A very famous Restaurant in the heart of Chinsurah. Location wise it is very easy to reach. Just near Ghorirmore, Chinsurah. The view from the fixed glass windows overlooking the busy market while enjoying your food is great. Now coming to the ambience which is awesome. Loved the paintings and the interior decoration. The staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. The main part being food which was also fabulous. Highly recommended for a visit here if you are in Chinsurah.

Soooo delicious foods. Employers good behaviour. Covid19 safety rules maintains hear. Washroom not good & not clean. Otherwise soooooo testy and yammey food available here.

1pc. Of Nan cost Rs. 80.00 and 1 PC.of kulcha cost Rs. 100.00 no worth at all.push sell of paper plates costing Rs. 25.00 has no meaning. By by welcom, there are so many restaurants nearby better than this in respect of quality and price both.

Very popular restaurant in Chinsurah, Hooghly. Food quality is really good. Price wise comperatibly higher than others. One advice to Welcome management team, they should give more focus on the Covid protocols at this time.

I ordered chilli chicken and chicken Manchurian both taste are same and taste is worst compare to price. Don't go by the looks food is not good here.

Extremely bad experience at this restaurant. Decoration is overall Good. But Food quality is very poor. Starter items are satisfactory. We ordered chicken tangri masala, Biryani & lemon soda too. All these taste so bad. Even the AC was not working properly. If your money is worth to you then pls don't go to this restaurant.

Very Poor quality of food. I never expected to be this low. I ordered masala kulcha and laccha paratha as parcel. When I went home I found out how poorly the laccha paratha was made. It was made with atta instead of flour and extremely poor taste and too high price. 70 rupees for such quality of laccha paratha.

It's good. Sitting arrangements, food quality is good. Employees behavior is also good. There is only one problem i.e. Availability of parking area. It might be a serious issue in any occasion time. Otherwise it's good.

Extremely poor experience. I must admit the ambience was good. But the quality of food is too bad. The plates were looking dirty. The prices were too high compared to food quality. We ordered crispy chicken where we barely found any chicken. The chicken in schezwan chicken was not even properly cooked.

Worst restaurant in the area. Some staffs are very unprofessional and sluggish in nature as if they are also guests. Food quality is so so compared to their unnecessary exorbitant price. I found mixed sand in their coriander mixed fried rice due to their unhygienic practices.

I think this restaurant is struggling nowadays for maintaining its own image.food quality is so so. Don't provide any kind of mocktail.

Ambience is super but the rate of food are high but the quality is good but the biriyani not like biriyani the size of the rice are small mutton are like 2 piece 70 to 80 gram each quality is very bad you should improve it.

I went thrice. First time I ordered chicken Hakka noodles which was adequate and tasty also. Then second time I ordered biriyani and chicken chap. Biriyani was average but chicken chap was good. Third time I had the worst experience. Ordered gravy noodle and I don't know which kind of gravy it is and the point is the gravy don't have a taste. Noodles was average. Then I ordered chicken drumsticks which again disappointed me. That is it contained besan instead of corn flour. Then the chicken quantity was less as well as coating tasted like the fries we get in bazar. But gravy was ok. There behaviour and ambience is always good. But I am extremely sorry I don't want to waste my money any more

People around this area probably haven't experienced any 1st class restaurant. That's why they have no idea how bad their service as well as their menu is. Sad.

Average food, good location, good capacity of seating area. They make arrangements for any occasion i.e. Birthday, anniversary, get-together etc

Visited for a dine out with family.
Overpriced menu and food quality not as good as it should be compared with the menu card.
Was served food on a broken plate and got a chance to see rats moving around the floor.

Very bad quality. They didn't even admit that biriyani was smelly. Please don't try biriyani at all here.

Popular Restaurant in Chinsurah.quality of food and beverage are pretty good. But service is very slow. You need to keep more time to get your order delivered.

Tanduri Roti is the worst. They gave me half raw, when shown to them returned me the the same overburnt. Butter chicken is worst.

The food, ambience, environment everything is good here. I have visited here many times but haven't felt like I have eaten the food here so much times.
