One of the best hair clinic. 4 months ago, I took treatment from dr shamsher for his first cycle of 3 months. I am satisfied with the results as my hair fall it less some 8-10 hair fall only, but now I am worried thinking how much growthing will come. I visited Dr. Pranjal shamsher for my skin concerns. The first time i visited her Malleswaram clinic, there was a waiting for almost 1.5 hours. None of the patients were informed about the same, so we could at least plan our day accordingly. The second time I Visited the clinic in. RT nagar. This time too I had to wait for at least 40 mins before I could get called in. Dr. Pranjal was kind enough to break down and explain the skin issues that I was facing, which was very helpful. My appointment lasted for approximately 10 mins, post which she would pass on the diet and medicines recommendations to her staff who would brief me. When I went to her staff, she passed on a piece of paper, stating that i would be put on a 6 months programme and that I would have to “register and pay” Rs. 13,500 post which even my prescription would be shared and medicines which they claim would be available only in their pharmacy would be shared with me. They refused to share even the diet recommendations with me as I was hesitant to register. All this despite having paid the consultation fee! Post sone persistence, a very vague prescription Was shared with me, that did not even mention the skin concern that I was facing. It’s almost like you need to sign a clause and shell out a huge amount, without which they would not share any detail that could help you with your recovery. This was quite shocking! In addition to that, The clinic staff are very mindful about the time that they wait for the patients. Making patients wait for 1.5+ hours is normalised but if a patient requests them an appointment even 20 mins beyond their scheduled time, it is not considered acceptable. Double standards much? Highly disappointed with my visit and would not recommend visiting this clinic unless you’re looking to sign up for an absurd and overtly expensive clause with no benefits guaranteed!

I have been taking treatment for scalp infection from dr health clinic. I had severe infection and had consulted may doctors. Many of the drs said that its psoriasis. Then I consulted dr shamsher at dr health clinic 3 months ago and he did a proper diagnosis and said that its just an infection and not psoriasis. He said that my infection will be cured in 3 months and prescribed me some medicines and few instruction that I need to follow. Their medicine will not have any content mentioned for both intake and external, I just lost the money.cheating only

I visited for dandruff treatment and I am being suggested for 6month’s medication and was guaranteed to have it cured. I had to pay 13k at once for 6 months medicines. I started taking medicine and followed instructions religiously completed 3 months and the condition of my scalp improved a bit not that visible though then on my 2nd visit doctor added one more medicine on the list which he asked to apply in my scalp and boom my hair fall started like anything else and dandruff spread on my whole scalp…I stopped the ointment after applying it for a month and my hair fall reduced but now my dandruff has increased a lot and also irresistible itching has made my life hell! It is common to experience hair thinning after having a baby because of changing hormone levels. Also hair growth should go back to normal about 3 to 6 months after giving birth.
