Very horrible experience this is not that zeeshan near quest mall you heard about this is tottaly worst food biryani to kawab all are very horrible here i will not recommend this to anyone

Once it used to be a good restaurant for Mughlai cuisine, now degraded.
Very poor quality of food, service and ambience now.

A stalwart of Kolkata mughlaai food. Been there after nearly 25 years and the food was as good as before or maybe even better. A legend. MUST visit if you could ignore the very basic decor and seating arrangements. Service was fantastic along with the food. Portions were big and soul comforting.

The place was rather surprisingly empty on a Sunday evening. But that wasn't an indicator for their quality of food, which was at par with the "Zeeshan" name. We ordered 1. Chicken Tandoori Full, 2. Mutton Biryani with Egg, 3. Naan, 4. Chicken Tikka Butter Masala. Ghol wasn't available sadly. The service was nice. The place could use a little bit of cleaning and upgrading tbh. There is a non-ac zone and an AC zone.

The food here is average. Ambience is okay. But the upper floor tables are in a compact room, the ceiling is pretty low profile, so if you're a tall person, you'll have to bow your head down while you stand. It's a cozy yet nice place to have a meal

The food here is good especially the kebabs. The place is open from morning till late at night. Services here is good. The only problem is if u want a table in Air conditioned zone then u have to be very careful about where ur head is because the roof there is too low. Other than that food wise A1 quality can be expected.

Absolutely horrid experience! Visiting Zeeshan after more than 8 years, I expected to be treated to the fragrance of lip-smackingly delicious biryani wafting through the air; instead, I had to smell the sewage as they were cleaning the washroom with black gooey muck and water overflowing into the restaurant. Since someone accompanying me had already placed the order (mutton biryani) I stayed put. Once the food came, it was served on extremely small plates that were struggling to hold up the food. Now I'm not making a mountain out of a molehill, but Zeeshan's biryani definitely is! Served up like a 'mountain' of rice with a disgusting piece of mutton that was enveloped in rug making it look like a 'molehill', I ate a few mouths of rice and potato and left disappointed, dissatisfied and Rs. 700 poorer.

The price is steep in respect to the quality. It should be made reasonable. The behaviour is friendly.
