So bad service. They charge for cleaning the room also which infact was supposed to be complimentary before check-in, they charge for water and very rude behavior of staff.
They even did a room key mismatch and another guest walkind in on our room
Pretty ordinary place. Property is not maintained properly. Bedsheets were not clean. Room service was good enough. No way you can categorise it as a 5star hotel
This place has one of the worst services. Not good for women travelling solo or in a group. They entered the room without our consent in our absence and we had the keys with us, so we weren't very comfortable. I have no clue why they call it a 5 star. You keep on calling the room service/house keeping for basic things which should have been provided in the first place, even after multiple calls for the service, no one takes any action. They didn't provide us water bottles n upon asking them, they said it's chargeable. Took them an hour to figure out that we weren't provided with something as basic as a water bottle for the day. Rooms weren't clean, the appliances weren't clean, I can keep going on and on about my terrible experience here.
The hotel is so pathetic and Unorganised that can’t be expressed in words. It’s better that you book oyo than this poorly serviced hotel. The review which are visible I think are paid. I arrived at the hotel with my family and can’t believe that the Bedsheets had stains all over the place, the rooms were smelly. We got the used toiletries not all but body wash and shampoo. One can manage if the staff is good however the staff it seems are deaf and dump. Literally we had to shout for each and everything. I would say if you want to waste your money than go for it
Very mr. Sanjay Singh, associate director of banquets he cheated with by saying lot's of things regarding services and all but you will get nothing like this, did fraud with lots of money around 2 lakh for dj license and all never believe on him I request to the hotel, seat a inquiry against him.he is a fraud man
In front of the hotel there is a stinky canal. The people at the reception are okayish. Room had insects. Bed sheet had hairs and some stains. Windows were dirty, so that you will never get a good view. I could not control the AC temperature as well. After bath, the water was not going completely from the floor. Through out nightz my skin was itching, was it mosquito or some other insect, I am not sure. During morning breakfast also I had a bad experience. Now what rating should i give to this hotel, 0 or 1.
Pathetic sevice Mr. Supratim from reception is very very ill mannered. The checkin time was mentioned as 12PM while making d booking. When we arrived at the hotel Supratim was hell bent that check in is at 2pm after showing the booking details and much arguments he finally alloted room 623 after waiting for an hour. Supratim was very rude n ill treated us. It did not end there. Now in room 623 the bedsheet n pillow covers were all stained of black n red looked like blood stains but were told it's chemical stain. The washroom was even more filthy the comode had all blood stains felt like vomitting each time had to use the toilet. There were no toileteries provided either. Housekeeping and Room Service was even more awful. Please cancel their commercial lisence as they are not following any Covid protocols either.
Very poor management. Check in time was 2, we arrived at 3: 30, room was not ready, took 40 more mins. Bedsheet did not look fresh, attempt to stretch and make a crushed bedsheet was evident. Had a complementary meal with booking, yet had to pay the resturant explicitly for dinner and had to get the bill reimbursed during checkout. MBA trainies at reception probably, not aware of anything and takes lot of time. It was a worrysome stay, did not enjoy
We ordered milk for kids. Hotel charge 150 rupees per glass of milk and that was with 50% water. Is it the quality customer expects? Very shameful for the hotel.
I booked 6 rooms via Goibibo for my out-station guests at this hotel. Upon my visit prior to their arrival, I found the hotel is heavily understaffed and very unclean. Hotel entrance is by the canal which smells. There are small litters all through the entrance. Eventually our guests could not come as they suffered personal emergency right before their departure. We booked non-refundable rooms and sincerely requested for any partial refund since booking amount was substantial. The hotel management was highly unsympathetic and inflexible and denied any refund citing strict policies. Goibibo was of great help trying to co-ordinate but unfortunately we did not get any refund.
No match for the name at all. Horrible staffs, does not even help with luggage. No service available. Remote location. Wifi did not work. DON'T BOOK THIS PLACE EVER
Mosquitoes are there in room. Towels are? Short.they provide Only one for one room between two occupants And on calling for more they gave one which was not even suitable to be used as floor mop
Entire property was depressing, aesthetically very unpleasant. Corridors had very bad unbearable smell. Rooms were stinking as well (had to ask staffs for some room freshner). Electric kettle, table lamps everything was terribly dirty. Bedsheets and towels had stains. Drainage in the bathrooms is very bad. Extremely poor value for money. Very understaffed hotel. Poor service. They don't care about their guests. Don't book this hotel if you are looking for five star experience
Very bad service totally unprofessional behavior of staff, If you have any issue they will not solve.no one take ownership, they will just ask you to contact different different person, still your issues will not be be solved. You can find a better hotel on such high pricing.don't go for this hotel
Worst service, request everyone to stay away from thus hotel, no service at all. If you call room service, they will never come, plus when you try to call them again, they will not receive the call, worst hotel. And P. S i have been here with my family not with friends.
