the coupon, then go to the bill and come back to the place from where you will take the food.

A very well stocked huge store for Indian snacks and sweets. So many items make confusion about what to buy.

Its good, but dont think its like Delhi's Haldiram, food quality is Good, But the quantity is just half of North side, I took regular thali

यहां के कर्मचारियों का व्यवहार और अच्छा होना चाहिए। यहां बिल करवाने के लिए एक एक डेस्क पर समाज के लिए दूसरी डेस्क पर डिलीवरी के लिए तीसरी डेस्क पर कई चक्कर लगाने पड़ते हैं। वॉशरूम भी काफी दूर है। पार्किंग करवाने वाले गार्डन का व्यवहार भी उचित नहीं है।

Nice place to explore for gifting great food items ranging from Sweets to baked products and Farsan. They have a great reputation for products made of pure ghee. They have a dine in area as well to order different veg items

We have ordered Chola Bhatura (4/5) and Paper Masala Dosa (4/5). Hot food served with two Bhatura, sufficient chole and salad & pickle on the side. The Dosa was yum and enough for one person with a generous amount of masala and chutney on the side.

Chola bhaturer size is small compared to their other branches and a bit more time consuming, and it is good to have a look at the hand wash area and dustbin.

Quality n Quantity becomes very poor day by day.
But the prices of foods are going up.

Check your bill properly and the material purchased. The account guy scam people and charges extra against not purchased item.

Guard behaviour was very rude. And even management is not worried for their customers review. We have complained to managemene for guard rude behaviour but of no use. Totally diagree with this place.

The place is okay type. I went there on Kali puja night with my family. I ordered veg thali. The taste of the dishes were okay. But the rice in the thali was not fresh. So the experience was not so good as price and my expectation.

Only restaurant is good rest quality no so good during diwali i purchased approx 16000 rs sweets to distribute all were hard not fresh they cheating in the name of ghee laddu.moti pak is just bakwas.guys trust me bikaram chandmal is far better than haldiram.haldirM ke ab wi din nahi rahe price waisa hi ya jyada hai quality ghatgaya.ghee laddu me taste nahi moti pak me taste nahi.kaju katli was just ok.

Staff attitude and behaviour is very Rude. They treat customer with ignorance and non responsiveness. Rest, Food Quality is good. Vast variety of Sweets.

Food quality degraded alot! Service was also pathetic.rather, other one near gariahat is far more better.

It used to be a Great place for vegetarian people to eat, great quality, great service, prices are reasonable too, however now the quality is the worst and services are bad as well, the staff is lazy, the prices are the same but I'm really disappointed in everything else. Only good thing are the sweets and snacks that are still as good as they always were.

They have different variety of snacks & sweets. Also you can enjoy meal & fast food here. The place is overall good & the service provided by them is best.

The place is no doubt fabulous. It's is huge and has dine in facility. The versatility of the products available is mind-blowing. They sell dry snacks to sweets, regional sweets, bakery items, cakes, diabetic sweets, live jalebi and panipuris etc. But the behaviour of the staff doesn't seem to be welcoming. They are hauty and speak with customers in disrespectful manner as if all customers have the intention of stealing stuffs from their shop.

Insanely expensive. Not value for money at all. Ordered rice and dal combo. Portion size was not sufficient for even a 3 yrs old. Cold and tasteless food was served. My 1st and probably the last visit to Haldiram.

Amazing collection of sweets and every kind of mixture and what not. Loved the place. Also the dine-in is quite spacious and great.

Mis management.very congested and hyped price.the thalies costed me 160 more than other outlets.expensive for no reason.

Food is quite awesome. They have all the options like dine-in, takeaway or packaged food section. For dine-in the amenities are very basic and it is self-service. There is a banquet option as well.
All the food here is purely vegetarian.

Self service. Smooth ordering process. A little clumsy, yet a good place to sit and stay for a while.

Some foods are very good but some lags taste as pav-bhaji.
Last billing time is 10: 30pm which should be slightly extend. Sweets are excellent in taste and hygiene is quite better.

Vegetarian snacks served here are just amazing. Samosa is one of my favourite and even the boondi laddoo is just mouth watering

Good place for veggie people. But it is very crowded and noisy, people wait for table. Smell of kitchen is is so irrocatic if i m eating south Indian food and im getting smell of Chinese food, then it is a little bit annoying.

Nice place for family hang out. Quality foods and beverages they serves. No non-veg items are available here.

Great to have vegetarian food, I totally love the noodles here, great place for snacks as well, there is self service so you have to do it by yourself, everything the order, the water and the food as well!

Absolutely vegetarian.though they were lost in fame but they again came back with bang! Lots of options are available and beautiful taste!

To describe haldirams VIP road it can be said it's one of the largest branch in Oliver Kolkata if you thinking about haldirams is keep in mind it's a full vegetarian area the foodie will be getting and is fully vegetarian where is being vegetarian food around here it's very good the quality is awesome he can get all sort of deserts Dona I can get South Indian foods Indian foods also the price down it's on a medium range and haldirams can be mainly known as for the bhujiyas and their dessert I love to go haldirams VIP road it's a great place to have food you guys can also do they have fun

I had the Special Thali. Was there to buy sweets and gifts for Diwali. The rush was crazy as usual during festives, and so took a break to fill the stomach.
The thali was good. Loved the yellow daal, but the rest were as usual as you would get anywhere. Little costly for the quantity you get, yet it was good to try.

Nice place. But its not a no onion no garlic cuisine. So if u are going for a jain meal please ask for separate food.
