Assetz Soho & Sky

Seriously the sales team don’t have any idea. I raised the request and someone called me and he was trying to sell me some property near airport but when I asked him about this project he said it is not even pre launched. Obviously overpriced and I would not be interested in paying 2CR “Base” price for this location. I live just 5 mins from this place so I know and there is nothing around. Good Luck.

After seeing Yossi's post, visited this place recently, project looks good in all respect esp.the flat configurations and location. They market this as uber luxury residential apt.but couldn't get that feel or assurance of quality, details are missing such as e.g. Landscaping in common areas, jogging path? , french window make/fabrication, views from different floors, layout/ look of club house, main entrance (simple sliding gate nthg grand abt it). Not sure why despite great location Assetz is not show casing this project. Was divided betwn Assetz, L&T RT and Pura Atmos, anyone pls help with comparison.

Beware. They have several legal issues which they don't inform you until you placed the booking order and make the booking payment. Then you need to chase them to get your money back. They don't even reply to emails. Doesn't seem like a reliable company at all.
A month already gone. No refund yet. Crooks.
Two months past and no refund.

This property is good but I feel it's overpriced and overhyped. At same price we can get villas in North B'lore.

Really liked the floor layout and open space, Main road property, 2.5 km from Airport Road, liked French windows, walking wardrobe concept, Looking forward to get handover on time.

The project is located at prime location. Attractive and well-designed floor plans. Right place to invest!

Very good spacious society. Good construction quality, design and branded materials have been used. Highly Recommended to anyone looking to settle down in a quiet locality in Bangalore. Good for investment.

The sales team don't know anything. They have no idea about what amenities they are providing and how it works. For every question they have just one answer " I need to check with our technical team".
I would suggest you to keep your technical person to be available when you deal with customer.

Floor plans are good but the flats are extremely high priced. The area around Jakur is not developed like JP nagar or hsr to pay 2cr for a 3 bhk flat.the maximum worth of a 3bhk can be 1.5cr. They need to relook at their pricing and stop false marketing by saying more than 50% flats are already sold.

One of the best project, but it's very much inside the airport road approx 2.5 km. Also they are charging too much for which they have no justification.

Marketing team seated at the site office has zero knowledge of how the advertised features work (and for every question, the answer is - we will connect to our technical team later) for which they have quoted a sky high price. Interested buyers should probably take technical team's appointment before visiting, else it could turn out to be a waste of time to just walk in.

Only model apartment available for viewing. Pros being design and quality. Cons being situation, which is a little in the interior and costs added to basic rate in the guise of preferred location apartments to all the apartments in general, which is not normally done