It's an average place. I would definitely recommend prior booking if you want Good quality rooms because many of the rooms are not so good compared to the others. The service is really poor.
I was upgraded to a suite - but room, service and people are terrible. No Tea cups in the room. Bath room didnt have towels. Hygiene is questionable as the soap of the previous resident was still there. TV not functional inspite of reminders for 30 minutes. Room service insisted of payment of food even though hotel had a Rs 5000 advance. Mr Sanjay Singh responded to my calls - he claimed to be the General Manager. He promised to look into it and revert within 10 mins. Its 60 hours but no calls. Food quality average. Service terrible. Best avoided
Not at all happy experience. Staff at reception are not aware of guests, their promises, its still self service even though they see a senior citizen. They don't score at all at hospitality. Food was good but somehow magically had five star Price tags. If five star then services were not even like 1star. No maintenance. Rooms were dirty including the cushion which were provided in the room.
Region is any other outlet through The Park, situated at New city. Bazaar is one of the restaurants at zone. The 10th ground of area is the fitness and swimming pool vicinity. Coming to the meals, atmosphere and carrier:
They hate guests and customers. Be prepared to enthralled with their hatred towards you. The management is cheap cringy and works only if you abuse them enough. If this is the last option then it's better to stay in any oyo than this nonsense isolated hell hole trash.
Very comfortable stay and the staff are very friendly. Our mini bar was not working and they fixed it immediately. But the thing is they charge 60 rs.for a litre of water whereas it is free in most of the hotels I have stayed. Also my t shirt and boxers went missing and housekeeping denied having taken it. We searched everywhere in the room but couldn't find it. Don't know what happened there. In terms of rooms, they are quite large and comfortable. Also the washroom is very convenient and has all facilities like hot water and stuff.
Excellent Rooms.a premium feel with a premium touch.bathroom was neat and cleaned and well maintained. But one thing to notice that the staffs specially house keeping staffs were a bit slow
One of the worst staying experience in recent times. First of all, we were given a room with no view at all. The room ceiling was not dusted properly and had cobwebs. There were bed bugs too. The food price was higher side. Not only that, they charged packaged drinking water above mrp and added taxes on that. MRP was 20rupees including all taxes but the hotel charged 50 rupees per bottle excluding taxes. And we were forced to take the water since there were no shops nereby.
This shows that they are there to cheat and loot customers. Will go to consumer forum for this!
Basically the rooms are clean and tidy.well sanitised.bathroom and lighting system is very good.staff and room service are very good and helpful but sometimes they work slowly.outside food is allowed.restaurant is also good but drink is costlier.parking facility is available and the location is also easy to find.refrigerator is not up to the mark coz cooling is not good.avoid room 603.it has drainage issue coz of poor design otherwise u won't face ny problem in any of the room.

1. Swimming pool area was closed due to Covid. 2. Room service could be faster. 3. The WiFi which comes free is pretty slow. But there are plans to avail for faster internet.
Horrible stay. There is poor response from everyone, except that the room service is fast but half baked. Everyone talks about mode of payment from reception to room service guy. I don’t know what this hotel works for service or payment? If this is your choice for stay, I will ask you to choose elsewhere. Hotel is torn down, carpets worn out. Fungus on walls. Staying experience is Excellent.one of the best in kolkata. But the food price is excessively high. They allow outside food. U can order from outside via swigy or zomato, u can save a lot of money.
Giving 3 to this hotel. Quite big and well maintained. It is quite inside so you will find peace from traffic.only one thing that is disturbing are mosquitoes even in the room.
This Hotel is in outskirts of Kolkata near by the Airport. Quiet good place if you don't enjoy the city hustle. Also Eco Park is the major attraction available where you can spend an evening.
Worst hotel I have ever stayed. Had several issues but none of them are interested to sort it out. The reception guys tells me to checkin takes 30min, No midnight snacks available. Their online and menu says 24 hrs service but their last order is 10.30pm itself. They couldn't help me with a single carry bag. Please don't visit this hotel, you could have much better hotel at same prices.
Nowhere close to being a 5 star hotel. Towels were soiled, most of the plug points weren't working and basic asks like warm water, etc.at the breakfast table were ignored. Needs lot of improvement.
