Don't buy or take rented flat here as front road is always blocked. It would be free only for 2 hours in afternoon. You can't book a cab throughout the day.

Locality is pretty isolated, not a single shop nearby. The corridor looks like a hotel. Flats have no common wall, which is good. Swimming pool is small.

Be careful people. Klassik landmark is selling people's PII details to banks and others. So there is high chance of fraudulent activities.

Case is pending for both sobha valley view and sobha royal crest. Please avoid at all cost as Sobha valley view is a 10 year old property and yet registration has not happened.sobha is least bothered about registration.
