The apartments are at a prime location.they house all kind of professionals, businessmen, government servants etc.the intermingling of people is also very good.there is a very nice temple which attracts a lot of devotees.it is also used for holding memorial meetings.i have many relatives and friends living in these apartments and have been visiting them for the past many decades.parking is always a big problem.otherwise closeness to district park of dda and jwalaheri market makes them a very prized property.

Quite in the market, everything need met nearby. Parking within the campus a huge problem.
