Nice place in the heart of the City, safe secure and caring place for kids. Must visit once to get real experience

This place needs to renew its play area. The balls are too little for the ball pool. Fishing rods are worn out. Soft area is not fully functional. Not worth the money.

Needs to improve the washroom, clean up the surrounding as too much of litter was in frontage. Kids come there to enjoy and if rubbish is lying in front mosquito will be there.

This was my second visit yesterday. My kid couldn't enjoy much as there was several kids of 15-16 years who occupied the place and not letting small kids to play properly. Even the staff were hardly interested in managing kids and just sitting idle. Not a good experience this time.

Nothing exciting for a 7 year old for sure. Electronic games are expensive and not well maintained. Staff are more interested in chatting and their phone than watching kids here. Simbaa is a better choice for sure!

The place is nice for kids below the age of 10 but the entry fee of 600 is expensive. Also you have to buy coins worth rs. 30 for a few games to play.

Pathetic.the girl at the counter is very rude.no service.kitchen is not serviceable as birthday party is going on.they should inform this prior.when I called them before going and asked about birthday party it was informed as it's not privately book so you can come.if they don't want to give service to others apart from the birthday guest.why are they saying others can come.the girls who look after the kids are also busy among themselves.i have been to so many play area but the experience here was pathetic
Instead of the kid being hungry no service was provided and the person in the kitchen was rude too.they are behaving as if they are giving us all things for free so they can excuse themselves however they want

I booked here for birthday part play area was good but don't recommend for chai break food because they are fraud.pls sure and take in writing before booking

Went there on children's day, my daughter had a gala time over there.very spacious, full of activities which can keep a child engaged for hours

Nice effort to make an entertainment place for kids but there is mismanagement and less hygiene.

It's an amazing place for kids. There are dozens of games and it's a really open space I definately recommend it

The place is nice and suitable for kids. The facilities are appropriate. Safe and comfortable for small kids too. The staffs are helpful and caring.
Over expensive is the only downside. I'll recommend if they bring down to a reasonable charge. Now it is Rs 600 for one hour for basic, additional rides each cost Rs 30 each which lasts hardly 2-4 mins

It was my sons bday yesterday 7th October 2022. We called few kids and family to celebrate. Very unsatisfactory service. Long delays in service of food items, pizza and noodles took One and a half hours to serve, bearers not trained for restaurant service, they were not even basic trained, we were actually doing self service most of the time. Over all experience super disappointing.

It was a fun place to enjoy with kids. Kids upto age 12 years can enjoy. They have many video games also apart from soft play games like jumpy, trampoline, lego, sand art etc
However most of the video games have gone for repair at the moment. The serve chai break food which is again good and yummy. One can conduct birthday parties also here. Theh have provision for parking as well which is a big advantage.

Unprofessional.irresponsible and pathetic management.extremely expensive yet I was ready to plan my son's bday party here.they kept me on hold for 4 days while I repeatedly called them to confirm. Despite multiple calls nobody answered nor they had the courtesy to call back.finally after multiple messages i got a reply that its possible and i can come down for the advance payment.upon reaching I was denied. The owner herself doesn't have basic manners to talk to clients and she clearly said that her staff (Rima and Juliana) are incompetent and they cannot do anything about it.with less than 10 days to celebrate my son's bday i m in a fix.lot of other visitors were also complaining about how expensive it is and their horrible service and management.

DO NOT PLAN YOUR SPECIAL OCCASIONS HERE, THEY'LL SURELY RUIN IT.

Nice big play area for kids. My son enjoyed 2 hours here and was not bored at all. It is a bit costly, but facilities are very good. Will recommend to anyone.

They charge 600 for just soft play, out of which a few too many things are in Non operating state.the slime is out of stock, the ball gun doesn't work and etc If you want to waste your money then this is it.

A wonderful place for kids.my baby just loves going there.the helpers out there are good, you can also drop your child and go for an hour.
Giving it a 4 star cause it's not really reasonable.like rs. 600 for an hour, it's not possible for everyone to afford it.

After a long time we visited the place post lockdown, went before mid day and it was not crowded and my 4+ yrs old daugter enjoyed a lot special mention to all staffs who were extremely friendly and kind to my kid.

