company office visit Kiya hai and maine yahan se floor bhi lya hai or yahan staff kafi professional hai and trained hai mujhe assist kiya tha Gaurav ji ne kafi professional tarike se unhone mujhe smjhaya hai

Sir mujhe bhaut acha laga aap se property le ke or aap ke office ka staff ki service bhaut achi thi

Worst builder who never fulfill thier commitments. Paper mein kuch actual mein kuch. Kisi ko dekhna ho to krishna apartment sidhatri enclave mein aake dekho.

We asked them to show ready to move flats but they showed us all under construction work. Location was ver pathetic and all were very far from metro. Staff was lying that it's a market area and near metro but it was almost 2 km from metro. All the properties are in the interior of nawada, uttam nagar. Roads were not developed and it was almost a village area. No facilities for transport as well.

Here you get fully satisfied service related to any kind of property purchase and with latest designed flats.

Guys bahoot bad. Newz log hai and highly unprofessional, they r making only youtube videos, 1 no. Ke Sahil goal and ladku log hain.don't waste your time they r fake and bulshits.

Not even worth one star. So after viewing their video on Instagram.we decided to call on the given number. A lady answered the call and we requested her to send pictures of the flat on WhatsApp. And till now she didn't send anything. Non responsive. Waste of time. It's better to explore on your
own rather than relying on this stupid advertising videos.

I purchase a flat but after registry they not resposnse to me. My flat no wrong mention electricity bill but they not resolve this issue. Not clearify for parking who have or whos not have

It is very good and nice building. This building like any person and people. It's looking very beautiful and amazing. It is very attractive and interesting. Very nice service provided. We wanted large windows and gallery as we are nature friendly and they provided us the best. I am very happy and satisfied with NEEV RESIDENCY.



Service is very good of Neev residancy and behaviour of employees is also good. They are supportive and helping in nature.

We don’t even visit the place because the person named Mr Neeraj Kumar don’t know how to deal or talk with customer so much arrogant who think himself DC if someone have queries on infront he or she have no reputation I think they need to understand first how to talk with customer if you are in this business, it’s better to spend money in other builders instead of these arrogant persons

Staff is not cooperative, they don't response the calls once they get the deal, not committed towards their work.in short they don't provide good and satisfactory service

I purchased a flat from neev residency (himanshu). Very good experience with himanshu. Himanshu is nice person, good behaviour, nice selling skills.

My experience with neev residency is very good! I was dealing with Rawat sir. His service was very quick and nice. He is very responsible as well as very professional.

I asked Neev residency staff Ms Sanjana to tell the details of 3 BHK Ground floor flat shown in the vedio and send the details on WhatsApp but didn't provide the desired information on the waats app and when asked on the phone gave incomplete information and told that she can't pwaste her time to provide information visitthe information will be provided only after visit. I belong to different state far away from Delhi. If the staff response is such a rude then only GoD knows what will happen after payment. I suggest the owner of the company to replacesuch a rude and irresponsible staff

I regularly watch their youtube channel and they post very informative flat details, the builder floor they sell are very attractive, budget frendly.
