Brigade Northridge

The apartment is spacious and lot of greenery in the area. Atleast 50 schools nearby and grocery and everything accessible. But few things that needs to be addressed or considered before moving in!

1. There is a dump yard very close and sometimes the smell is so bad that we feel like living inside a garbage truck! Apartment can’t do anything as this is a common problem across the area I guess. But buyers or tenants watch out! If ok with the smell then can consider.
2. The STP is having issues throughout the year. Most of the time the water in flush tank is so bad and stinks. Can’t use the bathroom after you flush for few minutes due to the pungent smell and water color. This gets fixed now and then, but often it’s the same case.
3. Monkeys are staying in the ducts. When the wind blows feels like living in the zoo. Sometimes monkeys enter the house create ruckus. Even MC is not doing anything about it. May be they are waiting for some health issues to occur only then they may act. Even if you raise a complaint, it gets closed stating the issue is resolved while the monkeys have made their home literally!
4. Inept Estate Manager who is rude always and doesn’t have the basic etiquette to talk to the residents or the visitors.
5. Inexperienced MC who try their best to take care of the community. They are doing the best they can, but need experience in managing the community.

It's purely residential. There are no saloons, no beauty parlours, or offices inside. It meets its residential requirements albeit excellently.

Good society, i would like to give 5 star, because BRIGADE NORTHRIDGE DESERVE.i have shared, photos of biggest dimension flat.

Nice Place but the maintenance and security is still below average. The association can do a lot better before it gets worse. Most parts are not clean and the building finish is still very poor and Brigade is to blame for that. Temporary purpose stay is ok, but don't buy any flat here. The basement usually stinks and the club house party hall is very poorly maintained.

Folks pls think twice before investing.
Jeevan is the sales person who sold the house to me & he stopped responding to me post selling. I had very clearly specific parking requirement which I was promised before buying. So wen I call him for checking he stopped responding. Poor construction quality- seepage in new construction.
I trusted Brigade brand. But it’s not worth it.

Apartment with good facilities but families are facing problems due to poor design of STP plant.

There are no other spacious branded flats in this area to rent in Newer constructions are very small.

The project has come out well and is a big success. It is a completed project, fully occupied, well recognised and commanding a premium.

Brigade is known to do premium apartments, however BNR has several short comings such as no availability of borewell water, leaking club houses, kharab land running across etc

It has numerous facilities which aren't available even on paying exorbitant rents elsewhere. Comparatively it's maintenance charges are also less.

One of the worst places to stay.my personal advice would be even if you get a house free of cost or rent dont even take it.will write more in the coming days

In my opinion Cost is too much for 2 bhk and to far from city. If I buy a home in this apartment I will be more in traffic than in home. Thank You.

Great experience. Best premium flats with great amenities.peaceful and calm environment.once you enter inside you'll experience different world.
