Wow! China

Very bad service. I ordered chicken fried rice in hot garlic sauce as on mall employee offer but got very less chicken in it.is it for offer that you guys are giving less chicken in rice.then don’t distribute your offers. As a first buyer very bad experience. I would never spent 140 rupees to get 5-6 chicken pieces in rice.

The school gives vouchers for rs200 to be redeemed at any outlet to winners of the school fest (quiz conducted by Taaza Tv at The Heritage School). The voucher mentions a lot of terms and conditions but does not mention that the bill has to be min rs399 to redeem. The manager Pintu Das informed us that the company has told them to follow it it was company policy, which can be found on their website (checked, not there). He was very very rude on top of that. Why is Wow Momo pulling such con jobs with students?

That too at pocket friendly prices. The atmosphere was relaxing. The service was top notch.

Usually price is bit higher than any other outlets of wow china in Kolkata. Though The service and food quality was. They added service charges, also they removed it when we asked for it.

I dont generally say bad stuff about places, but this has to be one of THE MOST DISASTROUS places. My whole family suffered from food poisoning. For the food crew, kindly clean your workplace and maintain hygiene before serving people. We have come to eat, not with the mindset to pay extra money on hospital bills.

Worst experience.usually takes an hour after placing order. Staffs appears to be having negligible attitude

The food was ordered at the WOW CHINA outlet in salt lake city center. A cockroach was found inside the chili chicken. This type of service is not at all expected from a well known company and such negligence can also cause serious issues. A food company having such bad hygiene maintenance should not be there creating a health concern for all people. People look again before eating your food from WOW CHINA if you are ordering!

Good place, amazing ambience, best for birthday parties and family dine in. Arindam Dasgupta served us really well. Definately recomending this place to everyone

Worst taste ever. I ordered crispy chilli babycorn it was very crispy, burnt and very stale.my ₹226 totally wasted.this city center outlet of wow china has yet again shown worst quality and quantity.
Have to give one star in order to post this review otherwise I would have given zero stars!

Food was okay, the quantity was worth the price. Rice and noodles could be a bit juicier. Has potential to be very good, but lacks for seemingly no reason (?).

Worst experience ever.food is taste less and uncooked.customers service is bizarre.there was a girl for billing.she was so busy with her fellow male Co-work.she just can't spot giggling and touching him. I felt so uncomfortable. I can't explain.wow China billing amount was 494/-. There was huge hygiene issue inside the counter which is proper visible to customer. Still I love Burma rice.so I bought it.but food taste is just yuck.rice was undercooked.chicken hot garlic sauce seems chicken pieces were floating in water curry.tasteless frozen food.there is no freshness. I just wasted my money. 500 rs for a meal.and there overall service was disgusting. I will never recommend this brand to anyone else.

I order 1 chicken noodles in hot garlic sauce but to my surprise i didn't recived that for which they have charged me 225 in place of that i recive a onky veg hakka noodles plus it took them more then an hour to deliver it to me which is just 20 min away from my home

Eating food from here can be disastrous. They proudly serve you cockroaches due to their unhygenic cooking environment.

The bunch of inefficient people can't even complete cooking a Fried Rice for a Swiggy order in even one hour l.

Perfect place for Chinese with an Indian Twist. Affordable as well and the portion size is huge.

Not good service at all. I went aroud afternoon time. Takes lot of time in giving food to the customer without any reason. Even there billing service is not good there paying machines are down most of the time.

I went for buffet that they are serving. The service and behavior were okay can't say good also, the items that they posted online and they are providing has mismatched.

I usually take a photo of my food to give a review but I couldn't take any photo bcz i did not have that mood.

In the part of the soup, they provided chicken manchow in the place of hot and sour, that is okay but they did not serve any salad and the starters were okay not so good. The main course section is self-serving so you can go and take your food on your own, they had rice noodles and side dishes of chicken, fish, and prawn (have the prawn on your own risk they don't clean and devein the prawn) those were not so tasty.

And then comes the dessert part, they had so many things in this part but they only offered ice cream and made us choose between brownie and pastry.

In the meantime, one manager would come to you and ask for any suggestions and when you would tell him about the prawn he would the prawn is cleaned already, what is the point in taking suggestions

And i heard and saw veg items were also included in the nonveg buffet but they did not provide any veg items.

Wow! China is not so wow.

Pathetic experience overall

Ordered Chinese buffet. None of the main course available. Even after so many request, they failed to serve. It's during evening 9.20pm.time is not something whi h is very late. Absolutely horrible experience.

The noodles and chicken that we take is too spicy. Otherwise it's flavourful and tasty. The serve is quite slow. But the best thing is that they provide u wooden spoons and the quantity is quite good.

We ordered chilli garlic noodles, but the problem was flavour of both chilli and garlic were missing. When we asked them to redo it they made it a bit chilli and garlic flavour but no vegetables were there to eat with, it was only noodles chilli and garlic.

Ordered Hakka Noodles + Chilli Chicken bowl of 2 online. Firstly, the packaging was great and the food was super warm. Loved the Chilli Chicken. Each bowl had 3 pieces of chicken and veg noodles loaded with veggies. The veggies were very fresh and 1 bowl is sufficient for one person. Overall a great experience.

In this pandemic situation we are locked down on the house. A real food lover never stops. And wow china they serve you at your doorstep in these kind of difficult situation.hats off to them. Food quality is sufficient.and tastes also awesome.they deserve the five star rating. Thank u. Guys for doing such great work.

Had ordered veg fried rice (regular) and chicken in black pepper sauce (regular) from here yesterday.
Chicken in black pepper sauce (regular) consists of 4 pieces chicken.

The quantity of food was sufficient for two. The quality of food was also satisfying. The chicken was delicious and well cooked.
Probably one of the best places for Chinese food at such reasonable prices!
