Horrible Service inspite of the shop being open the denied to give medicine in emergency case saying that they have to do accounts again which will take another 30 minutes.
Pathetic service and no humanity.

I have never seen such a worst store in Siliguri. They denied me on buying medicines as they do not sale Few Cut Medicines. I have asked for 2 Paracitamol but I was refused from the Store. They are rigid that they will not sale it. Will suggest just not to visit the store for Discount, now a days every store gives it. Zarurat Store service is pathetic. People is not Active, so mind it before moving to such store. I will request IMA to look into the matter & Take Necessary ACTION.

I visited the store for the medicine but since it was out of stock, they assured me to deliver it at my place and when they delivered it they even charged delivery fee without informing me in prior

Ordered medicines in morning, not delivered yet till the evening and no one picks up the call despite trying several times. The order was not delivered still at the end of the day.

Extremely unprofessional service. No response from them. Takes over 3 days to deliver medicine within city. They only take order via WhatsApp and behave like Ecom giant. People want medicines to survive. It's not shopping. Respond properly with correct delivery timelines. Hopeless people.

I had ordered 5 medicines through them they had told me that the order is confirmed after 3 days when I reached to them they have told that one of my medicines was not available so it will not be delivered as the order amount is below 500. What type of service is this? Then why did my order confirmed on the first place and after that also the customer care didn't tell me anything about it I had to call them to know this.

I ordered 30 speedral tablets but you guys gave me 40.what will I do with extra 10 tablets, bcos my doctor changes my medicine every month.pls understand customers requirement first and deliver.

Perfect for medicine, no worry just message them in whatsapp and they will deliver most of your medicines

The service provided is very good.
Now as they have also launched their app for order.
But the app needs some improvements

I am very unhappy with zarurat team.i called near by 7pm and i talk with one girl and said her that i have already.send medicine prescription in zarurat number watsup, so i request her send me medicine as soon as possible, they said they will send in a hour.but after 2hrs also i didn't recv any medicine.very bad experience.sorry
