Assetz 63 Degree East

The experience at Assetz 63 Degree East was delightful. MR. Sauvik Paul assisted us and was very professional, helpful and has provided the necessary support.

The project is well planned and close to the main road. Most of the amenities are included. The team was very supportive from booking the apartment till now. They always respond to queries and are very helpful.

Yes good society and no hush hush sounds of people and bikes. Rather a peaceful place like we stay in hotels. People are good too. Playground too play for kids.

Nice place with all amenities but need to work on road. Also their management is not good specially Ramesh.
Navaratri and Durga Puja being celebrated but Mana gives the sponsorship where as Assetz gives null. Think before you buy.

Assetz is reputed builder but the location is a concern being beside railway track. Space of flats is very less. This place will best bet for ROI as we see many builders constructing with good quality and green concept like Mana Tropicale (already established and in demand), JRC wildwoods after Mana. There are many schools which is an advantage

Huge under construction residential apartment. From Sarjapur main Road its a good 4-5 km on the interior Village (Kodathi) area and current Roads are not good. As seen in the locality with time the area will see massive investment and upgrades.

It’s a nice property located in newly buzzing area Kodathi. The response from Assetz team is timely and quality of work is really good. Main USP is the open area and lush green surroundings.

On September 5th, I went to learn more about the next phase. Although I adored the model apartment. I'm going to discontinue this for two main reasons. Roads that are poorly connected to the main Sarjapur main road are confined and remote. I had the impression of visiting a government office because the sales personnel was so uninterested.

I was looking for properties in and around sarjapura road, found the advert for Assetz on instagram. What I liked most about this property is the floor plan and design of flats which allows ample amount of light in every room. Also, the overall layout of the society is nice. Recommended to my sister as well and she also liked the apartment.

Looking at the quality of the Assetz 27 Park Avenue, I thought of having a home in the Assetz.
Luckily during that time I came across Assetz 63 D east & booked a flat at the first glance of the project and model flat.

Despite the pandemic, the project progressed well and was delivered on time.

The quality of construction is excellent and Assetz was transparent in communicating each and every step of the project during construction.

Lighting, layout, ventilation, and the quality of materials used are all excellent in the home, whether they are electrical or sanitary. A major plus is an open space and landscape.

The experience I had with Assetz made me happy with my home.

Good amenities with ample open space.
The team is supportive and construction is also going at good pace.
Hoping to see the complete date nearer and shift in own sweet home.
Even friends I referred also booked the flat here, they also liked the environment here.

Assetz maintains a transparent communication and are clear about the steps which they follow.

Its Very good property, located a little inside from main Sarjapur Road.loved the fact that it has peaceful surrounding and beautiful scenic beauty. Property itself is well designed and properly maintained.i recommended my friends to choose this property as their dream house.

I am writing this review after seeing the progress of the property in last 1 year. I have not been so happier ever in my life which I am today after booking a flat in Assetz 63 Degree East. It feels like a paradise in Bangalore and property has very good road connectivity, build quality is excellent, amenities are world class, landscape is beautiful and kids are going to love it. I recommend Assetz 63 Degree East to everyone who is looking for their dream home.

Writing this with a lot of expectation. Bought an apartment here. Obviously have skimmed through a major part of Bangalore and realised you can't get everything you want, but the most imporatnt thing is to be able to connect to the home and wanting to come back to the place. This apartment checked that. The aesthetics was an icing on the cake. Assetz group has always been a group we related to in terms of aesthetic. The location of this property is still a concern but hopefully things will improve around soon, especially the last 500m stretch.

We booked one flat by giving token amount 50000/. Later we wanted to cancel after 1 day But their manager - kubera doesn't want to refund our money. As per govt we can get our money back.we hv not signed any document yet.if we won't get our money we will go to police. 50000 is our hard earned money not black money. They returned our money but deducted 5000

Assetz is a builder who has delivered a quality product to the customers. Though there are small niggles which the team is trying to iron out over the period of time, but they take positive effort on it.

