Nice place cool and calm. Only problem is the lake beside the clubhouse area which is full of waste water from factories nearby and waste thrown in it. Stinks a lot in that side. But other than that it's a great place.

An oasis among the industrial area. You wouldn't notice the place unless you are inside. Peaceful, serene and it's a great place to be in.

Very good residential property but the network sucks and trust me. There is no connectivity with the outside world.rely on your own vehicle, driver maid and rest every thing.there is no in-society shopping kind of thing and everything you'll want to get.l, even single smallest thing, you have to walk at least 2 km.

We frequently visited this society. My friend rented a house here. It was a 3bhk house with a large living room, open kitchen area and large deck area.

The ambience here is very serene and you won't feel even a little bit of bangalore's hustle and bustle. Although, this is very far away from the main city and is located in the industrial area, the people residing here are great.

It has all sorts of amenities and everything is available in close vicinity.

Gated Villa Complex. Villas are well built with tree aligned roads. There is a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool and children play area inside the premises. One thing missing is that there are no proper signboards for locating the villas.

Good quality properties. However some villas are so close together that you feel you can almost touch the neighbours

Old houses are really good. New twin villas are not that great.

Its located in the heart of the industrial area. Not sure about the pollution levels.

I visited that place very nice place. Because of that waste water lake beside that Villa, water is contaminated with chemical in that area? How about ground water quality?

My friend has taken one for lease and it’s always pleasure to visit them just to feel the place. Amazing landscapes, great planned layout, beautiful Gymnasium, Tennis court, Badminton facility.
