A very good property in rural bangalore. Brigade has taken care of all important amenities like green patches, clubhouse, parks, beauty parlours, and sports grounds.

I wonder if they never thought of putting motion sensors in the hallways. It's such a waste of electricity to keep the hundred of lights spread across 20+ floors in all 4 blocks ON all night, every day even though it's for safety. I think using motion sensors to switch on lights in the hallway when someone moves is a good idea and energy efficient idea. I got this idea from another apartment I live in.

One flaw they made in the design is to give a green patch on the guest parking. I mean, every now and then, some vehicle parks over there and kills the grass. The grass pitifully grows back only to get trampled again. At this point, I wonder if those weren't even meant for parking.

Otherwise, everything is fine. The walls and inside the building and in the apartment are painted a little crudely. I totally dislike what they have done with the two shafts. You can see that crude shaft design in the monkey pictures. Had to deal with monkeys climbing next to the kitchen and bathroom windows. A nightmare.

Additionally, the ceiling height of the apartment is ridiculously low. I know that normally, for good flats, the ceiling height should be around 3.7 meters, but the apartments in brigade buena vista are only around 2.8-3.0 meters. And don't even get started with the bathrooms. The bathrooms just feel so cramped, and if outstretched my arms, I can even touch the ceiling.

I also wonder why the geniuses at Brigade didn't give any water supply in the balconies? How do they think I will clean the balcony? Carrying buckets of water? Preposterous! They should know how dirty balconies get in bangalore, with all the rain, numerous insects and especially birds.

Worst of all is that they haven't even given any provision of getting hot water in the kitchen. Seriously, the guest bathroom, which has a geyser, is just beside the kitchen, but they couldn't even provide it. AND before someone comes and retorts that using one geyser to supply water to two rooms is not possible, then I would like to tell you that you are wrong. It does happen, and I have even lived in three flats with such a plumbing system system.

Well, I guess that's it for now. Just needed to tell my complaints with the design and quality.

I see a big land parcel under development behind Buena Vista. Any idea what is going on in that location?

Good property. Lot of amenities at this apartment and are well maintained. Any way Brigade is synonymous with this one.

Well maintained apartment with good facilities. My sister and brother in law used to stay there until they shifted to another city.

A classic gated community with all amenities. Felt a sense of pride in visiting the place. Thanks to my sister who owns an apartment

One of the best brigade project.awesome amenities and landscape. The connectivity and locality is good.

I must say it’s a good place to live in, but the builder is bad my friend (Mr Love Gupta” purchased a flat in Mar”22 and after the full payment builder is not delivering the basic things, none of the windows has mosquito mesh post multiple requests and spending huge hard-earn money he is still chasing for small small things, not only this he was told do whatever he can by the brigade officials, which is super disappointing

Really Awesome Apartments? I Went for an Promotion Event in this apartment. Really So Nice place and all facilities available

Why visiter and vender 2wheelat r not allowed in side.ok ok bad construction quality, so faar from city main road is very danger always full of trucks and buses so pls drive carefully.no auto and taxi avilibil.

The after sales service of Brigade is the worst in the group of reputed builders I feel that's the reason Prestige is ruling the market and shobha is a close contender.

We did the mistake of buying the model flat in Buena Vista with all the furnishings and fittings. Inspite of follow up since last 2 months and taking the matter to the Head Customer relations no action has been taken to resolve the issues detailed out by us in the fittings and furnishings. The response for 4 issues in more than 10 issues listed is "consider it wear and tear". How can a reputed group take their customers so lightly. Remotes of ACs fitted are not available geyser doesn't work, fan doesn't work, kitchen hob has not been installed and we were commited a deep cleaning of all furnishings which doesnt seem to be happening.

Good Apartment however little outside the city. Lot of things like licious food delivery, driveu driver solution doesn't serve this area currently. Swiggy also has limited options. But the Grand Hyper mart nearby is the best thing which has all the items of daily needs.

Very good to stay here with all facilities inside the area. Security, clubhouse with all amenities, only 4 blocks with 22 floors each block. Playarea, both indoor and outdoor are well planned

Good society and has lot of amenities, the only think it is little far from main city, but quality and amenities is very good.

Personally, I liked the structure and campus. It was really good. I have visited with my friends. Overall it was good.

Deliver as promised with +/- few months.not like other cheap builder.pointing covid or other reasons for the delay.

Society is very nice.
The drawback is no sunlight in some flats balcony.
Area seems to be developing.
Greenery and view is awesome.
Have inventory for sale, anyone interested can visit and decide if its value for money.

The construction quality is good.
Amenities are good.
Very big football ground.
Now, very limited options are available like 3B+2T.

We have found that it ticks of all the boxes. Brigade has kept its reputation as one of the top builders.
