One of the best apartments here in mayur vihar phase 1. Just 5 mins walkable distance from metro station. Cycle rickshaws and e-rickshaws are available from here to any near by places including markets.

Buildings construction is old, congested and low rise.
But market is also near and they always a point for rent a property or house, floor.

Appartments have all the facilities for the residents. Nearby marketplace, with gym, restaurants, dominos etc. Rating 4.5/5

Everything is fine in this society. But little Much problem of street Dogs.

We lived there for one year and had a horrible experience. The society management simply enjoys on the monthly maintenance collected from residents. I have witnessed their weekend parties that they used to enjoy in the name of management meeting...

Been living here since months and amazing place remote area, close to metro station, bus stand, accessible to great markets and very calm place overall pretty good

Nice society with good temple within premises. Since it is 3 side open, light and ventilation are plentiful. New lifts installed. Pillar strengthening work also done. Friendly society to live in.

Safe environment;designated parking; 24 hrs cctv surveillance badminton court and central park

Water scarcity in this society. They have made their own rules to not provide water above 20kL/month “FREE” limit to each flat to save on water bills.