Perfect place for kids, specially in this pandemic time. Trampoline, Bocks, Fishing, Doll house, salime, clay, swings, ball pool, video games, Air hockey and what not!
Very smartly designed with all the possible amenities and game ideas for kids, this place is a must visit for all kids aged 6months to 12years. Even my one year daughter had a great time hopping there. The staff behaviour, washroom and the place is absolutely clean healthy and sanitised properly.
One star deducted for the pricing which is 590/1000 for per hour per child. It should have been little moderate and also the food in the cafeteria hosted by Chai break is just okay types.
Nevertheless parents do take your kids out there and have a great time

Great place for kids.great value for money.kids would enjoy hours after hours. Toddlers to 10 years old would be best there. The food at the cafe behind the play area is also awesome but veggie only.

My son had a great time at Whoopee. It's a fun place for kids where many things are there for kids to play with. Also staff there is always looking after the kids. 600 Rs charge for me was little bit on the higher side.

Given 4 star only for price, Rs. 590 for 1 hour little bit overpriced. Otherwise it's a fantastic place for kids, lot of activities with big area. One cafeteria also running inside playing area and kids are enjoying the game. Additional game charges minimum Rs. 30 (Per coin). Overall a good place for kids if you effort it regularly, because in my opinion playing area should not be changed frequently.

Nice place for kids to spend their time in activities ranging from Lego to Kinetic sand and other arcade games. Ofcourse the usual trampolines and ball pits are more fun for kids.

Visited this place at least ten times. Staff at the play area seem more interested in playing with their smartphones than with kids.

I thought there will be a lot of events for kids to play but not. Very few event for a kids in terms of entry fee. Entry fee is RS-600 for one hour only. Conventional event which will be found every where. Need to add new toys n some new event. Area is also very cosy but place is clean.

Lovely place to hangout with your kids. From toddlers to grown up kids, its so much fun here. Even I jumped into the ball pool. There are interactive games here too, one was where you can throw the balls at the giant projector screen and play the game. There is a Lego station, a huge car race track, magic sand, rows after rows of slides and obstacle courses.
I loved the place. Although my kid is very small for all this, but he seems to be enjoying it. There is a cafe too.

So, at first it’s not 8000 square feet:) And, it not 800. Boring and expensive. One hour is more expensive than in Russia for the FULL day in the 2000 square feet playzone (about 10 times larger than this) :) Too many severe rules and many assistants who do not know how to play with children. Parents are not allowed on the slides, and the child is afraid of helpers. They hold the child’s hands and make the child forcefully go to those attractions where assistant lead. At the same time, they hold the child’s hand literally everywhere. They do NOT know how to play with children. I don't recommend. At the same time, the price is terrifying, even for Russia in large shopping malls.

Took my 1.9 yr daughter Who was not willing to come out only. Nice place to visit. Staff's where friendly, huge place and well maintained. Along with entry fee coins should be given atleast one coin for each coin ride. Else nice place.

Wow. What a beautiful place for kids. One of the best amusement indoor park for your growing kids. Little bit costly in accordance with play time. A must visit place.

If I could, I would not grant even one star. Really really apalled by the behaviour of the staff towards a special needs child. How can they label a child as 'mad' or 'normal'? They kept calling the child 'pagal' in front of the mother. Their lack of empathy and education is evident but I am aghast at the company's discretion to employ such people and then not take any action even when the incident has been reported.

Does anybody who does it to a child in their right frame of mind? Can you not train your staff properly to be more humane and considerate? Never recommending this place to anybody ever again. Get your hearts in the rightplace first. A child is a child. No labels. No tags. Period.

A very good place for kids.good staff and i loves the place.but i want the owner to reduce the price as rhe price is very steep at 600/hour. Very few will afford that and evwn the few will not visit regularly.

Great place for Kids within 12 yrs of age group. Lots of activity available. Kids sure to have a good time.

This place is good for children below the age group of 10. I think it is bit costly, and they should reduce the prices. Otherwise Management and staff are well trained, kind and curteous. It is located opposite to Zeeshan Restaurant and sometimes finding parking is hard. You can bring your child here for birthday and host a party as well.

Best place for kids to entertain themselves, in the mean time parents can relax with coffee sip inside.best serving people to take care of your kids, with you without you.
