Wow Momo City Center, Salt Lake

I and my daughter tried Chicken Steamed Momo from Momo Mania (5 pieces, Rs 69 plus taxes). The momos were loaded with stuffing but the quantity of chicken in it was less than their regular one. They tasted good though with due credit to the seasoning. The in-house sauce served with it was hot and spicy, and yummy! A good deal at that price!

Worst service.they behave as if they are deaf and dumb.wnt listen to your requirements and order something else.when you say they ll say we dnt hv stock.are you ppl mad or what wnt you say to customers whether available or not. Waste service.cnt say on food as yet to taste.

I ordered Chicken burger and pan fried momos, it was too much over spicy that we cannot have it

Pathetic hygiene. Also mall switched off AC at 9pm by the store is selling till. 10.30 don't know why.

Ordered newly launched Molten Cheese Momo. Which doesn't worth price. Also ordered pan fry Darjeeling momo which was also bad.

My family is strictly vegetarian and my parents went to city Center 1, salt lake so they bought momos which were obviously vegetarian but when we opened the package at home, everything in it was non vegetarian. We tried to call but the number was invalid. Super disappointed and this is very unacceptable. All this food will go to a waste.

Delivered wrong items every time. They are not following the order given. After coming back home, we've seen wrong item they have given. Very disappointing.

Wow momo outlet- located inside the City center saltlake is compact but efficient at the same time.

Overpriced. That's why reduced a star. Tasty like any other momos available in any other decent eatery

They do not serve the less priced varieties on the menu forcing customers to go for the high priced ones only.

Good quality momos available and veg & chiken momo both a available (fried and stream both)

This outlet is located at the ground floor of cc1. There is not seating available. It's a takeaway centre! The staff wasn't really cooperative. Every other item we were asking for wasn't available according to the staff! The food was extremely oily. Oil was dripping from the momos which was extremely bad. I don't recommend this outlet.

STALE and smells bad! Clerk insisted I buy the 10 piece Darjeeling momo even though I had asked for regular 5 piece chicken momo. When I got home I understood why. The momo was not at all fresh and meat smelled putrid, the cashier was trying to get rid of old inventory. Very disappointed in drop in quality over the years!

I ordered my food at 12 and without notyfiying at the app they called mw and cancelles my order. Never even showed that they dont accept orders after 12.

Me and my 73plus age mother standing for billing for near about an hour. But billing person is not available. Dated- 10-Jul-2022. Time11: 30am. We can't place the order.

Located near to entrance in an open area.this joint is present since really long time.taste and freshness is like any other of the outlet.in evening you may find waiting hours due to crowd.

i think the bread is not new, it was strong I can't even finish it. There's a smell too.
Just notice too it's unhygienic.
Staff not wearing mask, or handgloves while preparing food. I saw the hand of one staff preparing my food.its unhygienic.
I think Wow China is a good choice, I'll try that one time

Very bad, not delivering on time, too harrassing, quality of packaging was too poor, could not imagine that wow momo could not deliver 43 sets (8 momos + 2 moburg + 2 pepsi) on time.

It was a bulk order and while placing order we asked him the delivery time, they had ensured that the delivery would be by 1 hr.but on calling him multiple time, he did not picked up our call and was lying continuously, even the delivery person was lying.

We had ordered at 3: 30 PM, and received half order at 6: 45 PM and other half at 7: 15 PM, Almost half of our employees had left the premise by then.

We would never ever order from WOW MOMO again.
