WoW Momo

Right now (26/01/2024) me and my Husband are having Chicken cheese mobur and Chicken Mobur (just opposite of the Gate no. 10, international traveller) just the worst food I have ever had in my life.both the sauces are too much spicy that we were unable to have, neither it has any taste.
Very unfortunate that the have very limited options of food here, whatever they have that also only on MOMO and One type of BURGER.
STAFF IS ZERO TRAINED, doesn't have MENU KNOWLEDGE.
Atleast before taking orders they should have informed us that they use spicy sauces for both the Burgers. Unfortunately they have simply NO SIGN for spicy BURGER.

WORST MANAGEMENT. WORST FOOD. WASTAGE OF MONEY. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
WOW MOMO has Spoilled our experience

I took steam chicken Darjeeling momo. To my surprise it was double the price. I can understand that it's airport price. There was only 1person to take orders and make them and serve them. With the no. Of customers they have minimum of two people should be there, guy was shuffling and was good though. But my momo was not completely cooked I feel as he was rushing to give us fast. Coming to chutney it was horrible, I tasted your chutney several times but it was not good at all. So I paid double to get bad momos and chuntey. Kindly rectify it as I'm a big fan of wow momo.

Worst experience! They take so much money and serve you frozen momos heated in microwave. People don’t go to restaurant to eat heated frozen food. We can do that at home. They are cheating people. Don’t even think about eating there.

It is a good option inside the airport. But when you are in Kolkata, you will get a better option outside.

I am a momo (or, any other dumplings for that matter) lover. I usually try momo from different places. Wow momo is a popular momo chain throughout india- this is the airport location, at Calcutta airport. The steamed momo (5 pcs I guess) is 275 Rs, which is obviously overpriced as compared to the taste and all. Wow momo is pretty basic, and nothing fancy.

Very poor service. The person took our order and made us stand for one hour to count his cash and then completed our order. When requested to curry up as my father was a diabetic patient and has taken his medication, his reply was go some where else if u can’t wait. I will only start preparing your order once I start and finish my cash count. You can wait.
Very disappointed by the salesmen’s attitude.

Very bad stuff members. Ask for a bootle of water and he refuse to give. It’s not like I am buying for free.

Staff at WOW Momo at Kolkata airport are over cautious, wearing gloves applying sanitizer over the gloves again and again every time during billing and collecting money and touching the food items with same gloves.

Do you guys think that you are providing hygienic food.
It is a poison.food simply loaded with lots and lots of sanitizer.
I repeatedly told the staff not to do it.but they are telling.this is the order from our owner.so we need to follow.

Plz sensitize your people to feed us hygienic food rather than sanitized food.

Further taste of the food items are not up to the mark.one can get more tastier momo's from the street vendor

After dropping off my sister, came here for a light dinner before we headed back home. Opted for Momo Burger Chicken.
Here the prices are higher than elsewhere since it's the airport, but taste isn't the same, the taste is average, momos in the burger were a bit dry, they put 30% of the sauce in the container, not on top of the burger.
Wow momo in kasba serves better

Momo is my favourite. Whenever I used to visit Kolkata, I must try it's momos first. The taste of momos is very yum and one can find variety of momos here. Staffs are very helpful and attentive towards customer if they need anything. Also, here cleanliness is proper taken care of. There is sometimes so much crowd that it is difficult to find place seat.

I ordered the Tandoori chicken momo which cost me 349 ruppee and to tell the truth I found it really expensive. But still I got it as I was very hungry at that moment. Well there was a significant waiting time as they told me it takes a while to prepare this very order. I found the QR code scan payment very convenient and easy to pay for the food I ordered. Talking about the taste of the momo, it was good although the taste doesn't felt like to be of that price I paid there. Also I felt like the momos have a distinct taste i.e. The taste of things when kept in refrigeration.
Ultimately it was an experience of mixed feelings.

We tried their corn cheese pan fried momos and paneer steam momos. The corn cheese pan fried momos were good but paneer steam was quite average. But Wow Momos really need to work on their pricing for these two types of momos (5 pieces each) we paid around 525/- + taxes. I understand the fact that it was inside the airport but in general also (outside the airport) they charge a lot when it comes to quantity or quality if for that fact.

Not worth spending your money here. I had chicken Thukpa and this taste more like soupy packet noodle that you would get for 10/15 bucks with few bits of chicken. Taste nothing like Thukpa except its also noodle soup. Won’t eat again.

