Never deal with “pebble stone “with people Mohit Devaraj etc.they will assure you referral bonus credit note etc.but all fake promises.

I visited Assetz Marq after visiting a lot other properties on whitefield-varthur stretch. While few builders do offer a bigger configuration, however the price point-location-amenities (which even includes a school) and the finish offered by Assetz is pretty convincing. The quality offered by Assetz is only becoming better with every project.

I currently own a flat in Assetz 63 East, which was delivered a year back and now invested in another flat in Assetz Marq Phase 3. I am extremely satisfied with my current Assetz 63 flat, in terms of the quality of construction. Public amenities and public areas like corridors. The quality of doors, windows, tiles is excellent. In short a real value for money

Loved the property! Huge and spacious. Has a school within the campus which makes it a great choice. The area is Whitefield’s present and future growth.
Being on the main road is very convenient.

Well planned infrastructure and we'll connected. Good layout and the new project looks promising. There are few concerns regarding previous building quality and water seepage issue but I guess they changed the contractor this time to Shapoorji for their projects. The carpet area is good in comparison to SB Area and good layout with all the amenities.

There are many facets to the project. Cons- The project from outside looks awesome but the build quality is average. Those who got or are facing the water seepage issue, would tell you the truth. The biggest issue of the project is the cheap quality doors. Sales folks are not good. Pros- Amenities provided with this project are pretty good. Earlier they sold a 2bhk of approx 68 to 75l.

Marq is a signature project of Assetz. The project is well connected with Metro, Old Madras Road, Whitefield which makes it very accessible across the important places. Carpet area of the project is about 75%, and moreover the tucked in wardrobe makes it more suitable for anyone.

The quality of the products used at bathroom fittings, floorings are top notch and it can easily be compared with other grade A builders.

Hopefully the project will be handed over within the specified time or earlier. Sales team has promised that Cauvery water will reach the project before phase 3 gets completed.

Overall by the looks of it till now, the project looks great.

Assetz is good property considering the amenities and facilities given in the project makes us comfortable on the decision to book. I would defiantly recommend this to my friends and family.

That is a very good property coming up over here with Mall, school, and other facilities in-house.

If one of your friends have booked property here, then you can get referred by them and get around 2% discount. Please avoid channel partners because they will act as they are helping you but take a big cut from builder which should come to you.

If anyone needs a referral, please comment.

This is one of the best projects near Whitefield. Its location, design, quality and proximity to metro makes it a great choice. The design of units are modern with concepts like tucked in space for wardrobes and large windows. Hoping that the project is completed within the promised timeline.

The sales and CRM team have been good.

There had been seepage issues in balcony and one bedroom from the first monsoon itself. Thankfully the bedroom issue was resolved by Assetz quickly. But the balcony seepage is persistent and can be seen during rains & generally damp/ cold weather. This does not speak very well of the basic construction quality. As the images clearly show cracks where the railing is fitted, there are cracks from outside wall too which was addressed by Assetz but the seepage persists. I have written to the Project team in December 2022 & they assured that it will be rectified but 2 months have gone by and no one has even come to see the issue. Does'nt speak very well of Assetz customer service post handing over of apartment. I will update my review if Assetz addresses the issue.

Assetz Marq is Premium project and good value of Money. Its an 23 acre projects with lot of free spaces. Assetz provides good amenities like children's play area, basketball court, swimming pool and other amenities. Assetz doing very good space management and excellent structure. Assetz provides 70 to 80% of open spaces with lot of green trees. I have refer my many people for Assetz Projects and Particularly for Marq.

In the context of few poor customer reviews, I do sympathies with the concerned people staying in Phase I and believe that being a renowned brand, Assetz would have learned the importance of customer satisfaction & quality construction hard way. Choosing the construction partner like shapoorji pallonji & cicon engineers pvt ltd for their Marq 2 & 3 indicates that. It's the high time to deliver quality on time as the brand sees recognition in Indian market. I personally liked their overall
MARQ project, design, location and finger crossed for the end result of quality construction and timely delivery for Marq 3. Big shoutout for the CRM team and @Kritika for the experience I personally have so far.

I have booked a flat here would be expecting delivery on 2027. I have had good vibe until i have checked the cost sheet and found that they were charging enormous amount in the name of infrastructure charge.which include (STP, water, generator, power, gas connection provision etc) charged us 20 lakhs for 1900 square feet super built-up apartment.when i have checked with other builder around the area I have found that they charge between 5 to 9 lakhs for similar apartment.

When we have cross checked on this they said it there profit, which is not convincible answer for us.

Note: so we suggest other buyers to cross check on the break up before making any decision.

- Prime location
- Upcoming Township
- Liked apartment layout
- Demo flats available
- Spacious apartments (spacious than many other tier A builder)
- Courteous staffs
- Marketing strategy

A few limitations -
- Quite expensive
- Price hike almost every now and then
- Question mark on quality of the builder since hearing a few issues from already developed projects.

Assetz Marq has really awesome 3 bhk and 4 bhk units. I likes the open space provided by Marq. I also referred my family member and we both bought flats at Marq. I'm really satisfied with marketing and CRM team.

This is definitely among the best projects in Whitefield as on date. The location has to be one of the biggest selling points - right on the Whitefield - Hoskote Road, just 3 Kms from the Whitefield metro station. The project is spread across a sizeable 22 acre plot, equipped with amenities like gyms, clubhouses etc. It also has a school within the campus. The flats are smartly designed with consideration towards usable space and natural lighting. Hopefully the construction gets completed within the promised timeline. Would definitely recommend this project to folks looking for a cozy place to settle in.

I went for an enquiry today at Assetz Marq office. There was absolutely noone to attend the customers. Then after a long wait a lady came to the reception and asked us our requirement. We told her we are looking for 3bhk. She seemed extremely uninterested and talked to us as if looking down upon us.
She didn't even offer us to show the brochure or anything and made us leave after speaking for just 30secs. She didn't seem at all interested in showing us or talking about the property.
If the staff keeps such a behaviour, I wonder about the overall delivery.
Such a disappointing experience today!

I had searched for an apartment near whitefield area and has out multiple projects. Assetz Marq property were having multiple flat layouts which can cater to anyone’s need and the floor plans are optimized to maximize the in-house carpet area.

Chrysalis High school located inside the campus, nearby Whitefield Railway station and nearby Kadugodi Bus depot, and upcoming Mini Lalbhagh in Kannamangala are the added advantage which aided in finalizing this wonderful property.

Currently, construction is in advanced stages and the works are progressing at good pace. I would recommend anyone looking for property to consider this place.
