Absolutely must go to, place. The food is great, the drinks are great, the vibe is even better. If you are looking for sea-food, then this is the place.

Cannot complaint about the service, food and the atmosphere. Would prefer coming back to Daman only for this particular place.

One of the best restaurant in daman for fish and dining too must visit. And please try Bombay Duck Rawa Fry and Pomfret.

If you are fond of fish and sea food.do not miss visiting this restaurant. Was looking for a place serving sea food in Daman.thankfully discovered this quaint restaurant with an attractive signage and interesting name. The restaurant is on the first floor. Has an interesting decor.like that of the inside of a ship. You can dine comfortably in the spacious area. Loved the crispy fried prawns (read yummy). Also recommend the fried pomfret and surmai. The best part is, when I enquired on the size of the fish (to estimate the cost effectiveness), the enthusuastic staff actually showed us the fish before preparing the dish. Food is fresh, tasty and value for money.

A very good place to have seafood. We tried pomfret green masala fry, dara tawa fry, prawn rassa (prepared in their local style) and bhakris. Everything was delicious and freshly prepared. Totally recommended and a must visit place.

PS: Since they prepare everything from scratch and fresh, the order might take time to arrive. But it's worth the wait.

After a lot of research and craving for some sea food in this coastal city, we found fish and barrel. The owner (Praful) was himself present and offered us many choices. A thorough gentleman. The prawns tawa fry, bombil cutlets, pomfret fry and butter garlic prawns were super fresh, outstanding in flavor and taste. Also this place is easy on the pocket unlike the other sea facing restaurants. We loved this place so much that went two days in a row. Undoubtedly the best sea food restaurant in Daman!

It was one of the best experience I have had when it comes to sea food the restaurant is one of the best places to eat at The staff is well trained and very helpfull when it comes to the dish selection they also had many options in customization. Talking about the sea food it was as fresh as it gets
And the owner was very the best had he helped us bring beverages that were off the menu

Taste was not at all good. Service was even more pathetic. Only one person to manage bottom floor. Not recommended for family and fish lovers.orders wear delivered too late,

I am frequent visitor of this restaurant. Well maintained property, courteous staff and perfectly mouth drooling fresh cooked food (they don’t use boiled meat for quick serve). A perfect restaurant. Must visit if you live in Daman or Visiting Daman.

Worst service, the Staffs waiters are prioritizing only liquor customer, food quality is non hygienic,

Fish& Barrel is one of the very few restaurants in country with Unique ness, prafull Tandel Owner shared, they don't stock food, they don't boil nonveg and serve it cooked. F&B is superb restaurant for Sea food Lovers, they have a amazing taste, super Sevice, Staff Damodar was highly courteous, and Mr Tandel Made us taste Surmai Made in Daman home style which was superb and was really grt. Thanks Prafull bhai and Damodar for a great hospitality.family was completely amazed and happy

Best fish ever. Never tasted such pure taste of pomfret. The Bombay duck tikkis were positively exotic. The Goan prawn curry was ambrosia. Overall a fishy paradise. Will be back to this quaint place for more! Don't miss it if you are a fish person and you are in Daman.

Cool place to be. Seafood here was great, be it prawns, pomfret or dara fish, the chef actually preserved the taste of the seafood, despite making it flavourful on the outside. I would recommend it blindly for seafood.

If you like fish and a nice ambience, this is the place to be! We went to the rooftop restaurant which is called Damao. Not only the fish was fresh, the staff (Deepu and Ajit) was super helpful and nice! The owner, Praful bhai was extremely engaging and was helpful with choosing the right dish as per our preferences. The bombil (bombay duck) Tikki was out of the world - and was unique to this place. The surmai and prawns were fresh and the masala was yummiest. If you are visiting Daman, this is a must visit stop.

I tried today very fascinating dish called as a Bombay duck.which taste like exotic elements of garlic and spicies melts in your mouth like a melody with little bit of crunchiness.

As promised the fish was extremely fresh and very well cooked. Food arrived on time with no hassles. Owner was very helpful. Complimentary bombil patees were also yummy.