We mentioned we are a family of four while booking. They said it's an executive suite but what we were given was a single mattress and my husband had to sleep there at night. Lots of mosquitoes in the room. No towels or soaps were given, even no cups were there. It's horrible and not at all a good place for a family

Hotel Staff starting from gate, reception, cleaning guy were all very courteous and helpful. Nice hotel with all the amenities like gym, pool, restaurants. Location is quite near to Airport. In room service was fast, delicious food. One of thing that needs to be changed is paying for each and every in-room dining service lunch, dinner and tea at the same time. It needs to be combined into a single bill. It will be much easier, or take it at the end of the day. They have a card swipe pos machine with the room service guy for the payment. It was a five star accommodation, until I saw 3 mosquitoes once I turned off air conditioning. That's why 4* rating
A lot mote care needs to be taken by the management to ensure a better experience as far as the rooms are concerned. There were mosquitoes and bugs at the hotel room for a broken window during our stay and a leaking WC that could not get repaired even after bringing it to the notice of maintenance staff.
One set of lifts stay permanently closed despite full house booking abd that makes access to the restaurant a long walk for elderly people and I saw a woman visibly suffer for that.
The property is amazing for its location as an attached property if attending seminars at the Biswa Bangla Convention Centre.
The Swimming Pool and Gym experiences on the rooftop are additional pluses that should be explored.
It feels as though, in trying to keep up in number of rooms under management, the apeejay group has been diluting their brand.
If your bar is set at what the park hotel is like, you're up for disappointment.
There is a 9pm curfew, all except the registered room guests are to leave.
There is no back office, all calls except those to room service, get placed directly to front desk. So the guys there are standing all along for a 8+ hour shift. To be honest, bell boys are better off compared to the front desk managers.
Despite all, the staff is courteous and prompt to the best they can. Problem lies in upper management I think.
The property is beautiful. Irrespective of it's star rating it gave a very homely feeling unlike other hotels who are over the hill professional in approach. The Manager was around looking into little details to elevate guest experience. I loved the young and enterprising staff who want to go all out to make you happy. Will stay here whenever this side
In spite of previous feedback on stale food, they again served stale chicken and fish, even slightly rotten lettuce salad. Moreover outside food order not allowed. So you are kind of forced to eat there even if you don't like. Otherwise, room service and staff behavior is good, only food is an issue.
Good stay, friendly behaviour and room service was good. This hotel is in Newton and at good location. Easily accessible to place.you can go anywhere through public transport or Ola, Uber. Hotel amenities and ambience is very good. Food is also good and available at normal rate.
Visited the restaurant there for a cup of tea. No doubt the tea was awesome but we have to sit without AC in a closed restaurant as it was a odd hour. That's really not acceptable.
Nice hotel with comfortable bed located in quiet surroundings. Didn't try the food here as I stayed only for a day. Bit tough to get local transport or cabs here in the evening as it is far from the city.
I think it's a 5 star hotel having all the facilities. Swimming pool and gym were the attractive ones. Giving Breakfast and one of the Lunch and Dinner complementary.
Horrible hospitality. By mistake my wife forgot to collect the invoice and we started following up for the invoice over call and mail. And everytime on call they just disconnected the call. Further after so many request they issued only 1 night invoice that too with amount less than what I paid for it. And now they don't want to provide the invoice. I have dropped 10 mails and made at least 30 calls. But all in vein Fraud and cheat hotel. Pathetic and rude staff
Had been to this place for my office trip. Check in process was really slow. We reached hotel at 10: 00 in the night. So very options were available and service was really very bad. Rooms were spacious and very hygienic and nicely maintained. Recommend this place to enjoy with your family and friends.
This is a new hotel and the rooms are bright and clean and a fraction of the cost of most five star hotels. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great location too, away from the hustle and bustle of city chaos
Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. The restaurant staff were just lovely and the food was amazing I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
I have stayed here three times in last 4 months for a period of 5 days or more each. Cost is low - and that impacts the quality of crowd. Last time I saw loads of TCS Gitanjali employees running over the floor.
I have been upgraded twice and it has been an overall pleasant stay. Rooms, shower, view from rooms are its USP. Staff in general is good and property is well maintained. Decent breakfast and good options.
Lets talk about what doesn't work for me. Rooms service menu is limited - the food quality is not upto the mark, either for breakfast or for room service. Cost is low for room service items and they need you to have a credit card for settling the room service bills at the end of the stay. Breakfast is 700+tax, very expensive for a place like this and they have an average taste. No other food options nearby - so you'd have to plan your food well. There is nothing close, so you'll always have to rely up a transport service. Public transport is not easily accessible - need to walk for 10-15 mins.
Overall a good place - but getting crowded now-a-days and I am not sure for how long they'll be able to maintain the quality.
