This is my second visit to zara homestay with my family. The rooms are spacious with all modern amenities.location wise it's in the centre of bolpur and the surroundings are calm and quite, ideal place for relaxation. The service of Bapi and sourya is very supportive and prompt.only the restuarant service needs huge improvement for attracting more and more tourist.otherwise it's lovely place to visit.will expect restaurant will improve in coming days and also need more hotel boys-nos are very limited.

Nice spacious rooms, the staffs were very polite and cooperative. Neat and clean rooms location is also good. Definitely recommended.

The service was very good and the rooms were pretty clean. Overall we had a great time staying there.

It's a very serene place to stay the rooms were very neat and clean a must try with their food ekdm ghaar ka khana with good RO water fliter and most of all the staff were very helpful and always their for any sort of help.the rooms are very spacious neat and clean The view is also great. A must visit if you want a stress free Shanti days. Will be visiting again whenever we go for shantiniketan always Zara for Shantiniketan recommended.

It is so convenient to have Zara in our neighborhood, it's a cosy homestay, the food tasty and the staff and management are accomodating and friendly. A couple of suggestions: White towels and racks above the basins in the bathrooms would be nice.

Zara Homestay Santiniketan, ভীষণ ভালো, খুব পরিষ্কার পরিচ্ছন্ন, রান্না এবং পরিসেবা খুবই ভালো। প্রতিটি স্টাফের ব্যাবহার দেখে মনে হয়নি যে বাড়ির বাইরে আছি।

The place is really very nice, neat and tidy. Very well maintained. Ambiance is very nice. The manager and the care taker are very polite and well behaved. It was a nice experience to stay at Zara. Only one improvement is required is the quality of the food. Rest all are very good.

I had my two days stay at this homestay with my family. It was worth an experience. The rooms were well spacious and neat and clean. Not only their services but also the toto service provided by Subir was also great with a good behavior and patience.

I've spent 2 nights in zara with my family. The rooms are spacious, clean and the attached bathroom was also very much clean. The behavior of staffs are also very good. Wifi and water purifier are available in every floor. They have provided toto service for pickup with a reasonable price. The toto driver's (subir saha) behavior are also very good and helpful.

The overall stay was amazing. The staff service was extremely good. They were very polite and well behaved. The rooms were also very comfortable. Moreover the hotel provided us with their Toto driver, Kiran who took us out on sight seeing. Even he was extremely polite and showed us all the tourist spots with utmost dedication.

Clean rooms, good staff behavior, the rooms look great and cozy, they provide Totos too. Our Toto uncle was really good and guided us well. This place is also near university campus.

Food was okayish could be better.

Location of Zara homestay at ratanpalli is very good, calm n quiet, full of greenery and other residential buildings. Service of Bapi and Sujan is really admirable. They hv satisfied us with their kind co-operation. Whatever we hv wanted to eat, they have provided us happily without any complaining attitude. This homestay provides us with the facility of toto service also with a moderate value. We have got Samir da as our toto driver who is very gentle and cordial by nature and gave us a joy ride by toto for two days. Food quality is stomach frndly here, totally fresh, but I must say price of food should be little bit lesser than present price according to it's quantity of course. Overall our experience is really good and pleasant. I thank to Saikat da (the manager), Bapi (the receptionist plus care taker), Sujan (staff), Samir da (our toto driver) whole heartedly. Wish u all for ur successful business.

I would suggest you all to definitely come to ZARA HOMESTAY as it's good. The behaviour and services provided by all the staffs namely Bapi, Sujan and others were great and up to the mark. But unfortunately i would like to say that the prices of food items were too much which i think must be reduced as per market rate. It's a great advantage that this Homestay provides great toto services. My toto driver was KIRAN LOHAR. He had provided us a great service with cordial behaviour.
The rooms are spacious and each room has a balcony from where you can get amazing view.

One of the best Hotel to stay in Bolpur. Rooms are spacious (both Double Bed and Triple Bed AC/Non-AC) and well maintained with attached open balcony to enjoy outside weather. Attached Washroom are clean. Water Purifier is there in each floor. Service is good but food is average in taste which need to improve on and little far from Bolpur Station.

Staffs are well behaved and helpful.
No local and medical shops are situated near by hotel.

Ambience is good and it will feel like home for elder people which is more important.

Local commute service (Toto) contacts for sight seeing is also provided by hotel on your wish at very reasonable rates.

You need to travel atleast 1.2 KM to reach main road from Hotel.

Looking forward to visit again.

Excellently maintained property behind Ratan Kuthi near to Viswabharati & Sanibarer Hat (~2km) Nice ambience, spacious rooms with balcony, sofa chairs, wardrobe, bedside table.well furnished. Room rent moderate. Staffs well behaved & helpful. Transportation available. Inhouse restaurant serves only pre-ordered foods. We asked for non spicy & it tastes good, only thing is that it takes time to prepare. We have a feeling of Home away from Home. Will surely stay here when we come next to Santiniketan.

ZARA is now our like second Home at Santiniketan and regularly we stay only there whenever we go for University. Saikat, the controller, is superb in management with cordial behaviour. He even regularly takes our health condition as we also do. This is becausr his nice behaviour. Bapi, Sanjib, new cook and attendants all are like family man. The room space with amenities and location are beyond question. Among 12 toto services attached, so far I know, Rohit even keeps always personal contact. With the budget amount ZARA is first choice. They keep good relation with helping attitude.

We stayed for 3 nights. DB room given to us was very neat and clean with lots of dtorage space. There is attached balcony with seating arrangement for 2 with nice green view. There is also terrace seating area on 2nd floor. Food avalable on orders are well prepaired and each item was sufficient for 2. Location wise very tourist freindly at reasonable price.

A nice stay near Viswabharati campus. Location is very good. Rooms are very good and well maintained. Attached washrooms are clean. Attached balcony with each room. Staffs are very well behaved and helpful. Water purifier is there, in each floor. I give 4 star instead of 5 star only because of food quality, compared with little high price tag. They have to improve food quality.

It was a very comfortable stay.we had been there for two nights. The room was exactly what we had seen in the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. The staffs were polite and services were also very upto the expectations. We also had food there served fresh and hot and delicious. The toto driver ganesh i must mention him. He was very co-operative and nice. He guide from the day we reached the station till we left for home. He patiently showed all the attraction. Highly recommending zara homestay and ganesh's services. Overall very nice experience

I visited Shantiniketan couple of weeks back and stayed in this homestay for 2 days. Rooms are very airy and clean. Food was excellent specially chicken biriyani. Staff behaviours is remarkable. They have prepared for kids also, as we instructed. Last but not the least the location of this homestay is in heart of bolpur, just oppo to biswabharati. We have enjoyed our stay there.

I have visited Zara Homestay with my family a few days ago. Room, Food, Ambience & specially last but not the least staffs behaviour are really remarkable. Their co operation is really outstanding. I strongly suggest for any body who wants to visit Shantiniketen they must stay here to get the best experience regarding hospitality and others.

It was a lovely homestay. The atmosphere is very homely. They served us with delicious food. They also maintain cleanliness. I would say that if you are looking for a homely atmosphere, then ZARA Homestay is the best option for you.
