I would say, this is one of my best investments till date. Great locality, awesome connectivity with upcoming Metro station, nearby Mall and techparks, with Tata Swaram and Salarpuria society, just across the road as neighbours. What else one want? ! I am happy.

Yes, the approach road from the main road, through the railway underpass, can be crowded at times, when people start residing here. It needs to be worked upon by Assetz, Tata, Salarpuria, existing residents, local authority as a whole, because it affects them all.

Another noteworthy thing, worth emphasizing here, I get amazing response from the Marketing executive, say Mr Nitesh N P & Meghna Ma'am and CRM manager Priyanka Palani Ma'am. They are proactive in resolving concerns by going extra mile and answering my persisting queries. Kudos to them.

Final Release order Received today. Looking forward to do registration. I am sure Team Assetz will guide me all the way.

We had visited the property as a part of our search for a property in North Bangalore. As any other Indian middle class family, we were looking for value for money with possible aminities. Assetz has established themselves as a reliable and dependable developers. We liked the property but were worried about the delayed registration. Nitesh was very helpful in clarifying all my doubts. I must say, I appreciate the team for creating an experience that encouraged us to invest in Assetz Atmos and Aura.

One of the premium properties in the locality and the quality of the development is great. The location has a good potential to grow in the next 5 years due to the metro, suburban rail, Aerospace SEZ. Hope the approach road from the property to the airport road widens in the coming years. Good investment opportunity.

Hi,

I purchased a plot here back in 2021 and have been waiting patiently for registration since then. I’m assuming the current litigation is going to be long drawn and meanwhile am paying loan EMI and interest since Dec 2021. What is the alternative for people like us? Is there a forum for redressal with RERA or the Bank? CRM does not pick up the call! I’m mostly helpless right now and am thinking of legal options.

I recently visited the Atmos & Aura project with some friends, and I must say, the location and size of the plots are impressive. What stood out to me was the peaceful surroundings, without any high-rise buildings nearby, making it an ideal place to live with a calm mind and away from the commotion of traffic. Moreover, I was pleased to learn that Assetz is planning to provide all the necessary amenities. Therefore, if you're looking to buy property in a plotted development, I highly recommend considering Atmos & Aura.

I visited the site. Location wise is very good, People who loved the Airplanes can enjoy daily from their house terrace. Value for their money

The plotted layout is good but apprach is through a underpass.all makings of traffic lock leading to jam s in underpass near chikajala railway bridge

I am going to share my honest opinion from my visit few days back.

- They have horrible marketing team, met a lady there who was least bothered and less knowledgeable of the project. Herself saying we have 10% amenities of what usual builders have, when i asked why is that? Response was because mostly people will purchase here for investment purpose only. Imagine such a pathetic view point and answer.
Also, when i asked her for help on site visit, she said pls help yourself around, we dont usually assist.

- Not very clear on the property, this was something i could not get full clarity so as to think of investing here. Place looked quite dead and did not get that vibe which you usually get while visiting other properties around.

- Price quoted is quite high considering what could be expected ROI or timeline.

- Overall the marketing team lady was a huge let-off else i was interested to get some project insights.

Never take chance with this project. 1st time went for booking with assetz project, very very very poor n slow in responding to your queries and documents.

50% of booking amount will be deducted if you cancel the booking after legal verification.

Project has legal issues. My 3 lacs booking amount was locked for 8 months, imagine how they make money.

It was horrible experience that I would never consider any assetz projects.

Excellent location and quality of layout is top notch. Marketing team is very professional. The place is not too far away from the Airport main road and will become more convenient once Metro work is completed.

I Loved this concept and i am sure itd a good investment in such a developing area.
The investment will have better grown than any other areas of Bangalore and I am pretty sure it will yeald me good peoffit.

Atmos & Aura proves to be a beautiful and peaceful place to reside with lots of open space and fresh air. The whole project truly does match the theme of 'ikigai' which means ones reasons for being. Well known schools like Vidyashilp Academy and Canadian Intl are all within a 20 km radius. The property is filled with a ton of amenities like a barbecue counter, pet park, cricket pitch and much more along with your cliche swimming and gymnasium. It seems to be a perfect place to raise your family or even spend your retirement. Truly worth owning a home in such a happy and prepossessing place.

Property may come out good, but access roads to property is something which is not great due to railway underpass which may create huge issue during rainy days
