Very poor service specially for that man who is sitting in cash counter

Its a great branch and specially business banking team here is well equipped with requisite knowledge which inturn helps in right decesion making. Cheers

Very bad staff.there is no any cooperation.cash depositor has very bad behaviour.

I had requested for account closure on 15th October, but the account is still active. All the employees just direct you to the next executive and no one wants to do their job. Even after multiple follow ups the account is still active and no action...

Need to increase the staff because every single time, at least one of the staffs is on holiday. For even enquiry they are not co-operative to the customer and had to visit every single if by chance every staff is present. Always there will be one...

Contrary to the other reviews, I found the staff helpful.

I visited for KYC and it was done within 5 mins.

Location is easily reachable through road and metro. Nearest metro station is rajendra place metro. Staff are pretty efficient and humble. Atm and automatic cheque collection system remains offline sometimes.
