The buildings here are actually very old, and for long period of time it was like a ghost apartments.
Rooms are very small (janta flats) rest all is just OK

I don't know why flat cost ia too high for this old construction building. It is just 1+1 and price 40 - 55 lacs

Good secure place. The gaurds won't let you in till they get clearance from the house you want to visit.

The new president and secretary has made it so difficult to park our cars that even in extreme winters we have to walk from the main road to our own house. UNLIVABLE.

Very old j j colony of Delhi, mixup population of North and South Indian people. Streets very thin due to encroachment. Conjusted area.