We got our new home at 63 degree east, quality of construction and the amenities are the best offered here. If your Lucky with the lake view then nothing like it

I have given a five start and it is not because of I had a flat there but because of its quality and the team there in assetz 63. I was looking for the flat to buy and visited almost all the project which are in my list to visit and finally landed up to the Assetz63 and I must say about that in my experience the construction is top notch apart from the construction quality, amenities provided by assetz are class apart.
Apart from all this there is a little delay in possession but I think it okay in my view because due to covid a lot of things has gone back to many years. Here the delay is one 1 year.

Here also I want to talk about the their team and the person who dealt my questions with utmost priority and sincerity. And that person is Jitendra. He is one of the nicest guy who thinks and deals the customer with utmost transparency. He handled my queries in such a way and I satisfied with all the answers he gave which helped and motivated me 90 percent to buy the flat 8n Assetz63.

I really appreciate and endorse his efforts. One of nicest guy I mate.

13xx sqft of flat here is priced at 92 lakh in this project which is 4km+ from sarjapur main road.on top of this very Poor approach road.if you ask about the value of this project considering skyrocket price -> Sales team will ask you to search another project.they give wrong impressions by saying project is 2km from sarjapur road. I never have faced such stupid sales team.

Edit1: Received funny reply by assetz which proves my point. Very poor and arrogant sales team.

I am an owner and have been waiting for long and hearing false claims on inspection date and delivery of the project, this is the slowest builder you will come across who have lots of fake claims and fake promises you will end up helpless, especially the CRM here is of no use, I have been getting false delivery dates since march now its December still they have no proper answer instead they will call and fight on call - its like gunda raj in Bangalore, not happening I am deeply saddened and going through worse phase currently there are lot many builder with better plan of action.at the end of the day you need peaceful life.

I booked apartment in D tower. Feels like some fresher has done this project. Walls are not staright, tiles are not plain.
Basic design flaw in switches Boards place.

Even after consistent follow up no one is fixing it.
Delay in project is common with assetz but one expects quality work.

I will not recommend this builder to anyone.

Society is good but it's far away from main road and that part has pathetic road. During rainy season, not possible to go on 2 wheeler.

I have already shared my concerns with you in this but I think you managed to delete my response also your CRM and project team looks very busy to even attend my calls. Assetz has been highly unethical and delaying the project for long now. Its been 2 years since I have booked my flat and there has been little progress on the construction. On top of which you are not even providing compensation according to RERA norms while charging 18% delay charges from the customers. I would highly recommend Prestige or Shobha or other A grade builders who has good amount of experience in project delivery.

I Vineeta Verma purchased 3 BHK flat in Assetz 63 Degree East B-Block, it was very good interaction with marketing team especially - Mr Chandu Nair and Mr Rakith. I visited many property located in Bangalore but I am very happy with the quality of construction and concepts.
Further I also feel interaction with CRM team such as Mr Umesh as well as Mr Sachin has been very helpful and have promptly provided the needed clarifications.

A home is everyone's dream. We had visited around 35 properties in Bangalore before finalising 63 Degree east. We had got what we were looking for and the property is loaded with amenities. Its bit far inside from the Main road but you will be away from the hustle bustle of an urban city. Being a Civil engineer myself, I was happy with the quality of construction and hope the same will be maintained for the present constructing block. This is the very same reason why I forced my sister to book another apartment in this property.

Not sure if these people are here to sell or just pass time in their AC cabins, they don't have least sense to attend the customer.

We feel it's a cheap and best deal in this range including the open space and loaded amenities. It's a bit far away from the Sarjapur main road but you'll be away from the hustle-bustle. Happy to choose this:)

It's a worst experience. There will be no one to attend you. Waited for 30mins. No one from sales team or reception came to assist. A couple and another family was there who were waiting before us had the same experience. They think customers are need to buy so they will wait for hours without being attended. Road is pathetic and there are water problems in this area. Spoken to few residents staying in the same property. They felt like they are trapped. Give a detailed thought before your visit.
