Excellent experience. I m very satisfied with the grooming that my Shitzu received today…I have tried many grooming centres in Kolkata but in most places the overall grooming experience has really not been up to the mark. In fact, the last place that I visited was so bad that I had begun availing home grooming through the Petnest app. This worked as an alternative but as the app allocates the job to the groomer who is available, consistency could not be maintained.
So After today, Woofs & Wags is definitely going to be, the most preferred option for my fur baby for all her grooming needs

We chanced upon this place serendipitously while looking for a crèche for Lara, our Lhasa Apso. Led by Ms Attreyee, the team members are compassionate, professionally sound people who know the nuances of canine care. They are very particular about cleanliness and take anti-flea measures very seriously. Highly recommended.

Our search for grooming ends with Woofs and Wags. We tried with few groomers and were not satisfied. Finally we land up with Woofs and Wags and got what we were looking for. It’s not about the grooming but how they take care of your pet. The team is very professional and makes sure you are satisfied with their services. The owner (Mrs. Chatterjee) is very cordial and personally gets involved if need arises which is an extra assurance for best services.

Highly recommended. An altogether different pet creche experience! Starting from the trial stay (which, I think is absolutley necessary), their infrastructure, cleanliness, hygiene, daily video updates and last but not the least the guidance by Atreyee madam, everything was flawless.

Our Polo was taken very good care during his 10 days stay. The staff is very friendly and caring. Regular videos were sent to ensure our peace of mind. Their grooming service was also great. I highly recommend this crèche.

This is a review after my third visit with Woofs and Wags. It is safe to say that I have found a forever destination for my fur baby. I have availed their grooming services twice and am still amazed by their quality of work. They have in house vet, to and from transport service for your dogs for appointments incase you do not have a car, they offer a brilliant grooming service as well as boarding/creshe service. It was very difficult to find a one stop destination for pets in Kolkata but the entire team of Woofs and Wags have my whole heart. I live in Howrah and found out about them by chance through the internet and for that Im forever grateful. The best thing is that each and every member is a true pet lover which makes it easier to trust your pets in their care. A true gem in Kolkata.

Woofs and Wags is fantastic! We used their crèche services for our dog for a long stay while we were on vacation. We could not be happier with how well Woofs and Wags took care of her. From the start, everything they did was incredibly thorough ensuring the best care for our dog. They are experts in canine care and it’s obvious they genuinely love dogs. When it came time to drop off our dog we knew she was in the best hands.

While we were away, Woofs and Wags sent videos of her multiple times a day letting us know how she was doing. This was very comforting for us, as we did not have to worry what was going on with her while we were out of the country. When we picked her up, she was as happy and healthy as can be. We believe a big part of this is the effort Woofs and Wags made to get to know our dog and learn her idiosyncrasies. They tailored their service to her needs.

We have used crèche and boarding services in different parts of the US and around the e world for our dog, and Woofs and Wags is definitely the best. We highly recommend their services and will continue using them in the future. If I could give them six stars I would!

Undoubtedly this lady is super arrogant while speaking g.what do you think of yourself.you are not doing any charity and you mentioned you will charge 200 to 300 more from market.you might think you are are a premium but no body cares how premium u r unless you learn how to speak. I am sure you are not a pet lover who want to run a creach but a money minded arrogant person and you do not deserve to be a care taker of my dogs.people if you love you pet avoid ths place

Close to my place, that is why it is a good option for me.i can take my furry baby by walking. People are friendly.

If you love your dog, there's no better place than this. Excellent care backed with thorough knowledge. And loads of variety of snacks n food to pamper them.

Thank you is a very small word to express my gratitude towards Woofs and Wags and Atrayee. As a 1st time pet owner.everyday we are in learning process. Our furry baby is very precious for us. Thanks to Woofs and wags who always guided us specially Atrayee. We took him to woofs & wags from the day we got him. But this time the situation was different for us and our furry baby. We had to go out of country and unfortunately couldn't take him. Initially I thought to drop myself with him but Woofs & wags saved us.

I spoke to them and they came to rescue us. I was nervous and worried for R. I spoke to Atrayee several times before leaving him. But Atrayee ensured me. They took really good care for R.