Good food I still feel like it's expensive because the hype created by the momo lovers about our first retail chain wow momo buisness. I think momo should be much less In price. They charge more money that's not good momo more tasty more spicy can be served even it is being served at many places under 100.r. S

Today I have ordered 4 Chicken Thupka from the Airport outlet. Sorry to say here quality and quantity both were worst. In terms of price they should deliver good quantity and I am preety sure that they had divided the one Thupka meterials to 4 Thupkas. Wow Momo this is the way you are making money or your staffs are making money in this way? Please look into this matter.

P. S - I will never order from Wow Momo from today please. This is enough.

One of the best momos and good service, I always enjoy eating when I travel via Kolkata airport, amazing food!

It's a small shop just outside the airport arrival gate. Price is high. But momos r tasty. A lot of variety available.the staff is friendly and courteous. They serve you in paper cartoons which is a bit weak. It would be better if it were paper plates. Food is tasty but one time it messed up my stomach. So may be they don't always use hygienic water.

I have always asked and received a glass of water at Wow Momo kiosks whenever I have placed an order. First time today, I did not at the Kolkata airport food court. I was informed that water was available near gate no. 19. Not practical at all, neither very courteous

I asked for momos 8.11.19 night. The lady staff was very rude and impolite and she insulted me. Clearly visible on her face that she doesn't want to work. Pls hire someone who needs job. Not like these people who says no to every customer. I was there nearly an hour. She sent all d customers back without taking orders.

Wow Momo is one of the best place for momo lovers. ️ If you are tired and bored of the regular steam and fried momo outside, this is your place for a change of taste bud. With huge variety and lipsmackimg taste, this place has it all. Momo with a burger, tandoori momo, fish momo, momo au gratin, and not to forget the soft delicious butter chicken momo. Wow, the name will definitely come in ur mouth once u taste it. Kind of tried everything from here now, would love to see some new menus coming up. Prices are reasonable but would be helpful if they provide 6 pieces instead of 5. As we all are huge momo lovers, one extra piece would bring heaven down to earth. ️

It's best in around kolkata airport and also few others in arrval area pack food take it upper level eat or takenit inside best overpriced as usual tho auakity is normal

You people are cheating if some one take RS 165 Momo then asking for a glass of regular water then your counter saler not ready to give a single glass of water.its to pathatik.

Had loose motion having WoW chicken fried momo. Among 5 passengers, 4 of us took and we had loose motion and vomiting. Have been hospitalized.

Worst experienced ever.
Better just don't eat the momo the after affect was just horrible.
You guys have to be careful about it.

I tried fried Chicken sechawan momo at Kolkata airport. It was worthy of money (Rs. 200 for 5 piece). It was crispy but none of them was fully wrapped.

Wow Momo stall just outside the Airport building is horrible. They served me smashed and broken Momo and when I requested them to change it they just flipped the Momo upside down and served as if I am a fool not to notice it.

Awesome momos served here.the butter chicken momos was a super hit.they have all tikka kind of varieties including tandoori and afhgani/malai tikka momos.

I was surprized with the big tricks they do with the customers. Please check your bill always. They can cheat you easily.

I baught veg supreme burger whose cost is written as 109 Rs but they are charging 165 Rs and billing it adding a different item which they do not give to you. When I asked, they said cost is increased.

When peoples do not have too many options at airport, they r just looting and cheating. I do not know how these peoples live just cheating common peoples.

Recently me and my friend been to WOW Momos @terminal 3, international airport, New Delhi. We ordered paneer momos and this was what we had you can see in the photo. I must say Bad experience with Wow Momos, Bad taste, less filling it was like half filled and half empty even the quantity was less i was expecting normally 8 momos and they served 5 momos. No more Wow momos.

I ordered for a chicken moburg. The quality of the moburg was miserable as compared to other wow Momo's stores across India.

The staffs at this outlet are very arrogant and unprofessional, first they told a lie that steam momo is not available and fried momo will take 10 min.time. After 10 min.another staff informed us that steam momo is available. Instead of repeateadly requesting them (At least 15 times) to pack steam/fried momo they took 20 min to serve steam momo. My three years baby was crying and asking for momo and they were busy in counting money and other work. When i started shouting at them after waiting for 20 min they served with alot of arguments. Disgusting, Unprofessional, Arrogant behavior.
