Very Co-operative Bank Manager and Staff. Branch is neat & clean and not crowded. Branch Manager doing a good job. Very good Home loan service. Appreciated!

Getting pension through this bank۔ service has been improved and prompt. Location of this bank is also best۔

Bank employees is very late working and and not work systematically and fast they work like 90 year old man.

Bad service of Rajendra Nagar Axis Bank ever. No one responding and not taking seriously of any issue. Branch Manager /Operation manager (Mr. Abhishek) service is very poor.

Whenever I ask for a locker they said not available. After one month they said we are changing the lock of locker.again one employee said invest in mutual fund we will prefer you. Same on SBI service

The loan facilities in this so-claimed top notch bank is so pathetic that even for account statement of a closed account you need to visit the centre. Are we living in 19th century or IT Enabled era where even government services are available online...

A wheelchair person can't go there, the place were in a mess.and the bank services are also worst.

I was there to change my account type, I talked to Ms. Shweta there she was rude and unhelpful I have to call them every now and then to get update, worst axis branch.

You need a minimum of 30 minutes waiting time, just for even a simple work. Always full of mess.

Wrong location. Don't go there either go to nearest branch which is at mathura road.