They always updated me about his routine by sending photos and videos. I can't imagine the help and support I got from them.

One of my favourite pet saloons. They are very patient towards your pet, and treat them like they are supposed to. Love taking my pup for his grooming to this place. 100% recommend

Had a very good experience there. Went for a spa day for my golden retriever. Very professional attitude and very neat and clean place. Will b visiting soon.

Found them via online search. Great place for your pets, they are thoroughly professional and have a caring attitude towards your canine. I went for a grooming session for my dog (Lhasa Apso) and he was absolutely comfortable with them. They did an excellent job of grooming. They are very clear in their policies and you are informed of everything upfront. They also have a decent range of accessories and essential supplies as well.

As it was our fur ball’s first grooming session we were pretty nervous about it. We did not know how this is going to turn out and if she is going to even allow the process. However our experience was really great. We could understand she was in great hands and we are in awe with the final look after the grooming. We just can’t get enough of our baby girl’s new look! Thank you Woofs and Wags for this wonderful experience. Special thanks to the owner Atrayee for coordinating with us and answering all our queries.

What a fantastic experience. Nice behaviour and professional staff.exellent Environment. They will cut your baby's hair as you want. There are many choices for you. Grooming is done here with a lot of time.

Let's talk facts and not assumptions.
Did you go back and check the recordings? Did you make any mention of turning back clients if vaccines are not upto date? There is no mention of it on your response and the reason is clear.
Another key point which I didn't make a fuss about. But since your records are not upto date, it wasn't my second visit. You can check the gpay records.
Since last grooming at W&W my pet shed heavily, and has several rashes and bumps on his skin. I have been visiting a vet to get it treated and spent about 3.5k already including doc visits, meds, supplements etc. Would you like to have a look at the docs prescriptions?
So before challenging me back, Woofs and Wags should definitely aim for improving your communication and customer relationship management. From your response its clear that those are not the areas you'd like to focus on.

Review update 29-May-2022: "Take or leave it approach for grooming visits, without clear communication on prerequisites"

I've been visiting the place on and off since it opened. Apparently there's a sea of change over time. To cut short, there's no defined guidelines to follow before you show up (At least wasn't informed to me for my last 2 visits). I was told that there are recordings of customer interactions, so maybe owner could go back and check.
Last visit since I didn't carry my dogs vaccine card I was allowed on request basis, this time I was told that since 1 of the vaccines was missing so i wouldn't be allowed, on consideration my pet will be groomed but with a muzzle on. BTW, last time the shampoo which was used caused severe hair fall, and rashes on my dog's skin, the issue was acknowledged by the staff today. However I didn't make a fuss as it's something unintentional. But the reciprocation is not there from the staff or owner.
My pet, so as we call, is more than a child to me and I have never muzzled him earlier. I don't know how he would react. It's obvious for a pet parent.
And remember all this for a price you pay for the service you avail.
By the way there's a policy to pay advance for weekends. I was also clearly told that the advance I paid can't be refunded, because of my documents not being in place they lose 1 slot. But crazy part is nowhere do they make these prerequisites clear before taking a booking.

Over time the place has done well, and now the attitude is more of a take it or leave it cause we have other clients lined up. Wish you luck, but as I suggested please work to improve your communication on the prerequisites, but I won't be returning. The company policies/rules regulations have to be made clear to customer's before taking bookings, rather than keeping then as assumptions. The staff now is just that, staff. And they too really aren't too much into talking and discussing with clients. I hope you work on customer handling unless you're ok with clients not returning back. Because end of the day it's just a service based business in return for a fee.

Great place for your furry kids! They have an amazingly friendly staff who are certified grooming experts (Maybe that's a first for our city). The owner too is very experienced with dogs and knows the nitigrities of dog behaviour.
Pocket pinch was 800 for bath, nail trimming, paw grooming, ear and anal gland cleaning. Which I feel is a fair service charge.
PS: I was shown the crèche area, and it was right up with the international standards. Sound proof rooms, comfy separators. Security cams. They also have a dog gym/agility area.

Will definitely visit again.

We had leave town for few days so we decided to keep our puppy with woofs and wags. Very highly trained professionals, they provide regular update on how the puppy was doing, her whole day activity, food water etc. Overall a good experience.
