Very poor Quality. Never Give advance to Kushwaha Homes else you will be stuck with this builder.

The quality of the switches and other fitments are of low standard. Also, once they give handover they are least bothered about your problems. Bought a house in Kushwaha metro view society. Shifted in August 2022 and since then everything has been falling apart. Leave apart the sealan in the building which is visible all across the building apart from the inside of the flats. You raise your complaint to the head office and they will redirect you to the site incharge. The site incharge Manish will redirect you to the sup Rahul Rajak. Both these employees named have so much attitude and not willing to do anything. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I have written so much to help someone to not put his lifetime investment in this builder.

Very bad builder with fake promises. The construction quality they use for the building are also not good as the material will get damaged within 1 year.

Kindly provide common meter for our building which has been delayed since more than 2 years from your side

I recently purchased 2BHK. Kushwaha builder worst quality of material used.there is no service after sailing Flats.their employee behavior was not good.i was shifted 30 July 2022 and complain continually regarding the issue but there is no resolution till now.i am sharing issue and image with kushwaha builders comment
1.broken tiles installed (he said there is no tiles available so that you will manage it)
2. Door plywood broken (He said it is not repairable ignore it)
3.defective Wooden of windows installed coming daily bases powder from wooden (He said we will paint once again)
4.chimney pipe open inside so that all air coming inside of hall and kitchen (he said it will not fix because chimney pipe is larger then outer pipe.)
there is a lot of issue in flats and their team don't interested to resolved your issue.their workers are unprofessional because of making defected items.there is no any supervisor to check this fault.when you taken handover your flat, he said it is not possible to resolved it.i have shared same picture of faulty.

Third class. I came across from Mohan garden as per my sister request and they said they have 100yard 3bhk flat when I vidit an old lady sitting left of reception told me that she don't have 100 yard flat. And as per my budget of within 50 to 55 Lakh she had only 3 third class property of 85yard in dwarka, Mohan Garden and one inside the deep location I forgot the name sukh har dev something. Overall means totally waste of time and money visit there. Stupid

The complete solution for builder floor. They develop their own builder floors and deals only on builder floors and DDA flats. The have enough inventory as per market in best price in different locations.

I suggest must go there and compare the price with others.

They develop flats in big arear so the basic features are available there. Gated society with guard and parking.

Kushwaha Homes Pvt. Ltd.is very good real estate builder. They provide best in class facilities in affordable prices. Quality of work is top notch and they do not make false promises. They deliver what they promise. I recommend all to visit them if searching for the best property.

Do not buy house from them they do not answer calls after selling the flat.there is no service at all
