Disappointed with Lack of Transparency and Inconsistencies.
My self Nagesh, I've been a loyal customer of DHI services for over two years now i was happy about the product initially, but unfortunately, my recent experience with Mr. Sourabh and Mr Bopanna has left me feeling disappointed and misled. During my initial consultation, I was assured that the skin/hair patch would last for 10-12 months, with replacements offered within 3-4 months if any issues arose.
However, after few replacements in the first year, I decided to invest in two patches for better longevity,
After frequent issues of asking getting damaged by 2 months, Mr Sourabh informed later that the lifespan of each skin had been reduced to 6 months due to a change in vendors. This significant change was not communicated to me through official channels like email or tutorials.
Moreover, when I raised my concerns with the head office, I was informed about year-end offers that were never mentioned by the Bangalore employees, including Mr. Sourabh and Bopanna. The inconsistency in communication and lack of transparency regarding offers and service changes is unacceptable.
While Mr. Sourabh initially presented himself as a helpful and accommodating salesperson, the failure to uphold commitments and provide clear communication has left me feeling disillusioned. It's disheartening to see such discrepancies between what is promised and what is delivered, and passing wrong information about clients to head office is what I sensed recently.
Whole DHI Team is thoroughly professional. Amazing team who does their work sincerly & look after whole course of transplantion quite well. An amazing place for hair transplants. I was initially apprehensive of undergoing a hair transplant and also the costs which is a bit higher here than the other clinics, but after undergoing a thorough research on the internet I decided to go for DHI and not the other less costly options. The main reason I chose DHI was because of the technique wherein the incision for the implant and the implant are done in a single step which ofcourse adds a lot to the neatness of the procedure. After undergoing the procedure I can only say that this was a wise decisions. Though still awaiting my results, but the care and neatness with which the procedure was done is commendable. Dr Nishat Fatima was really considerate of my hypertension condition and did the procedure with utmost care. No compromise whatsoever was done on health.
