The apartment is good and well maintained. But the road to reach the apartment is pathetic traffic. The thought of getting out of the apartment itself is scary because of insane traffic right in front of the apartment.

Building quality parking area with all amenities very good. Visitors vehicle are not allowed to park inside the parking area.

It has all the amenities you need. A 7 am to 11 pm canteen which serves vegetarian food is a big advantage. Next to Metro/Railway station and bus stop, very convenient.

Nice place to live for people who are not looking for hi-fi facilities. This is a gated community, safe for children, with a reasonable amount of greenery which is well maintained.

Well structured flats, all the amenities are in the centre which makes the access easy to all the flats. Management is efficient and society is well always maintained.
