Hmm.let’s see.good average building quality. Great job on the lobby. Rest everything is average.spacing of the house is bigger than usual 3 and 4 bhks. However, because it’s really in a remote place.it’s expected that they have some USP.feel that great reviews are mostly by brokers and sales teams.andMain road facing one’s are prone to higher noise.levels.nothing premium if u add noise 24x7 to your life.poor balcony quality.you won’t feel safe compared to balconies of other tier 1 builders.buyers please do your due deligence before you fall into any marketing trap.

Very poor after sales service. Century never fixes any of your issues. They just escape from any type of fault you find after purchase.

We visited a few projects before finalizing this one. Easy access to Medstar specialty hospital, Kirloskar business park, and Esteem mall. Of all the other projects, such as Clermont and Laguna, Ethos has superb facilities.

We were looking for large apartments in the Hebbal region, mainly with access to the international airport and Manyata Tech park easily. With Century Ethos, we found what we were looking for - excellent location and very good access to the airport.

My husband and I have been on the home hunt in Bangalore for a while now. We saw multiple projects, but not a single one met our expectations. Finally, we found the Century Real Estate’s luxury residences at Hebbal. We were overall satisfied with the project and its amenities. Planning our final visit this weekend.

My visit to the Ethos project was good. Century Ethos offers a lot of premium amenities that cater to all age groups. My in-laws are also there and the apartments have an elderly citizens’ zone, a kids' play area, two swimming pools, a creche, salon and spa. Great view of the skyline and very well lit and breezy.

Ethos is just 15 minutes away from Vidyashilp Academy, and Ryan International where my kids go to school. The new mall is coming up opposite Ethos Phoenix Mall, and restaurants like Druid Garden, Rara Avis and Barley & Grapes, are close by, making it a good neighbourhood for my family. Our apartment is around 3100 sq ft, with a massive living room and master bedrooms overlooking the main podium area.

Amenities are thoughtfully designed and good for both corporate and personal life. It has a business centre, co-working and conference spaces. I personally like the luxury spa and salon and large gym. Overall, checked all the boxes in our site visit

Just have a look how they've maintained the cleanliness around their project area. All of their employees use the main road as their dumping yard and don't even bother to handover the wastes to garbage collectors. I wonder who'll buy their houses after seeing this heap of garbage welcoming them at the very exact entrance! So pathetic. They've absolutely no sense of social responsibilities.

Century Ethos has 7.3 acres of development at a prime location like Hebbal with 3 and 4-bed Residences. Truly gives spacious homes.

We wanted a home with more than just good views, and spaciousness. We were looking for a home that offers a lifestyle. Of all the projects I visited in Bangalore, Century Ethos was one which matched to what we were looking for.

Right from the time we saw century Ethos, we were truly excited, seeing the project for the first time was a splendid experience. I immediately decided to get more of my family members to experience the project. Glad to say, I booked my first home in Bangalore, and the entire experience was great.

As a resident of Sahakaranagar, I was familiar with the locality and decided to have a look at Century Ethos. The moment I visited their sales and marketing office, their executives were very helpful and the team was very supportive to provide all the answers to my queries.

Century Ethos even has hospitals nearby like Pro-life hospital is on 1 min, Motherhood hospital is on 3 min, Columbia Asia Hospital is on 4 min and Aster CMI Hospital is on 8 min away.

I went on a site visit with my family and was surprised to see how accessible Century Ethos is with hospitals, The staff were really accommodating and were able to answer all our questions in a polite and concise manner.

We were looking for a home in Hebbal mainly to live in a location that gave easy access to the international airport and to the city centre. With Century Ethos we got more than what we asked for, with spacious homes in a perfect area that gave easy connectivity.

We visited so many projects, villa before booking this. It's very amazing location, malls, hospital, schools etc.nearby. Very spacious rooms, clubhouse with all amenities, view from flat. Looking to all these positive points, we booked flat here.

We came across Ethos recently as we were travelling towards Hebbal and from what’s being offered at the project, everything is exceptional!

We were looking for a spacious home and one which would exude a luxurious feeling when we enter the project. Century Ethos matched both of our requirements and was the right choice for us.
