Wok'ies is a great artistic concept in itself and has received great attention for the same. When we visited Wok'ies, we tried Bibimbap, Brownie with ice-cream and Caramel Macchiato. What struck us most was how cordial the staff were. We had an issue with the Bibimbap and they gladly offered us a replacement, because customer satisfaction matters to them the most and they set a high standard for themselves. Thus they deserve a glowing review.

Food quality is good, we loved the brownie+ice-cream in particular. Service is prompt. The decor is simple, and that's perhaps the USP. In this 2-D, black-and-white café, every single tinge of colour pops, which is a little aesthetic to behold.

The taste was amazing. Quantity is as expected. Highly recommended for its aesthetics as well.

This cafe in Kolkata is 2D. Food was good, but the AC made me miserable. The location is not outdoors, and if the air conditioning doesn't cool you off, it serves no use. Even though we were beginning to feel suffocated and were perspiring profusely at that point, the food was still incredibly excellent but did not taste that way. But I adored the atmosphere. I will advise folks going in the winter because the air conditioners are broken.

The serving time is the second thing they lack. Ordering all the food at once is advised because they will take a very long time to serve you.

Last but not least, the staff was incredibly humble and cheerful while serving us.

It was a nice experience with WoK'ies. If you like Chinese cuisine then that's the place for you. You are definitely going to love the ambience.

The art works on the walls are so good that you might want to get lost in 2D. Well I enjoyed my time. Properly managed and clean place. Food quality is good too. You should try if you didn't.

A nice little place with cool decor in Southern avenue serving good quality Chinese food with a pocket pinch of around 400 rs. Per person.

This is 2D cafe and it's a picturesque ambience. Love to take photos here but it's quite cozy place. Well behaved staff and food quality is nice. I love the smoky fish cuisine, it's delicious.

The food was average. Ordered Bibimbap, which is a Korean rice bowl, which wasn't Bibimbap at all, because, the rice used was any regular rice whereas it should have have been sticky rice or short rice. In real, they aren't serving the original or authentic Bibimbap.
But they do maintain good taste in foods. Took their special Green Apple Soda drink, lemme warn you, which is not at all special, as again its the regular like any other place.
They maintained two types of menus, a regular and a special menu. And none mentions any instructions regarding tax implied or dine out not applicable on special menu. At the point of paying through dine out the service boy came and said that it's not applicable on special menus, we told them to make two seperate bills then, even that was denied, more surprisingly, all this was going on in front of the manager who just kept quiet and watched. When the service boy told us it's mentioned in Dine out terms and policy we checked and asked them to show us too, but they failed massively. We paid the total bill, instead of arguing further, but got really angry at the manager in the end who was then murmuring standing at the same place with the service boy that "We underlined the terms and have told dine out to mention, why did they not put it".
It's either the manager lady's casualty to not keep track of things done or may be just a put on in front of us. Whatever it was, it felt cheap!

Worst food and service.they just don't know and understand the requirements of customer and food quality is damm bad

Good vibe. The location is exactly opposite Menaka cinema hall & Rabindra Sarovar. The decor is good. Pricing is comparatively better than many places. However they should renovate their washroom. The behaviour of their staff is good, however the service is a bit slow. Do try their shrimp fry, sui mai, wothib, pork dishes (these are really good) & dessert (toffy walnut & fried ice cream). They have newly introduced a new dessert- hot fudgy brownie with vanilla ice cream & chocolate sauce, you can try that also. I would recommend it for small lunches, evening outings & kitty parties.

Had a lovely experience @woakies. Absolutely great Vibes. Such a delicious dishes for reasonable prices. Just worth your money & time. ️

Every single item was consistently average, the green apple mojito is green apple with pulse candy crushed, it was too salty. We sent back the thread chicken and asked them to recook it because they didn't make it with salt and spices. The "spicy" Flat chicken noodles were just spiced with chili flakes and by far the worst flat noodles I've had. The plum chicken was not flavoured with plum sauce and the chef thought a regular sweet and sour chicken would fool the diners. The tangerine mojito was good and the fried ice cream also good. Turkish coffee was not available and the restaurant doesn't have regular water citing covid reasons.

The decor is top notch the management should have spent more on getting better kitchen staff than the interior decorator. A good one time visit, expect to be disappointed with the food. Price is slightly on the high side and overall not worth it.

Average food wid high prices.interior is ok but the quality of the food is not at all justified the price.

Good food. Pretty interiors. There's this constant generator like sound from the kitchen ovens whenever they're preparing food, kinda deafening. Not recommended if you're going for a date or something. Also, they do not serve regular water although there's aquaguard, i do not trust packaged water bottles from brands I've never heard of, neither would i like to pay extra for those.

The star attraction of the place was it's ambience. Probably the first restaurant to come up with a 2D experience idea. The place was totally different and insta worthy.

About the food, if you're fond of chinese and àsian then this is one the authentic places. I loved the THREAD CHICKEN especially the crunchy outer layer with the soft chicken inside. If you like pork you can definitely go for ROASTED CHILLI PORK it was absolute delight. For maincourse I had the SPINACH CORN FRIED RICE with BUTTER GARLIC CHICKEN. The fried was very good in both quantity and quality. Butter garlic chicken was the best of all it has shredded chicken with light aroma of fried garlic on top, very tasty. For dessert I had HOT CHOCOLATE ROLLS WITH ICE CREAM, and it was crunchy rolls stuffed with warm brownies️
I also tried the TANGERINE MOJITO it was refreshing.
Place was hygienic and hospitality was satisfactory.

A good place for dining out with family or partner.
Decoration is overall good with black and white paintings all over the walls, simply a photogenic place with nice staff behaviour.

This place is located at a 10 mins walking distance from Rabindra Sarobar Metro station. It's located just beside Menoka Movie Hall.

This is a beautiful Instagram worthy restaurant. It's really spacious and can accommodate around 20-25 people. They have a wide variety of menu and this place is a must try for all the Chinese and Asian food lovers. Each and every item was super delicious and totally up to the mark. Both quality and quantity was appreciable. The staffs were cordial and well mannered as well.

Coming to the food we tried: -
Thread chicken-. A must try item. It was super crispy from the outside and soft from the inside.
Oriental basil Fried rice- Had a beautiful aroma and tasted really good.
Spinach corn fried rice- Very Unique item and went really well with the side dishes. It has perfect balance of flavours.
Pan Fried noodles.
Butter Garlic Fish.
Sui mai chicken- Super soft and juicy dumplings filled with ample amount of stuffing which you don't wanna miss!
Roasted chilli pork- A bit spicy but perfectly cooked with the juiciness still intact.
Fried icecream.
Hot chocolate roll with vanilla ice cream- This was absolutely amazing. A perfect dessert to end your meal with. Hot chocolate stuffed crispy rolls turned out to be really indulgent.
Tangerine mojito.
Green sea.

This is a perfect place for hanging out with friends and family so hurry up and visit this wonderful place for a great experience! ️️Overall loved the experience!

Ever saw a child ask "are we there yet? " making you laugh well don't this place makes you do the same. Even after waiting 50 mins all we got was 'Its being made". Sure this place is great but only if you consider eating out a day long event.

This cafe is great for instagram photos. I loved every moment of it while i was inside the cafe. We ordered drinks virgin pink lady and tangerine mojito and, personal opinion, the pink lady was better. But it wasn't that awesome or anything. They offer varity of dishes in fact, from main course to desserts. So you can do your lunch or breakfast there easily. And don't forget to take pictures!
